Je vais étudier à la Tec de Monterrey, au campus de Guadalajara, pour un semestre et je quitte le Québec le 31 juillet. Plutôt que d'aller en résidence (option dispendieuse) ou encore en famille, j'ai décidé d'opter pour l'appartement ou une maison à louer avec d'autres étudiants se trouvant dans la même situation que moi (étudiant étranger).
Alors voilà, est-ce qu'il y aurait parmis vous des étudiants (es) intéressés (es) à louer un appartement à Guadalajara pour une durée approximative de 4-5 mois?
Par ailleurs, est-ce que certains d'entres-vous auriez des commentaires à me faire parvenir concernant la Tec à Guadalajara( vie étudiante, activités, etc..)?

Contente d'apprendre que ton amie et toi allez également à la Tec à Guadalajara. Plusieurs personnes qui sont allées à Guadalajara m'ont dit que louer une villa ou une maison (avec d'autres étudiants) n'était vraiment pas dispendieux et une excellente option concernant le logement à Guadalajara. Je comptais arriver au Mexique et aller en «hostel» le temps que je me trouve des colocs ou encore me louer là-bas une chambre s'il advenait que je n'en trouve pas (mais ça m'étonnerait).
Seriez-vous intéressées, toi et ton amie, à partager un logement (villa, maison ou appart)? J'arrive à Guadalajara le 31 juillet et j'étudie en international business. Et vous?

Sinon la TEC a une antenne a Paris ou nous avons rencontré ls dirigeants et ils nous ont assuré que niveau logement le étudiants étrangers n'ont jamais eu aucun pb pour se loger. Aparemment les annonces ce n'est pas ce qui manque sur place.

bon alors en fait moi j ai pris une chambre dans une "famille" mais en fait c est pas vraiment avec les regles strictes de quand tu es dans une famille je crois parce que il y a pas le pere et la mere n est jamais la elle bosse souvent je serais apparemment completement independante!
par contre je veux bien garder tes coordonnées pour qu on se tienne au courant quand on est la bas, plus on connait de gens mieux c est!

moi j avais trouvé mon logement par easyroomate avt d'arriver.sinon le TEC a des adresses et ils pourront t'aider. y a aussi pas mal d'etudiants qui arrivent sans logements, qui cherchent sur place et qui trouvent sur place.

avt de partir j ai ouvert un compte expat au credit agricole pr beneficier d'un transfert international "gratuit" par mois. j ai ensuite ouvert un compte HSBC au mexique pr recevoir les euros de france. renseigne toi aupres d HSBC france car je crois ke mon ancienne colloc ne payait pas ou peu de frais en retirant a des distributeurs HSBC (elle avait ouvert un compte HSBC en france) ms verifie quand meme car je ne suis pas sur.ils sauront te renseigner.

Je suis étudiant en ESC et je débarque aussi à la TEC de guada... J'arrive sur place le 26 juillet... Comme la plupart j'ai l'impression je pars sans logement mais cela ne semble pas très problématique... Je crois qu'une villa ou un appart en coloc se trouveront assez facilement... mais pour l'instant je n'ai même pas de coloc... donc si ça interesse quelqu'un ou si vous avez un bon plan faites moi signe svp...

J'arrive à Guada le 30 juillet. J'ai assuré mes arrières en prenant de toute façon la résidence étudiante (qui a pas mal d'inconvénient). La fille qui part avec moi et qui fait partie de la même écolle que moi est dans le même cas que toi. elle doit visiter plusieurs appart en arrivant. Apparemment, les loyers de ce qu'elle a trouvé sont entre 80 et 200 euros par mois selon le quartier. Je crois qu'elle n'a pas très envie de se mettre en coloc d'après ce que j'ai compris.
Moi en revanche, ça m'intéresse. Je recherche des coloc comme toi. Si ça peut t'intéresser, tiens moi au courant.
Moi ça va plutôt pas mal. J'espère que toi aussi. Le départ approche.
Alors pour la banque, ça m'était un peu sorti de la tête. Mais là je viens de voir quelques bons conseils. Je vais appeler HSBC pour voir.
Pour l'assurance, je m'y suis intéressé un peu plus. L'école et la mutuelle étudiante (SMEREP) couvre une partie des accidents. Si tu vas sur le site tu auras toutes les info. Ce n'est pas une couverture totale.
Il y a une complémentaire pour 39€/mois. Moi je crois que la mutuelle de mes parents prends en charge pas mal de choses donc je ne sais pas si je vais prendre une complémentaire. On doit aussi payer une assurance pour le TEC (915 pesos) mais vu le prix ça ne doit pas beaucoup couvrir.
Voilà ce que je sais. Je vais continuer à me renseigner. si tu as quelquechose de ton côté, je veux bien que tu m'en fasse part.
