la création d'une société au Maroc est presque facile, et ne necessite pas d'associé marocain.
le probleme, c'est qu'on a jamais le bon papier au bon moment, la bonne copie légalisée, il faut un peu de temps pour comprendre, mais on ne s'en sort pas plus mal qu'en France.
Ensuite il faut la faire vivre sa société, et réussir à en vivre, à partir de la c'est plus dur, la concurrence peut etre surprenante.

je crois que tu t'es trompé d'addresse !! cette situation n'est pas marocaine !! ça été le cas il ya une 10 d'années mais avec les changements structurels entrepris depuis l'acte d'ivestir au Maroc est devenu plus trasparants et depuis la creation du "guichet unique" on crée son entreprise en 48 heures. d'ailleurs c'est ce qui explique l'engouement des investisseurs de toutes nationalités sur le Maroc et qui le classe 1 er dans le monde arabe en investissements en dehors des hydrocarbures. Voir le site de la banque mondialie sur les pays dont le climat institunionel incite à l'investissement intenational.
Délaisse les grandes routes, prends les sentiers. Pythagore
Je n'ai pas parlé de la "création" qui est façile mais l'"après" création. Pour que celle-ci perdure il faut avoir des "appuis" et cela je l'ai vecu jusqu'à il y a 3 ans, je ne les avais pas et cela m'a coûté très cher. Il faut vivre (et avoir vecu longtemps) au Maroc pour faire sa place. Je répete : Attention !

C'est effectivement un pays en pleine expention, je dirais qu'en ce moment il éclate de toute part et même trop vite peut-être. Toutefois si je devais investir j'irais sur la pointe des pieds, j'ai renoncé de le faire et pourtant je connais ce pays, j'y suis né et y ai vecu 35 ans. J'y retourne chaque année avec un plaisir immense mais en touriste.

Le marché du travail au Maroc est (normalement) réservé aux marocains Puisque vous avez travaillé au Maroc dans le temps, vous devez savoir qu'avoir un permis de travail est assez hardu. Il faut entrer dans un grand groupe (C'est plus façile) qui a besoin d'un étranger. Ou alors des hommes qui ont monté des restaurants, gites, hôtels, qui seront très heureux d'avoir un specialiste. Votre creneau est acceptable. C'est à tenter.
Vous avez raison d'aller prospecter avant de vous lancer. Attention aux "requins" qui attendent qu'un investisseur se presente, c'est là que ma reflexion d'avoir des gens "surs" rentre en compte. Les endroits où votre specialité peut avoir un echo est : MRK, Agadir, et Essaouira (qui prend une place touristique a vitesse grand "V").

Je vous remercie pour vos réflexions 😉. L´ouverture du Sheraton à Casablanca, c´était la chance pour moi de travailler quelques semaines pour la formation du personnel et tout était interne, donc je n´ai pas eu à me casser la tête pour les papiers.
Mes connaissances professionnelles ne se limitent pas à l´hôtellerie, vu que j´ai une formation de photographe et j´étais à mon compte dans la publicité, me relancer dans la photographie, dépend de la région, du secteur, du marché et du pouvoir d´achat.
J´ai de même été Agent de maîtrise (cadre) dans une société de nettoyage industriel dont j´étais responsable de la clientèle, des contrôles et je travaillais sur des sites sensibles comme: les ports, aéroport, site EDF et les sites régionaux (Conseil Régional et Conseil Général) etc....
Donc pour une création d´entreprise, je suis assez flexible et ma raison de venir prospecter c´est d´une importance capitale pour prendre conscience dans quel secteur serait plus productif pour moi ou pas.
Les requins il y en a partout, merci quand même pour l´info et comme vous le dites c´est bien d´avoir dès le départ des connaissances sérieuses, vigilantes et prévoyantes ou bien des professionnels responsables.

Vous allez trouver sur place beaucoup de jeunes dans votre cas, qui font des petits boulots par-ci et par-là. Sur place vous les rencontrerez, ils sont partout. Eux vous expliqueront exactement ce qu'ils resentent et les "galères" à éviter. Vous êtes jeune et d'après ce que vous avez écrit vous avez la "tête sur les épaules", servez-vous en.

J'ai oublié lors de mon dernier message de te mettre en garde avec les banques si tu as un compte. Les banques à Marrakech sont très avides de profits et pas très sures en ce qui concerne le "secret bancaire". N'importe qui peut savoir combien tu as et le divulguer à d'autre personne. C'est parfois génant et on ne peut rien y faire. Il faut être aux aguets et essayer de bloquer cette information.
J'ai eu cette mésaventure dernièrement, très désagreable, et en plus, si tu te rends hors du Maroc, ils ne t'envoient pas de relevé. Tu ne sais pas où tu en est.

J'ai crée une entreprise au Maroc depuis 2 ans. J'y vis depuis 5 ans. Je suis entièrement daccord avec les propos de Jadou que je trouve très réaliste. C dur, il faut se battre pour faire sa place mais la vie au quotidien est très agréable et compense les moments administratifs ou autres qui peuvent se réveler très difficile à vivre, surtout au début.
