Salut tout le monde, je viens ici vous poser quelques questions car j'aimerais vivre sur Marseille avec ma copine. J'ai 22 ans (bientôt 23) et ma copine a 21 ans. Actuellement je suis en CDI sur Paris, je suis technicien de maintenance informatique dans une TPE où je me sens jour après jour assez mal.
Je me rend compte que Paris n'est pas du tout une ville qui me correspond, j'ai besoin de chaleur, de soleil et de la mer pour me sentir bien dans ma peau et évacuer tout mon stress qui me bouffe la santé et le moral.
Je suis donc très motivé pour partir sur Marseille ainsi que ma copine. Mais voilà, si je quitte mon travail je ne toucherais pas d'argent et donc je n'aurais aucun revenu. Ma copine est en contrat jeune et se contrat prendra fin à la fin du mois. Je n'ai pas de diplôme, donc je ne peu pas prétendre chercher du travail facilement.
Ma copine aimerait se former sur Marseille. J'aimerais également me former dans un autre domaine que l'informatique là bas ou trouver directement un travail.
Le problème est certainement le logement. Est-ce qu'il sera impossible de trouver un logement alors qu'on a aucun revenus ? Du tout coup notre projet tombe à l'eau.
Actuellement on vie dans l'appartement de mes parents, et malgré que j'ai un travail et elle aussi, on a pas les moyens d'avoir un appartement en région parisienne.
Je touche le smic et elle environ 700 euros. Voilà un peu dans quelle situation je suis coincé. J'ai un travail mais je gagne pas assez pour avoir mon propre logement. Je n'ai pas de travail pour pouvoir enménager dans une région où les loyers sont plus bas et la vie moins cher et plus agréable...
Salut, tu pourras réaliser tout çà seulement si tu as un garant qui a un salaire >= à 3 x ou 3.5 x le montant du loyer. Connais tu un peu cette ville par contre ?
Ne rêve pas, de soleil, de mer etc... etc....
Regarde les choses avec objectivité: Pour une location d'appart en France (Marseille c'est comme Paris, en France), les agences demandent généralement de justifier un revenu de 3 ou 4 fois le loyer!
Pour l'avoir testé et pratiqué, les loyers Marseillais ne sont que tès légèrement moins chers qu'à Paris. Disons que ce sont les prix de banlieue, et encore ceux des banlieues Nord ou est (pas Boulogne ou St-Cloud).
Quant au boulot, 25% du boulot que l'on peut trouver en France, se trouve là où vit 25% de la population Française, soit en Région parisienne!
Quant aux salaires, tu vas très vite t'apercevoir que l'égalité de ceux-ci n'existe que dans la tête et les beaux discours de nos très chèrs et compétents politiques.
Avant d'aller jeter l'ancre, dans cette belle ville, va donc y faire quelques croisières, histoire de voir si tu peux t'adapter à la région et ses habitudes, te trouver logement, travail et tout ce qui, visiblement te manque en Région Parisienne et que tu penses trouver là-bas!
Dans la foulée, n'oublie surtout pas de prendre en compte, les avantages et les énormes possibiltés qu'offre la région Parisienne. (Je ne citerai que les transports, le ravitaillement ou encore la culture).
Voilà, à toi de voir, de peser le pour et le contre, et en finale prendre une décision nette qu'il ne te faudra pas regretter par la suite. (Ca serait la pire des choses, car une fois parti, on ne remonte pas le temps en arrière, et les situations quittées se retrouvent rarement)

Je vais te donner mon avis, si tu pars comme ça sans travail vous allez vraiment galérer, je te conseille plutôt de garder ton travail pour l'instant et mettre de l'argent de coté pour partir, car là, tu es chez tes parents et tu ne te rends pas vraiment compte des frais qu'engendre la prise d'un logement.
En plus sans travail personne ne te loueras un appart.
Il ne faut pas être pressé.

donc tu te contredis, car là tu dis que tu ne gagnes pas suffisamment pour avoir un appartement et ensuite tu dis que tu peux très bien vivre de tes rentes, loto, héritage.....pourquoi pas...

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
