Je pars pour santa lucia le 2 avril pour 2 semaines. je voudrais savoir ce qu'il y a a faire sur le site comme activité. La bouffe??? c'est bon?? 2 semaines est-ce que ca risque d'etre long peut-etre. On va etre 4 amis... Avez-vous un site ou je pourrais voir la place en photo??

Alors tu me demandes si on s'ennuie 2 semaines !?!? J'y serais resté 3 mois, à moins d'y laisser un enfant ou un copain au Québec, alors là ça peut être différent, mais dans mon cas ce fut complétement génial et je m'arrange pour y retourner très bientôt. Les activités à faire sont écrites à 2 endroits, dans mon résumé et celui de Thalassa qui est très bien détaillé de toute façon la première journée que tu arrives à l'hôtel tu à rendez-vous avec ta représentante touristique qui t'informeras à volonté sur toutes les activités à faire. L'idéal c'est vraiment de prendre le pouls des autres touristes qui sont plus basanés hihihi ils sont là depuis quelques jours alors ils vous diront ce qu'ils ont préféré ou ce qui est à éviter. Mais surtout prend le temps d'entrer en relation avec les Cubains, ils sont tellement généreux et gentils, j'y ai laissé beaucoup d'amis et je suis invité dans leurs demeures, bref ce sont vraiment des gens à découvrir, c'est sur qu'il est préférable de parler espagnol ! Aussi, il y a toujours des touristes hyper sympathique tel que Thalassa et sa gang avec qui vous pourrez passer du bon temps.
Nous avons réservé hier, mon conjoint et moi, pour le Gran Club Santa Lucia pour le 11 mars 2005, 1 semaine. C'est notre 5e voyage à Cuba mais la première fois dans la région de Camaguey.
D'après les résumés très bien détaillés que j'ai lus de Thalassa et PirateRousse, ce sera sûrement très bien. En passant, merci pour ces résumés qui nous donnent encore plus le goût d'y être! 😉 Je vous en reparlerai à mon retour, soit le 18 mars prochain. Nous avons très hâte!
Je n'y suis pas encore allé au Gran Club ! 😉 😛 C'est VivaTROPIC qui est allée et non moi... moi ce que j'ai fait... c'est de poser plus d'une vingtaine de questions !!!! 😏 Mais je pourrais te faire un joli résumé dès mon retour qui est le 25 février prochain ! 😉 Car je pars le 18.... et j'ai eu mes billets d'avion today.... je devrais les avoir en main demain ! 🙂

On lit tellement de commentaires dans tous les forums disponibles qu'on ne sait plus quand et qui sont allés à Santa Lucia! Mais qu'importe, je te souhaite un très beau et magnifique voyage. J'ai bien hâte de lire ton résumé. Je ne passe pas une journée sans parcourir tous les forums sur le sujet en espérant découvrir de nouveaux résumés. En tout cas, c'est l'un des hôtels où j'ai lu de plus de commentaires positifs pour un 3.5* à Cuba.
Je visite 3 forums de discutions de voyage et j'essaie de toujours découvrir de nouveaux commentaires et bientot, ça va être mon tour de donner les miens.... MAIS PAS TROP VITE LÀ ! 😏 Je ne suis pas encore partie et déjà que je n'ai pas hâte d'être de retour !!!!! 😛
Je dois dire que je me pette les bretelles de mon choix pour là bas et du prix que j'ai payé, j'ai sauté sur l'occasion rapidement, mais j'avais déjà lu quelques commentaires sur le site d'Ulysse et ce qui avait aidé mon choix pour cette destination et cet hôtel !
Mais plus que j'en lis et plus que j'ai hâte au départ ! 😉

Nous arrivons du Gran Club Santa Lucia et ton choix est effectivement le meilleur des quatre hôtels à Santa Lucia. Nous avons visité tous les hôtels et le Gran Club se démarque par sa végétation, la propreté des chambres, la qualité de la bouffe, la grandeur de la plage et la gentillesse des employés(es). Nous te souhaitons beaucoup de plaisir et de soleil.

J'ai de la difficulté a avoir de la patience à mon emploi là.... j'essaie réellement pas d'y penser.... mais ce n'est peut-être pas le fait que je vais à Cuba en fait... c'est que j'ai réellement besoin de me reposer !!!!! 🤪 Je crois qu'elles vont être méritées ces vacances ! 😏

At all-inclusive resorts, base salaries are extremely low for 10- to 12-hour workdays. Tips aren’t just a little extra—they often make up half of these families’ income.
Personally, I always prepare an envelope with euro bills in different denominations before I leave (they exchange them easily on-site). Here’s my method:
🛏️ For housekeeping: I leave a bill on the pillow every morning since schedules rotate daily.
🍽️ For servers: I always sit at the same table. At the end of the trip, I give an envelope to each server who took care of us daily.
🎉 For entertainment: I set aside an envelope for the animator who put in the most effort and really touched me.
The package covers the hotel, but our tips help support the people who make our vacations magical. Don’t forget to budget for this in cash when you pack!

For my husband's 50th birthday, we're going to Mombasa for 10 days and 8 nights in March 2026.
I found a hotel, the Kappa Club Crystal Bay Resort, and online reviews for this hotel recommend a guide named Omar. I contacted him via WhatsApp, and he's offering a 2-day, 1-night safari in Tsavo East, a "blue safari," and a Marafa Canyon day trip for 400 € per person.
I’m asking for help from people who’ve already done these excursions because I have no idea what these offers entail.

Hi everyone, I’m writing here because I’m really torn—I want to go on a trip. A vacation? 10 to 12 days, maybe 14 days. Starting March 14th. I’m in a wheelchair but completely independent. I was thinking of going to Martinique, but apparently, the hotels aren’t all-inclusive, which might be a hassle. If you have any advice, that’d be great. Otherwise, I was considering Mexico—a long-time dream. At an all-inclusive hotel with accessibility on one level (since I’m independent but in a wheelchair). Do you know of any nice, budget-friendly hotels with activities in Mexico? Or Zanzibar is also an option for me, same idea.

Can anyone recommend 5 or 6 hotel names that meet the following criteria? (I’m not too picky, lol)
1. All-inclusive
2. Adults-only
3. Beautiful beach and pool
4. Hotel for relaxing (no "factory hotels")
5. One-week stay in February 2026
6. A nice hotel (3 or 4 stars) but no need for an ultra-palace
Oh, and I almost forgot the main thing 😉: budget between 3500 € and 4000 € for two, including flights from Montreal-Mexico-Montreal.

Hi there, I’m a 43-year-old woman planning to travel solo in early March. I’m not really into "commercial resorts," but if I find a place that fits my criteria, I might be interested. To add to the info in the title, I’m open to various activities, but ideally, it’d include snorkeling, hiking, dance (every evening if possible!), group tours, etc. I’d love to meet people (not necessarily a man—just people in general!). We’ll be in Venice from March 20th to 24th, and I’m looking (for two couples) for a hotel close to St. Mark’s Square—my husband can’t walk long distances. For four nights with breakfast, our budget is around 1,400 € per couple. To avoid too much walking for him, I’d also prefer a hotel where we could potentially eat dinner in the evenings.

You can’t pay online there—you just submit a reservation request (enquiry).
The second is the NWR (Namibia Wildlife Resorts) site: https://www.nwr.com.na, where you *can* pay online.
Is the latter one reliable?

Bonjour nous arriverons dimanche 5 mai ( à partir de 16h25) à l'aéroport de Punta Cana pour profiter d'un séjour que mon amie à gagner à l’hôtel Gran Bahia Principe La Romana.
L'avion est offert par la compagnie aérienne, l'hôtel je pense par la chaine hôtelière, mais aujourd'hui je m’inquiète du transfert car aucune info et j'apprends que rien n'est prévu.
D’après ce que j'ai vu le dernier car expreso part de Punta Cana à 16h00
Y-a t'il d'autres moyens de transports collectif (guagua) qui puisse faire le trajet ou au moins nous avancer jusqu'à La Romana ou San Pedro de Marcoris et je pense qu'on finira le trajet en taxi.
Si c'est trop compliqué ça sera navette privée mais on est plus "lonely planet " que navette privée et hôtel tout inclus.

A ce jour elles n apparaissent plus sur mon compte Booking , j en ai informé par mail le service clients mais ce dernier ne repond pas ...donc impossible d annuler ces reservations....Quelqu un a t il connu ce probleme et l a t il resolu ???
