j ai fais ma demande pour recuperer mes taxes et on me demande desormais de payer 1218$ au gouvernement australien.
Premierement, je n arrive pas a les contacter et deuxiement est ce que je risque quelques chose si je ne paie pas ses taxes du fait que je sois de retour en france??
demandez leur de vous sponsoriser tant que vous y êtes !
c'est quelque chose ça ! vous espériez quoi, travailler au noir ? ne rien donner aux impots et taxes, au fait vous avez payé votre visa ?
si vous ne payez pas, non seulement vous ne pourrez plus retourner la bas et peut etre vous retrouveront ils......Mais en plus vous allez pénaliser les autres, car a force, les lois se durciront . Si c'est votre façon de voyager, ne partez plus, quoique même en France vous devrez payer des impots et ne pas vivre en assisté....

à mon avis, il faut les contacter. c'est bizarre que tu aies à payer quelque chose, l'australie étant (était????) un pays où l'impot est prelevé à la source en %age et généralement, tu dois récupérer quelque chose.
Un célibataire récupère peu tandis qu'une famille se voit appliquer le quotient familial ect et donc récupère bcp plus

Il arrive que l'employeur ne prélève pas suffisamment. Et si l'employé fait de l'OT, le taux d'imposition s'applique.

le temps où en tant que contribuable français ou pouvait gruger les impôts est révolu..
maintenant le Fisc connait parfaitement le salaire brut et net perçu par tout salarié.
Lorsqu'on reçoit sa feuille d'impôt le salaire annuel y figure...
Le problème en France c'est toutes les couches de "niches fiscales" c'est-à-dire les possibilités pour les plus nantis de payer moins d'impôts ( en investissant sur l'Art, dans les DOM-TOM..)
Ce qui fait que paradoxalement les gros contribuables paient...moins d'impôts proportionnellement que les salaires les moins élevés.
Sans compter la polémique du "Bouclier Fiscal"

Mais même en supprimant les avantages fiscaux ça ne suffira pas du tout à réduire les déficits et la dette.

il eut été plus intelligent avant de partir d'aller voir les autorités fiscales et de demander si vous ne deviez rien, et de repartir avec un avis de clearance...
au lieu d'exposer ce pb sur un forum..... Certains pays exigent cela et c'est bien. Mais faut il encore avoir envie de le faire, il est facile d'essayer de passer a coté...
Aussi, une fois le retour en France, prendre contact avec le consulat australien qui aurait donné les renseignements nécessaires. Pas besoin de poster sur un forum ! 😏
Quand on quitte la France définitivement, il faut se procurer un doc du TP indiquant qu'on est en règle au niveau de ses impôts. J'ai dû le faire et je n'en suis pas .... morte ;)
ça s'appelle une clearance, obligatoire lorsque on fait un transit par bateau mais ça demande aussi l'envie d'etre en regle, pas de vouloir mégoter quelques sous pour acheter des rustines....😏

Sache que quand je travaillais a Temps plein j'avais un salaire entre 1000 à 1200 euros et j'ai déjà payer des impots de 900 euros a 1500 euros.... Donc ce n'est pas spécialement des RICHES qui payent des impots ! Stop de faire une généraliter..... Puis pour ma part la personne qui a fait l'article , pour moi il DOIT PAYER ! Point barre....

Tu ne pourras plus revenir en AUSTRALIE, et les autorites pourront te retrouver.J'ai un ami qui s est trouvé dans une situation a peu près semblable a la tienne(il a recu à SINGAPOUR )où il vit actuellement -sans savoir comment- un jugement pour non paiment de ses taxes-il a été condamné.Il ne peut plus retourné en AUSTralie, car plus de visa possible.
