Je suis étudiant au Québec et j'ai retardé ma première année d'université pour me faire globe-trotter, sortir de ma province le temps de découvrir quelque chose de nouveau! Hors de question pour moi de faire le pur touriste et j'aimerais me trouver des emplois à mes différentes destinations! Évidemment, ça me permettra de ne pas m'appauvrir excessivement lors de mes séjours. Pour ce qui est de la France, j'ai entendu parler du temps des vendanges qui se déroule en début automne. J'ai visité quelques sites webs et j'aurais tout de même quelques questions à poser, à l'âme charitable qui voudra bien me donner ce coup de main! :) Si vous avez les bonnes ressources internet à me donner, ce serait immensément apprécié!
M'aventurant loin de chez nous, j'aimerais avoir des recommandations quant aux lieux où il pourrait être plus avantageux d'aller travailler. Faut-il s'inscrire, ou on peut plutôt arriver un matin avec le sac-à-dos et se trouver un job aisément? S'il faut s'inscrire, ça se fait très longtemps avant, ou quelques semaines/mois avant, ça va? Dois-je me soucier d'avance des moyens de locomotion pour m'y rendre quotidiennement, ou on peut se trouver un lieu de repos (et pour manger) relativement près du lieu de travail? Et est-il pensable de combiner notre horaire de travail avec un peu de visite dans les environs, où c'est trop chargé/trop loin/pas assez payant?

Ce n'est pas encore le moment mais tu trouveras des annonces sur le site du pôle-emploi.

J'habite pas loin de la Champagne et j'ai fait les vendanges l'été dernier.
En fait c'est assez facile ici quand on est dans le coin, il y a beaucoup de producteurs de champagne.
Les dates précises des vendanges sont connues vers juin en fonction de la maturité du raisin. Elles se déroulent en août ou septembre généralement, sur une durée de 8 à 10 jours.
Il faut savoir que c'est un travail assez épuisant, les horaires sont environ de 8h à 17h, et généralement on rentre bien fatigués... mais à la fin de la semaine, on a un beau chèque (700e pour moi pour 9 jours), et l'ambiance (selon les patrons) peut etre géniale!
Il y a deux types de paiement: à la tache (plus tu coupe vite mieux tu es payé, mais il faut vraiment être efficace), et à l'heure (travail d'équipe, dur aussi, mais c'est moins chacun pour soi)
Là où je les ai faites l'an passé, on était à peu près 20 au début, au moins 5 ont abandonné au bout de 2 jours. Il faut vraiment avoir envie de bosser.
Pour les lieux, je connais des adresses en champagne, mais pas dans le vin.
Il faut savoir que le vin est plus dans le sud de la france, et le champagne à 1h/1h20 de paris.
L'idéal pour toi serait de bosser la semaine, et de faire les visites la semaine suivante je pense, car pendant les vendanges c'est boulot/dodo et très peu de sorties (sauf le dimanche où on ne bosse pas).
Tu peux commencer à envoyer des cv, ils les mettront de coté et te dirons les dates quand ils sauront.
Après pour l'hébergement, ils sont peu à avoir de la place, mais tu peux trouver une location de studio selon le temps que tu restes;
Les associations Québec-France et France-Québec aident les jeunes québécois dans leurs démarches pour aller faire les vendanges en France. Du Beaujolais à la Champagne, en passant par la Bourgogne ou le Val-de-Loire, les vendanges ont lieu entre fin août et mi-octobre -cela dépend du temps qu’il fera en France cet été- et durent entre 6 à 15 jours.
Les participants sont logés, nourris et rémunérés à hauteur d’environ 60€ (90$) par jour et l'association vous aide à trouver un contrat chez un viticulteur pour 80$.

Sinon pour la personne qui a créé la discussion, j'ai appris de mon côté quelques informations intéressantes:
1) Il est vraiment préférable de s'ouvrir un compte dans une banque française pour recevoir sa paye (une question de RIb ou quelque chose du genre)
2) Pour les déplacement le covoiturage marche très bien mais il y a aussi des passes de bus exprès pour les étudiants là-bas: www.sncf.com/fr/tarifs-reduits/carte-jeune.
3) finalement, c'est mieux de prendre ses billets plus dernière minute pour la France, parce que apparemment c'est moins cher, et Air Transat serait la meilleure option!
