Je étudie les relations internationales à São Paulo avec un visa étudiant Vitem IV depuis février, est-ce que je peux faire un stage ??
je pensais que j avais le droit à 6h par jour avec le Vitem IV normal, mais j'ai tout à coup un doute..
Est ce que sa marche ou il me faut le Vitem IV bis?? si oui est ce que je peut modifier mon tudiant Vitem IV depuis le Brésil ?

Sous quelle forme as tu demandé ton visa IV......car il y avait 2 options lors du dépôt en ambassade du Brésil à Paris
visa pour étudiant ou visa pour Etudiant- stagiaire ?
et en fonction de ta demande, tu as la réponse sur ce que tu peux faire ou pas.....
si c'est visa IV Etudiant........c'est uniquement pour continuer tes études en Université
si c'est visa IV Etudiant- Stagiaire.......c'est pour faire les deux....
en fonction du choix fait, les papiers à fournir à l'ambassade du Brésil à Paris étaient différents......et d'ailleurs, cela doit être précisé sur ton visa l'option que tu as.....
pour visa d'etudiant simple -->original de la lettre d’acceptation de l’étudiant par une université brésilienne
OU
original du justificatif d´inscription dans une université brésilienne reconnue par le Ministère de l'Education (MEC), la durée du cours devant y être indiquée.
visa d'étudiant-stagiaire -->attestation de la situation d'étudiant du demandeur, délivrée par une université françaiseune convention tripartite signée par le stagiaire, la partie qui offre le stage et l'université brésilienne reconnue par le Ministère de l'Education (MEC) une lettre de la partie qui offre le stage, attestant que le stagiaire ne signera pas de contrat et ne percevra pas de rémunération
J'ai fait une demande Visa IV étudiant... sa veux donc dire que je peux pas faire de stage :(
Mais je sais que dans certain cas on peux modifier son visa a la police féd., peut être si je trouve un stage je peux faire une demande de visa étudiant-stagiaire à la dpf sans devoir sortir du Brésil .. à creuser.. lol

Moi je recherche actuellement un stage à SP, et je n'arrive pas à en trouver un car à chaque fois on me demande un entretien sur place, ce qui n'est pas possible (ils ne veulent pas faire d'entretien par téléphone).
Du coup ça me bloque pour mon VISA étudiant-stagiaire,

Changer un visa touriste en visa étudiant c'est impossible. Sa va paraître bizarre mais un visa touriste c'est pas vraiment un visa.
A la rigueur et c'est mon cas modifier un visa étudiant par un autre visa temporaire type visa travail ou étudiant-stagiaire sa semble être possible, pour vérifier je doit aller a la police fédéral et j ai pas trop le temps en ce moment...
Je sais c'est vraiment pas évident de trouver un stage, encore moins a distance, mais c'est vraiment mieux d'avoir un stage et le visa étudiant stagiaire avant de partir. Essaie les entreprises dont le centre soc. est en France; souvent les entretiens se passe en Fr et les entreprises envoies leur stagiaire depuis la Fr. (j'ai une copine qui est parti comme sa à l'étranger)

J'ai soudain un doute car il apparait que la convention doit être signée par une université bresilienne.
Mais comment puisque je ne suis pas inscrite dans université brésilenne mais française ?.
Il y a 2 ans, j'ai fait un stage de 9 mois non remunéré au bresil et la convention tripartite que j'ai fourni avait été signée par mon université française et j'ai eu le visa. Y a-il eu un changement?.
Je suis un peu dans le même cas que toi Cloclo31300, je dois faire un stage de 3 mois en entreprise au Brésil (mais je veux arriver un peu avant soit en tout 4mois au Brésil). Je suis allée à l'ambassade et j'ai précisé qu'il s'agissait d'un stage en entreprise et non en Université et ils m'ont confirmé qu'il faut bien la signature d'une université brésilienne (à mon avis c'est juste pour voir ce si le stage a effectuer est dans un but éducatif ) le problème c'est de pouvoir faire une Université brésilienne qui ne nous connait pas je pense que c'est un peu compliqué à moins de connaitre vraiment bien le doyen de l'Université brésilienne... J'ai cru lire que ça a été changé en 2010.
J'ai lu que dans mon cas pour 3 mois je peux partir avec un visa touriste, le problème est que juridiquement au niveau de l'entreprise même non rémunéré ce n'est pas légal. De plus dans ce cas, il me semble que les visas ne peuvent être prolongés pour les français donc il faut que les dates du billet n'excèdent pas les 90jours max!
L'alternative serait de un visa type V: étudiant non stagiaire mais la demande se fait via l'entreprise auprès du Ministère du travail qui va délivrer une autorisation de stage au consulat en précisant les pièces exigées (et j'imagine que cette procédure est très longue...)
Quelqu'un dans le même cas a t-il pu avoir une signature d'une Université Brésilienne et si oui comment? Justine comment as-tu fais?
J'aurai aussi besoin de savoir comment vous avez fait pour obtenir la signature d'une université brésilienne ......

Voila je suis au Brésil depuis juillet avec un visa étudiant IV classique, cependant j'ai trouvé un stage mais l'entreprise a demandé le conseil d'un avocat qui dit qu'il me faut absolument le Visa IV étudiant-stagiaire.
Est ce que quelqu'un a trouvé une solution ?? J'ai appelé la police fédéral qui n'a pas pour mission de faire des Visa, je suis complètement perdu, je vais peu être devoir rentrer en france pour faire un nouveau Visa, mais je ne sais même pas si je peu refaire un Visa sur un premier déjà existant ???
