Salut Julien ! Alors moi je pars en Irlande en septembre où je vais bosser comme assistante de langue dans un bahut de Rathmines, Dublin 6 (à 3km du centre ville). Je viens de l'apprendre il y a peu et vu les prix affolants pour les locations là bas je vais prendre une collocation...
J'ai 21 ans, je suis étudiante en Etudes Irlandaises, et cette année me permettra de joindre l'utile à l'agréable : je vais en profiter pour préparer mon mémoire de master 2, et aussi pas mal visiter !!!

j'ai vécu quelques mois en Irlande au début de l'année. Je suis parti avec un pote et un billet aller, sur place on a trouver du taf en une semaine, c'était à la mi-septembre mais je pense qu'au début de l'été ça doit être assez facile aussi. Pour le taf le mieux c'est de distribuer des Cv un peu partout, et ne pas hésiter à aller voir les gens pour demander, on sait jamais, va également voir au FAS (c'est juste à côté d' O'connel Bridge, dans la rue de l'immeuble heineken...) c'est en gros l'ANPE local. Pour le logement, y'a pas photo c'est le site www.daft.ie, y' a plein de colocations et c'est gratuit, il faut y aller tout le temps par contre parce que les chambres partent très vite.
EN tout cas c'est une ville mortelle, ou vous rencontrez plein de gens. Bon courage dans vos démarches.

Bon, je suis un peu dans la meme situation que toi (voir profil), pour l'intant, rien de concret pour etre franc, mais ce qui était un reve est devenu projet. J'effectue actuellement des recherches sur les prix des loyers sur Dublin et autres villes (holala c'est cher!!!), ainsi que sur les possibilités de trouver un emploi avant de partir, etc...
Comme toi, partir seul me dérange un peu, je recherche donc des personnes intéressées pour un départ en Irlande, d'une durée encore indéterminée, en colloc...
Je suis quelqu'un d'agréable (il me semble!), plein de vie, j'aime faire la fete et connaitre de nouvelles personnes. En gros, pas coincé et ouvert!

enfin bref, à première vue, j'ai le meme projet qu'toi (perfectionner mon anglais en immersion), je pense partir fin aout-début-septembre, je n'ai jusqu'à présent pas encore fais de grandes recherches concernant un boulot ou un appart, mais bon, en réalité je ne sais pas à quel endroit précis je comte me rendre, mais je sais que je préfère éviter Londres, de toutes façons.
Pour le moment je suis déjà en immersion dans la partie flamande de la Belgique, j'apprends le néérlandais depuis 3mois, mon contrat de travail étant bientôt fini, je commence tout doucement à préparer la suite de mes aventures...

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
