Dans tous les pays de Mercosur les étrangers ont les mêmes droits que les locaux et il n'y pas de risque de stabilité.

Losque j'ai décidé de venir m'installer en Amérique latine, j'avais le choix entre de nombreux pays. Pour tout un tas de raisons, j'ai éliminé beaucoup, puis j'en ai éliminé d'autres parce que je n'avais pas la queue d’un et que je devais faire avec mon «très peu de moyens». Dans les pays pas chers, j'avais l'Urugyuay et le Paraguay.
J'ai un bon pote que tu connais, Thomas Dutronc, qui m’a dit que je faisais une connerie en choisissant le Paraguay et que j’allais m’y enterrer. Il voulait que je choisisse l'Uruguay, car le frère de Jacques Dutronc, son oncle donc, vit en Uruguay depuis très longtemps. Mais pour moi le climat était très important et il y a une différence terrible entre les deux pays. A Montevideo, tu as toujours de 5 à 12° de moins qu'à Asuncion, et les hivers sont froids. Ca ne paraît pas, mais ne serait-ce que 5°, en hiver quand tu as 16° à Montevideo, tu as entre 21 à 30° à Asuncion, ça change complètement la vie, enfin pour moi qui adore fumer mon cigare tranquille sur ma terrasse et sous les ventilos avec une caipirina à la main….
Puis il y a aussi la végétation.
Car l'Uruguay a un climat tempéré océanique (avec les plantes qui vont avec) qui ressemblent un peu à la cote d'azur ou à Vina Del Mar au Chili, décor niçois donc... tu y trouves même des mimosas… En hiver, il y a des vents (pamperos) très violents et très froids, même s'il ne gèle pas, qui s'abattent sur toute la cote
Le climat du Paraguay, lui, est subtropical. Et comme j'adore la végétation tropicale et luxuriante, j'y trouve évidemment beaucoup plus mon compte.
Enfin, l'Uruguay est un pays trop civilisé pour moi. Je voulais sortir d'un système qui ne fonctionne qu'avec et pour unique valeur "le fric", j'avais envie de vivre un peu pour moi et de me retrouver. Le Paraguay est probablement l'une des toutes dernières terres d'aventure au monde.

Il est vrai que ce petit État sans mer, enserré entre l’Argentine, la Bolivie et le Brésil, ne présente pas autant d’atouts que ses voisins. Néanmoins, à défaut de plages et de monuments précolombiens, le Paraguay possède le charme d’une terre authentique, à la population hospitalière, loin des sentiers touristiques établis.

pas de probleme mon cher jean claude....ce n est pas le theme de toute facon de cette discussion...le principal est que chacun se sente bien la ou il est mais je réitère neanmoins ce que j ai dit... l' uruguay attire d une manière générale (et sur de nombreux aspects) beaucoup plus que le paraguay.... c est un fait!!! 😉 meme si le paraguay a certainement quelques intérêts comme tu l as souligne...(mais franchement en reprenant ton argumentation la caipirina tu peux aussi la prendre en uruguay au moins 7 mois de l' annee sans probleme sur ta terrasse et en plus avec vue mer 😎 !!!!)....et en poussant un peu plus je deconseille d ailleurs de ne pas rester en uruguay les mois d hiver (juin/juillet/aout) car c' est vrai il fait froid...
