Comme le titre l'indique, je pars emménager à Londres pour la fin janvier 2011.
Seulement, je ne souhaite pas m'installer seule dans un studio.
D'une part, les loyers y sont extrêmement élevés et d'autre, bonjour la déprime !
C'est pourquoi, je recherche actuellement 2 ou 3 personnes sérieuses et réellement motivées à partir vivre, travailler et s'amuser à Londres pour 1 année minimum.
Je connais un peu la ville grâce à quelques amis français qui y sont déjà installés et qui ont pu me conseiller quelques coins agréables et pas trop chers dans lesquels emménager.
L'idéal serait de partager une maison ou un appartement, après je ne suis pas contre le fait d'habiter dans ce qu'ils appellent là-bas une warehouse, ça peut être sympa pour les petits budgets avec beaucoup d'espace en bonus.
Pour information, mon budget s'élève à 500 pounds/mois max et je souhaite avoir mon propre espace mais partager la salle de bain ne me dérange pas.
Quelque chose à vous dire de moi : je suis une passionnée de l'art en général (cinéma, photo, peinture, musique) j'aime lire, créer des choses qui ressemblent à rien, les concerts, les nouvelles rencontres, voyager...
Je tiens juste à préciser que, pour les personnes intéressées, je souhaiterai organiser une rencontre avant le jour J.

Pour quoi ne pas emmenager dans une colocation deja existante ?
Ca va etre extremement difficile de trouver deux ou trois personnes motivees qui
- veulent y aller exactement pour le meme temps que toi
- partagent tous tes gouts en ce qui concerne les quartiers, le minimum dans la maison/l'appart, le budget
Ensuite, meme si tu les trouves, il vous faudra quand meme fournir des papiers pour emmenager, genre bulletin de salaire (si tu passes par une agence, et pour louer un appart, tu dois passer par une agence). Si tu emmenages dans une coloc, tu n'auras normalement pas a fournir tout cela.
A 500 livres par mois, tu devrais pouvoir trouver une chambre en colocation sans problemes.
C'est pour cela, et excuse moi de te le dire si franchement, mais la maniere dont tu veux faire ca est insensee et tu vas droit dans le mur.
Viens plutot a Londres quand TOI tu seras prete et trouves toi une colocation. Je sais que ca fait peur de partir seule, mais c'est tres complique de coordonner plusieurs personnes de cette maniere. Si tu avances l'argent pour la location et que quelqu'un te lache, tu risques d'avoir a payer de ta poche.
slt judee je suis très interesser par ton projet je comptais améliorer mon anglais à londres et par la même occasion trouvé du travail dans la comptabilité après j'aimerais faire partir du voyage et par la même occasion se voir pr préparer le séjour sachant que je serais à londres pour le nouvel an.j'attend de tes news à bientôt.

je sais que le message que tu as posté ne m'étais pas adressé, cependant, je rentre de Londres ou j'y ai vecu six mois,
avec mon copain, nous avons passé un mois et demi dans une auberge de jeunesse située pres de la Gare de Kings Cross St Pancras, en chambre de 18 personnes! Ce n'était pas toujours évident mais l'ambiance était vraiment sympa!
Nous nous sommes inscrits au Centre Charles Péguy des le debut, cela nous a permis de trouver des boulot dans deux restaurants different. David, mon copain, a trouvé en deux jours seulement, il y es resté 6 mois en tant que runner (sorte de serveur qui fait le lien entre les cuisines et la salle) et moi jai trouvé un job en deux semaines en tant que receptionniste, j'ai dabord été dans un restau de luxe dans le quartier de Marylebone, ensuite j'ai arreté et j'ai rejoins le mêeme restau ou travaillait David.
Nous avons été deux semaines dans une famille d'accueil, puis nous avons trouvé une coloc à Vauxhall. C'était tres bien. L'experience nous a beaucoup plu, en particulier car nous etions bien "aidé" par le Centrer Charles Péguy, voici leur site:http://centrecharlespeguy.wordpress.com/ rassure toi, je ne travaille pas pour eux et je sais qu'il y a beaucoup d'autre moyen pour trouver un job, meme sans eux, (jai dailleurs plusieurs potes qui ont trouvé tout seuls) mais c'est juste que nous personnellement ca a été bien dans le sens ou ils ont toujours été la pour refaire nos cv, nous permettre douvrir un compte bancaire car on avait pas dadresse, etc etc... Apres c'est surtout parce que nous meme nous n'étions pas organisé et pas très débrouillards!!! hihi
Je pense que ca dépend de la personnalité de chacun en fait!

Tu dois etre deja arrivé à Londres, toutefois je repond quand meme a ton message au cas ou!
A l'auberge The Clink261 de Kings Cross St Pancrass, les nuits etaient de 12 à 16 pounds par nuit et par personne, cependant les prix doublaient le week end! Ce n'est surement pas lauberge la moins chere de Londres, toutefois elle était plutot pas mal niveau confort et assez propre dans les chambres !

le perso etait super sympa, notamment le manager Fabien qui nous manque beaucoup !!
