Nous avons dans l'intention de partir vivre à Rio avec ma femme, elle-même carioca (3 ans de mariage, pas d'enfant), d'ici quelques mois, voire un an.
Bien sûr ma femme peut répondre à bien des questions, mais nous aimerions avoir plusieurs avis et arguments de français ayant vécu ce type de projet, leurs difficultés comme leurs réussites.
Elle y a un appartement à Tijuca (Saens Pena) un quartier plutôt populaire du centre, que nous avons l'intention de vendre et faire un emprunt pour en prendre un autre mieux situé et plus grand.
Je suis designer graphique, en freelance, et j'aimerais m'y installer comme indépendant, je ne parle pas encore le portugais, je m'y met.
Ma femme travaille également dans la communication : journaliste, attaché de presse ...
J'ai déjà passé plusieurs séjours au bresil, plusieurs mois au total, et connais un peu le pays. (rio, parati, buzios, mina gerais, ...)
Plusieurs questions se posent.
Savez-vous s'il est difficile de s'installer comme freelance ? A terme monter une petite structure dans les métiers de l'édition, du graphisme, la décoration d'intérieur.
Avez-vous une idée du marché de la communication, publicité etc dans les métiers de la Direction Artistique ?
D'après mes informations les boites de pub, studios de créations, sont en pleine expansion, cherchent des D.A, graphistes et seraient sans doute intéressées pour embaucher un francais. Ce que je pourrais faire dans un premier temps pour connaître le milieu, les spécificitées etc.
Est-il possible de déménager le matériel informatique, audio-visuel, electro-ménager, vu la différence du standard electrique.
A combien estimez-vous les revenus nécessaires pour un niveau de vie correct, indépendamment du coût du logement.
Par exemple 5000R$/mois vous semble-il jouable ?

Problème pour toi,
Si ta conjointe est encore mariée, il faudra qu'effectivement qu'elle divorce en France, puisque le mariage a été fait en France et pour le Brésil, il n'y aura rien à faire car non enregistré selon ses dires (pas de déclaration faite en ambassade du Brésil à Paris). Je ne vois pas comment un avocat brésilien peut intervenir en France sur un acte de mariage français, sauf à vouloir vous mener en bateau 🤪
Ne t'avise pas de faire un mariage au Brésil dans l'immédiat car vous risquez d'avoir de sérieux problème par la suite en France d'un point de vue juridique, si vous reveniez y vivre quelques années plus tard et aussi peut être lors de ta demande de visa pour rapprochement familial, son ex ayant pu lui aussi faire une demande dans ce sens, sans qu'elle soit au courant et par rapprochement les autorités brésiliennes pourraient mettre en évidence un double mariage...
La Procédure de divorce en France sera peut être long si l'ex mari ne veut pas divorcer.....mais il faut la faire, et les frais seront de l'ordre de 1500€ et 9 mois de délai si l'ex, est d'accord de divorcer en consentement mutuel, surtout si cela fait longtemps qu'ils ne vivent plus ensemble et non plus rien en commun.
Ensuite Vous serez libre de vous mariez au Brésil en toute légalité afin que tu puisse par la suite demander ton visa pour rapprochement familial.
Pour le déménagement du matériel informatique ou electronique tu risque de devoir payer des taxes d'importations à hauteur de 100% de la valeur catalogue et pas d'occasion, pour le reste des meubles en principe rien. Beaucoup ont fait venir leur affaires d'Europe et à l'arrivée ont eu la mauvaise surprise de payer des taxes exorbitantes (voir les post sur ABClatina.com) pour du matériel non compatible notamment téleviseur, telephone fixe
Non, en fait ma femme a déjà été mariée à un francais, puis elle a divorcé, le tout en France, il y a de ça 11 ans.
Elle n'a jamais fait la déclaration de ce 1er mariage, qui n'a duré qu'un an, auprès de l'ambassade du Brésil, et donc du divorce non plus.
Puis, longtemps après son divorce, il y a 3 ans, nous nous sommes mariés à Paris.
Nous sommes donc marié ici, et elle doit simplement déclarer notre mariage auprès de l'ambassade pour que je puisse bénéficier des avantages.
Sauf qu'il parait que pour pouvoir déclarer notre mariage, elle doit d'abord régulariser son statut, cad signaler qu'elle est divorcée, et donc qu'elle a déjà été mariée.
En France tout est clean, ce n'est que par rapport au Brésil qu'il peut y avoir problème et donc avec un avocat brésilien qu'il faut le régler.
Cela dit il se peut aussi que tout cela soit inutile, puisque rien n'a jamais été enregistré au Brésil. Nous n'aurions juste qu'a nous déclarer marié auprès de l'ambassade et point barre.
Sinon j'ai déjà eu un message me disant que ce genre de démarche ne devrait pas couter plus de 2000 R$, la personne m'ayant indiqué un avocat qui travaille pour des francais, nous allons lui soumettre le problème.
Pour la question du matériel ce que tu me dis là est très emm..., apple est très cher au Brésil, beaucoup plus qu'en France et je suis très bien équipé, métier oblige.
Sans compter TV LCD grand format etc.
Je vais de ce pas voir ce qu'ils disent sur ce site. J'imagine que de toutes façons un tour via le consulat s'impose.

Personnellement, la seule démarche qu'elle doit faire c'est de faire enregistrer son dernier mariage, le premier n'ayant jamais été validé auprés de l'ambassade du Brésil à Paris, ni plus ni moins...donc pour moi, pas de nécessiter de s'adresser à un avocat. l'idéal est de vous rendre tous les 2 à l'ambassade du Brésil à Paris, cela est nécessaire pour l'enregistrement et vous verrez sur place, mais pas de quoi stresser 😎

Tout projet demande reflexion, moi il m' a fallut 2 ans pour prendre une décision 🤪.....ensuite si l'on a bien évalué sa stratégie pour les premiers mois sur place et que l'on a été suffisament prévoyant côté finance (50% des ressources en France et 50% de ses ressources au Brésil), même si cela ne se passe pas comme prévu, on peut toujours rectifier le tir et s'orienter vers autres choses.
Une expatriation coûte en moyenne 8000€ entre les billets d'avion et les premières dépenses, le mieux est de ne pas se précipiter et de prendre ensuite des décisions, une fois que tout devient limpide comme faire venir ses meubles quelques mois plus tard etc.....
Oui, c'est aussi notre points de vue.
Passer sur place quelques temps, tater le terrain, tacher de garder des clients sous le coude quitte à faire quelques aller retour, travailler si possible à partir du Brésil pour la France.
La question en suspend c'est : comment gérer les meubles ... un garde meuble est super cher et je suis locataire.
La solution est de louer un garage dans un endroit sécurisé à défaut d'avoir d'autre solution, mais bien souvent on se prend la tête pour des meubles alors que leur valeur vaut presque rien....

Il se trouve que les meubles sont relativement récent et de choix, je n'ai pas envie de m'en séparer.

Quand tu sera à trier tes meubles, entre ceux qui ne valent pas un clou et ceux qui ont une certaine valeur, cela voudra dire que tu ne sera pas loin du départ 😎.....Moi j'ai mis des annonces dans le "boncoin" et je me suis débarrassé de tout l'electro-menager et j'ai aussi fait plaisir à des amis en leur donnant certaines choses que je possédais depuis pas mal d'année, c'était aussi l'occasion de renouveller son mobilier en cas de retour...
Mais avant de procéder de la sorte, et avant de valider son choix, il vaut mieux stocker dans un endroit à l'abri de l'humidité, donc ventilé et protéger ses meubles par des enveloppes plastiques. Dans un premier temps j'ai loué un garage de 25m2 pour 60€/mois, dans une copropriété avec accés garage fermé par 2 portes automatiques dans lequel j'ai mis ce que j'avais gardé et ma voiture (6 ans d'âge)...cela est resté en l'état pendant 3 ans, avant que je prenne la décision de tout liquider mes dernières affaires...la voiture n' a pas souffert de sa non utilisation car je faisais 1 A/R tous les 7 mois et je l'utilisais pendant la durée de mon séjour en moyenne de 3 semaines...
Les 2 premières années, on fait beaucoup d' A/R car on oublie souvent quelques affaires en suspens et cela permet aussi de ramener quelques petites "bricoles".
Le garage est effectivement la chose à faire.
Selon les estimations, pour un déménagement assez complet, il faut compter un contenaire de 33m3 et ils demandent entre 7 et 10/12000€, euhh ... ça fait cher, il faut stocker et etre sûr de son coup.
Je voulais déjà avoir une idée, j'ai pas demander pour moins.
Une des boites (la plus chère) c'est occupé d'un pompier muté a rio la semaine derniere qui a fait envoyer 6m3 pour 2500€.
Clair que quand on en sera là ce sera à 2 doigts mais j'ai besoin de visualiser au maximum pour concrétiser l'histoire.
Si on veut faire des plans sur la comète faut déjà monter dessus 😄
