Voilà je me présente, je m'appelle Aurélie, j'ai 25 ans (bientôt 26, n'ayant pas encore trouvé le moyen d'arrêter le temps), et je souhaiterais partir en Irlande.
J'ai fait diverses études à l'université, Licence LEA, tentative de Master LEA puis Master Professeur des Ecoles. N'ayant pas réussi à obtenir mon concours cette année, je souhaite prendre ce contretemps (car je peux le retenter une autre année) comme une occasion de réaliser une lubie que j'ai depuis que j'ai fait LEA mais que je n'ai eu le courage d'accomplir : tenter ma chance à l'étranger !
Mais voilà, je ne sais pas trop comment m'y prendre. J'ai cherché des offres d'emploi, trouvé pas mal de postes pour des call center, j'ai d'ailleurs reçu un appel d'une compagnie située à cork mais même s'ils m'acceptent après les phases d'entretien je ne pourrais dire oui étant donné que la formation se passe en août et que je suis actuellement employée pour l'été dans un restaurant (job que je fais depuis 4 saisons et je ne peux pas laisser mes patrons dans l'embarras en pleine saison..).
Je compte partir pour septembre/octobre.
Alors voilà, comment faire ? Dois-je continuer à chercher ici sur les différents sites de recrutement jusqu'à ce que ça marche ? Ou bien puis-je tenter d'arriver et de chercher dans tous les coins, et si c'est le cas, ai-je des chances de trouver rapidement ? (je n'aurais que 1000 euros à la fin de l'été et plus de rentrée d'argent sans travail donc je ne pourrais pas rester 3 mois sans rien).

Je suis dans la même situation que vous, je souhaite également partir quelques temps en Irlande a partir de septembre/octobre.
J'ai commencé à me renseigner et ce qui est majoritairement ressorti c'est qu'il était plus facile de trouver un emploi qu'un logement (prix exorbitant la coloc est à privilégier).
Il y a beaucoup de call center qui recherche des français par forcement bilingue car la clientèle est française.
Ce serait sympa si on pouvait échanger sur l'avancé de nos recherches, je posterais toutes les bons plans que je trouverais. 🙂

Je ne peux pas te dire de oui catégorique étant donné que pour l'instant je travaille en France (boulot d'été qui a été un peu prolongé) et que je ne sais absolument pas quand je partirai, bien que je pense partir aux alentours de Novembre.
En effet les apparts sont tellement chers, je crois qu'habiter en collocation s'impose !
En tous les cas j'espère que tes recherches se passeront bien et je te tiendrai au courant de quand je peux partir pour voir où tu en es :) !

Personnellement, j'ai en effet trouvé plusieurs offres pour du call center. Mon anglais est tout à fait correct mais je me dis que pour commencer ça peut être pas mal, le temps de s'habituer à l'environnement avant d'oser parler exclusivement anglais haha.
Pour l'instant rien de concret en tout cas. Je souhaitais partir à Galway (cette ville me subjugue je ne sais pas pourquoi) mais la plupart des offres de call center sont à Cork ou Dublin alors je suppose que j'aurai le choix cornélien de choisir entre une opportunité de travail et une ville qui me plait et trouver sur place.

J'ai travaillé 2 mois comme guide en Irlande, je connais donc relativement bien la culture Irlandaise et les nombreuses villes et zones qui composent cette belle île.
Je travaillais pour une entreprise française et j'étais hébergé dans les hôtels avec mes clients donc je n'ai pas eu le même problème que vous, j'ai été plus chanceux.
Si je peux répondre à quelque question que ce soit sur les villes, le fonctionnement des taxes, des jobs ou quoi que ce soit, n'hésitez pas à me le demander ici ou par mp.
Une chose est sûre, je vous souhaite beaucoup de chance et de réussite dans ce beau projet !

Je ne sais pas quelle plateforme te conseiller pour l'ingénierie ... cherche bien sur LinkedIn, sur google ... envoie ton CV au siège de Airbnb à Dublin par exemple !
Pour ce qui est de ton autre question, tu n'as pas forcément besoin d'un contrat de travail signé pour t'installer, tu peux arriver et chercher du travail sur place.
Si tu es vraiment flexible et comme tu as 20 ans je peux te conseiller de postuler dans les auberges de jeunesse de différentes villes d'Irlande pour commencer (il y a toujours besoin de réceptionniste de différentes nationalités et tu peux être hébergé gratuitement)
