J ai besoin de savoir quelque chose d important, quelles sont les lois pour les etrangers la ou vous residez parce que je suis a luoyang dans le Henan et j adore mon boulot j adore mes amis tout est parfait...enfin presque le truc c'est que la je crque car je n aio pas le droit de sortir le soir....je dois rentrer avant 21h30!!!!!!!Je n arrive pas a savoir d ou vient cette interdiction car j habite dans l ecole alors je comprends que je dois reveiller le garde si je rentre tard et ce n est pas sympa mais bon entre interdire sous peine d etre viree!!!!!
Mon boss contourne sans arret la question, finit par me parler de la police et tout que je peux avoir des problemes...
Paer ailleurs il m est interdit de ne pas dormir chez moi!!!!Sympa regarder la finale toutes seule chez moi!!!Et bien sur il m est interdit d inviter des gens chez moi pour la nuit....
Alors voila j hesite a rompre le contrat et a chercher ailleurs....(je suis prof d anglais)
D autan plus que mon contrat stipule 24h par semaine et que si je fais plus je suis payee en heure supp...et bah ca c'est le contrat alors il y a un mois j ai travaille une semaine a 30h et pas moyen d etre payee plus parce que la semaine d avant je n avais quasi pas travaille!
Je sais que je suis un peu rentre dedans avec mon Boss et cela n arrange surement pas, m enfin si on ne suis plus un contrat...jusqu ou va cette souplesse j en ai un peu peur...
Alors donnez moi vos avis, je sais peut etre certain von tme diore ca sert a rien de raler tu bosse pas beaucoup (mem 30 c est vrai que ca va)et que ta un bon salaire mais bon j ai signe ce contrat et eux aussi et s il trouvaient que j etait trop payee ils avaient qu a pas signer!!!

La règle sur la présence la nuit dans l'école, c'est uniquement pour les étrangers ou pour tout le monde? Le réglement est-il appliqué à la lettre pour les autres? J'ai entendu pas mal d'histoires comme ça, dans beaucoup d'universités chinoises, et en général c'était des chinois qui les racontaient. En fait il semble que chaque école/université à son réglement, plus ou moins strict, et apparemment tu n'es pas tombée chez des gens très libéraux, d'autant plus qu'il me semblait que les étrangers y échappaient plus facilement. 🙂 Je pense d'ailleurs que tu imagines sans peine le pourquoi de cette règle: tu sais, les fleurs, les abeilles et tout ça. Chez bon nombre de gérontes conservateurs, mais 68 ça évoque plutôt... les belles heures du puritanisme maoïste. 😊

Suite à ton post je ne comprends qui ta dit que tu ne pouvais pas sortir âpres 21h30 ? Si c`est le règlement de ton école qui le stipule, là ok je comprends que tu dois t`y soumettre ! Et encore, Ou une loi propre a la région ou un décret de la ville la aussi je doute, il n`y as aucune loi en vigueur concernant l`interdiction de sortir âpres 21h30 ou de dormir chez qui tu veux. Les étrangers et les chinois sont sous les mêmes lois de bases ou presque car selon leurs cartes d`informations bleu ou rouge les chinois ont des droit différents voir parfois absurde. Seules les lois de l`immigrations ou le droit pénales est différents pour les étrangers et les chinois mais qui non rien avoir avec ton problème.ton boss est un menteur et il ne fera rien contre toi sauf te virée et je pense qu`il te fait peur pour que tu te tiennes a carreau et la police as autre choses a faire, mais par contre si tu te sent en danger ou menacer ne te gènes pas d`aller a la police ou plus encore, le polices n`aime pas les problèmes avec les étrangers qui travaillent en chine.et crois moi si tu ne peux pas être libre dans ta ville Luoyang, déménage !de plus tu es prof d`anglais je pense que tu risque pas d`être au chômage c`est un poste très demander…………. 😉aller courage donnes des nouvelles

ouai c'est bien la le pb avec mon boss c'est qu il s embrouille tout le temps...je viens de relire les regles stipulee par la ville le Luoyang et aucune en effet ne stipule que j ai l interdiction de dormir ailleurs ou de ne pas rentrer ou de rentrer apres 21h30, c'est donc l ecole...et dans ce cas je crois bien que je n ai aucun recours...peut etre parler directement a la chef d etablissement...le truc c'est que jesuis la seule etrangere de cette ecole et que personne d autres mis a part moi et les pensionnaires (ecole primaire j ajoute donc moins de 12 ans) ne vit dans l ecole!!!
alors oui ya du puritanisme ds l air c est evident..le truc c'est que ya bien un des gardes qui me dit rien et qui apparement ne repete rien mais l autre c'est une horreur...exemple tout bete un soir d pluie j invite une amie chez moi pour papoter...le garde a cru que c etait un homme(on etaient a velo, vive les ponchos!)et surtout ne la pas vu ressortir...le scandale!!!il a appele mon boss la chef des profs d anglais et la principale...ils ont tous appele ma traduc qui m appele...vous imaginez le topos resultat yen a que deux qui ont ete au courant de la verite et ouai dans le sen sinverse la communication s est arretee!alors la reputaion, mon c**, je m en trabinlle une et pour rine en plus!!!bon j en rie un peu m en fiche de la reputation ...mais bon!

Ecoute, je suis étonnée que n'ai pas le droit de sortir. J'ai passé deux mois à Wuhan (entre shanghai et pékin) chez mes beaux-parents qui sont expatriés, et avec mon mari ont sortaient tous les soirs sans problème.
Idem pour les employés de Peugeot qui étaient avec nous. Il n'y a jamais eu aucun problème.
Ce que je peux te conseiller c'est de te renseigner auprès de l'ambassade française, ils pourront surement te répondre.

serieux je me pauserai meme pas la question.Barre toi c'est des malades... meme dans le yunan j ai pu trouvé à 01h00 une chambre pour passer la nuit avec une chinoise ( et pas en tout bien tout honneur :-) et personne ne nous a emmerdé ou demandé de certificat de mariage.
enfin aprés si tu te sens de continuer d etre au couvent...
Prends ton courage à deux mains trouve une autre ville, fais la fete et ramene un mec chez toi ce sera un bon test pour voire si c'est une ville où tu peux rester ;-)
