bonjour, je m'installe au maroc, à mohammédia, dans un mois avec mon mari et mes 4 enfants, ils sont inscrits à l'école française qui va de la maternelle à la 3ème, mais je me pose des questions sur leur scolarité car est-il vraiment nécessaire de les mettre à l'école française, il y a plein de petites écoles privées, il y en a une juste à côté de la maison où nous allons habiter qui fait aussi maternelle primaire et collège, quelles est la différence entre ces 2 structures ? le niveau scolaire ? Ou est-ce seulement une question de français qui doivent être entre français car si c'est le cas cela ne me plait pas beaucoup ! j'ai été élevé en Afrique et je ne suis pas allée spécialement dans des écoles françaises et je ne m'en porte pas plus mal, si vous pouviez m'éclairer ca serait trés sympa. merci d'avance !

L'école francaise au Maroc a une population internationale, et beaucoup de marocains, ce n'est donc pas un bocal pour francais uniquement.
En écoles privées la Maroc a le meilleur et le pire.
Les écoles pour l'élite, de toutes nationalités aux frais de scolarité exhorbitants.
Les cours privé qui ressemblent un peu à ceux des sous doués.
Quelques écoles un peu sectes.
Naturellement les écoles religieuses.
et toutes les petites officines que n'importe qui peut ouvrir avec n'importe quelle compétence.
pour les jardins d'enfants et maternelles, c'est peut etre un bon plan pour qu'ils apprennent spontanément le dialecte local.
Il faut penser aussi à la possibilité de réintégration dans le cursus en France en fin d'expatriation. le monde du travail n'est plus ce qu'il était il y a 20 ou 30 ans, cela a peut etre plus d'importance maintenant.
merci pour votre réponse, ca n'est pas simple d'être sur de faire le bon choix, à l'école française de mohammédia il y a 75% de français, et les frais de scolarité sont déjà elevés je trouve, 170 euros par enfant par mois sans compter fourniture et livres, c'est un sacré budget quand on a 4 enfants, c'est pourquoi je me posai aussi la question car l'école privée à côté de notre future maison c'est 80 euros par mois par enfant. mais il est vrai que je pense aussi à leur avenir et c'est le niveau scolaire qui est le plus important, d'aprés ce que vous me dites l'école dont je parle serait dans la catégorie ouverte par n'importe qui...c'est peut-être pas le bon choix ou peut-être que je peux mettre la petite dernière qui a encore deux ans de maternelle à faire...en tout cas merci pour votre aide, cordialement,

bon madame, permetter moi d'abord de vous eclairer sur le plus important : d'un coté ou d'un autre plus de 80% du travaille que va fournir vos enfants sera a la maison.
revenons a votre question si vous permettez! bon vos enfants en un francais inné donc tres meme trop avancé par rapport au autres enfants marocais mais parcontre l'arabe c'est pas la joie en court terme je vous propose de mettre les plus jeunes ds le bain qu'ils connaissent leurs environement et se familiarise a la langue qui sera un veritable atout je pense.

j'espere avoir repondu a quelques unes de vos interrogation sachant que vous vous attaquer a l'un des plus grand problemes marocains.
Je me permets d'intervenir dans la discussion pour te faire partager l'expérience de ma belle soeur qui habite à mohammedia et dont fils ainé est scolarisé à l'école française depuis la grande section (actuellement il est au CE1). Sa première année d'école (moyenne section), il l'a effectué dans une école privée où la langue française était privilégiée. Durant cette année, il a appris l'arabe (oral et classique pour l'écrit) car tous ses amis étaient marocains (c'était le seul français). Au niveau linguistique cela lui a été très bénéfique car il parle couramment le marocain. Au niveau culturel je n'en parle même pas ...c'était le top! Par contre, il a eu beaucoup de mal à s'adapter! Ses parents ont donc décidé de l'inscrire à l'école française. alors alors... il y a beaucoup d'enfants de couple mixtes (anglais-marocain ou français marocains etc....) mais également des marocains. D'après ce que m'a dit ma belle soeur, il a lié plus facilement d'amitié avec les autres enfants car la langue était moins une "barrière". A partir du CP les enfants peuvent apprendre l'arabe. Je ne connais pas l'âge de tes enfants, mais il est vrai que s'ils sont en maternelle ça peut être sympa de les mettre dans une école privée non dépendante des affaires étrangères française. Mais s'ils sont plus grands ...c'est à réfléchir car s'il ne parle pas la langue...leur intégration sera peut être plus difficile (ce n'est que mon simple avis!). J'en reviens à ma belle soeur, elle a des jumeaux qui vont faire leur première rentrée et bien ils ne la feront pas à l'école française. Je crois que le choix dépend également du caractère des enfants. S'ils sont assez timides, ils ont déjà des difficultés à "s'intégrer" (je n'aime pas trop ce terme mais bon....) mais sil en plus il y a la langue cela risque d'être plus dur non?
Nous concernant nous partons pour bangkok en août. Notre fils est âgé de 5 ans (il rentrera en grande section) et nous avons décidé de l'inscrire à l'école française car il ne parle ni l'anglais (pas assez bien!) ni le thai. L'avantage est que là-bas il y a une heure de thai et anglais obligatoire + l'option de suivre une heure de cours en plus par jour d'anglais et thai.
bonjour et merci aux deux dernières personnes qui viennent de me répondre; Je vois que vos avis se rejoignent, les petits peuvent allés en école privée mais à partir du cp il vaut mieux les mettre l'école française, c'est ce que je vais sans doute faire, je n'en ai qu'une encore en maternelle elle en a encore pour deux ans, cela lui permettra de parler l'arabe et ca je pense que c'est une trés bonne chose, en plus quand ils sont petits ils apprennent trés vite.
