Apres avoir lu et relu avant de partir des quantites de posts, qui d'ailleurs m'ont vraiment motives pour mon depart.
Me voici donc dans ce pays des Philippines. Je me trouve pour des raisons de petite amie sur l'ile de Mindanao, a Cagayan de oro actuellement. Apres un petit temps d'adaptation, je commence a me faire a la vie locale et au pays ( et oui tout ceux qui revent d'une demoiselle ici sans connaitre et sans venir voir le pays, n'ont qu'une chose a faire c'est venir et decouvrir par eux meme la vie ici, pour moi c'est un atre monde qu'il faut decouvrir et auquel il faut s'adapter) . La vie des Philippins est tres dure, personnellement ca m'a bien aide a relativiser ma vie en France, qui ma foi est sans comparaison avec ici. Mais le but est decouvrir leur facon de vivre et de s'y adapter ( assez difficiles les premiers jours pour ma part, heureusement qu'un groupe tres soude des 6/8 filipino et filipina est la pour me guider et soutenir )
Bref, petit resume etant fait, j'aurai besoin de quelques conseils de votre parts, habitues et habitants des Philippines.
1. Pensez vous qu'il est possible de louer une maison pour 3/4 mois et ou dois je m'adresser ? ( oui ici les gens ont pour habitude le bouche a oreille et les informations officielles, j'ai du mal a les obtenir, comme par example ou m'adresser pour louer en toute securite une maison ) L'hotel va finir par me ruiner.
2. Quel demarche dois je avoir pour prospecter un emploi (si cela est possible, j'ai cru comprendre que sur Makati il y avait des possibilites), ayant egalement compris que l'emploi il fallait se le creer, business. Ambassade de France peut elle m'orienter?
3. Ensuite j'ai un petit soucis financier, enfin je n'arrive pas a retirer plus de 10 000 peso avec les atm et j'ai beau faire les banques, pas une n'est capable de me fournir plus, du coup les frais en France vont etre bonbon. Avez vous une solutions?
Certes tout ceci n'est que problemes personnels mais qui permettront peut etre de donner des reponses a d'autres.
Petite info de ce matin : je sors du Bureau d'immigration de Cdo, j'ai un visa actuel de 59 jours, je peux le renouveller de 2 mois par 2 mois, jusqu'a rester sur place pendant 2 ans. Visa touriste ( qu'il me faudra modifier bien sur si je dois bosser )

pour les maisons a louer oui ca se fais , mais il y a pas d'agence immobilieres avec pignons sur rues et petites affichettes dans la vitrine il faut que tu vois par toi meme loues une moto et surtout fais toi aider de ta compagne elle pourra au moins passer le barrage de la langue et comptes plutot sur elle pour negocier des prix
pour l'ambassade , elle va pas beaucoup t'aider pour des choses bien locales elle surtout te viendra en aide que adminitrativement ou en cas de 'accident compte plutot sur toi et le ciel t'aidera le consulat aide les entreprises a avoir des contacts pour s'installer mais pas pour la creation de ces entreprises
pour le visa oui c'est 59 jours a chaque fois et 3030 pesos en moyenne a chaque fois des fois moins!!
pour l'argent 10 000 pesos est c'est vraiment le seuil superieur pour tles atm lies avec des cartes cb sauf exeption
le mieux c'est de prendre du cash et le changer au fur a mesure en faisant attention bien sur de ne pas se le faire voler !
pour l'emploi sur manille ca me parait pas impossible mais contactes le consulat de france et demandes leur de te fournir la liste des entreprises francaises instalees aux phils ou a manille , et apres tu prospectes par mail pour chacune, mais bon les embauches au condition expatires sont quasi faites en france par les maisons meres de ces grosses boites par contre des embauches en locale oui certains doivent surement le faire mais qui dis local dis salaire locale meme revu ala sauce expat ca va pas chercher bien loin et c'est normale vu qu'ils sont la pour faire des economies sur les salaires car en france les taxes et impots sont prohibitifs pour eux

Ce que j'ai fait lors de mon dernier séjour a Davao, nous avons loués les services d'un taxi vélo et nous avons demandés au conducteur de nous montrer tous les appartements a louer qu'il connaissait dans son quartier
facile a voir a vélo il est écrit sur le devant des maisons " Room 4 Rent " au bout de 2h et après une dizaine de visites je loué une chambre dans une boarding house, CAD avec cuisine, douche et toilette en partage avec 3 autres chambres, loyer 2500pesos électricité et eau compris.
Ouvre un compte en banque a la BDO par ex, tu peux transférer des USD via paypal, cependant il te faudra ouvrir un compte Paypal depuis les philippines
Sinon reste l'envoie via Western Union, je crois que tu as du voir ça la bas

si tu es à l'hôtel, négocie un "long stay" !! Pour les appartements/maisons, c'est facile à trouver, il suffit de demander aux locaux. En général tu as 2 mois de deposit + le 1er loyer et les contrats sont souvent d'un an minimum (+ les factures électricité/eau et les diverses réparations)...
Pour les ATM, à l'aéroport de Manille tu peux retirer 20.000 et chez HSBC à Makati, 40.000.
Difficile de trouver du travail ici. Un conseil si tu veux rester, investis de l'argent si tu en as - "small business" ou encore moneylending. Ou bien encore comme beaucoup de gens, télétravail !!

Suite a vos reponses je vais essayer d'approfondir mes recherches, le plus important etant aue j'arrive a me depatouiller de cette histoire de 10 K php max par ATM en ouvrant un compte ici. ( ok je suis un voyageur du dimanche, je n'avais pas revu que tant de choses allaient etre si differentes, mais c'est une bonne experience pour moi ).
En fait je comptais un petit peu sur ma demoiselle pour me donner un coup de main mais en fait je realise vraiment que ouvrir un compte, gerer, planifier sont des preoccupation vraiment secondaires, et je comprends bien pourquoi.
Pour la location de maison, les long stay rates de l'hotel sont une solution temporaire, de toutes facon je vais essayer de bouger un peu partout et venir faire un petit coucou a certain d'entre vous.
Pour le taff, hum je me rend compte bien evidement que ca ne va pas etre facile, bon ce n'est que ma premiere visite ici, l'etape numero 1 etant de se faire au pays et de bien s'integrer, ce qui se fait petit a petit.

Cela etant sans elle, sa famille et l attention qu ils portent a ma securite et a mon integration (ils sont vraiment super, et je pense pas que la raison soit mon porte monnaie, vu le temps qu' ils y passent) et sans ca, je ne decouvrirai peut etre pas le pays de la meme maniere, meme si en effet, je l'ai "rencontree"il y a un an sur le net.
