hi everyone. in the next few days I’m moving to live in Cambodia and I’d like to know if we can get French channels from there with a satellite dish or a cable subscription—is it possible or should I forget about it? thanks for your replies! :)

Hi,

In Cambodia, you can catch two French channels via cable: TV5Monde and France 24. TV5Monde mostly airs programs from France Télévisions along with content from other French-speaking countries like Switzerland, Belgium, and Quebec. France 24 is a 24-hour news channel similar to LCI in France. Expect to pay around $10 per month to access them.

I forgot to tell you that you can also get the traditional French channels online... but not all of them.

Okay, thanks for your replies—I’ll just have to do without, no big deal. I’ll watch online instead. Sorry for the late reply, and thanks! 🙂

Hi there,

You’ve got the IPTV box solution, but you’ll need a really strong internet connection. It’s a box that lets you access all the French channels (even the premium ones! Canal and its spin-offs, BeIN 1, 2, etc.), plus all the others...

If you’re interested (just to be clear—you *need* a super solid connection!!), I’m on PP today and tomorrow...

The box with a 1-year subscription costs $150, and the annual renewal is $100.

Free installation at your place—just drop me a PM if you’re interested!

See you soon

When I was in Morocco, I subscribed to an IPTV plan on the site splox.net
