voila j'ai 30 ans et avec mon amie nous sommes passionnés de voyage et de tourisme et nous souhaitons nous installer a notre compte, a savoir monter une auberge / maison d'hote quelque part a l'étranger au soleil pour proposer un e solution d'hébergement / Restauration dans une bonne ambiance quel quepart sur la cote balnéaire uruguayenne.
j'ai cru comprendre qu'il yavait becp de potentiel touristique grâce au tourisme en provenance du brésil e d'argentine.
Alors, je voulais savoir si il était possible et facile de monter un tel business la bas en tant que français et quel investissement il fallait compter environ pour une auberge d'une capacité de 5 à 10 chambres.
je pensais acheter une maison et transformer les chambres existantes en chambres d'hotels et construire u bar dans le salon tout en offrant de la restauration française par exemple. Ou bien autre solution, acheter une maison avec un terrain et construire 3 / 4 buungalows dans le jardin.
Voila, j'espere que quelqu'un peut m'éclairer sur quelques points. J'attends vos commentaires et vous remercie d'avance.

Il faut que tu saches un truc, Punta del Este c'est très cher au niveau du logement environ les mêmes prix que ceux pratiqués en Europe. Sinon le truc de la restauration française c'est génial par là, très bien vu par les touristes.

effectivement, apres recherches, punta del este c'est trop cher pour moi, je pense finalement a investir plus a l'est, rocha (punta del diablo) qui a l'air plus cool et trankil...

Je suis uruguayenne et je connais l'est de mon pays par coeur. Mon ami et moi avons souvent eu le même rêve que vous, donc je peux vous dire que j'ai déjà pensé à ce sujet là.
Tout d'abord, les prix du logement à Punta del Este n'est pas un problème à vous, puisqu'en tant que propriétaire de l'auberge, vous ne les payerez pas. Puis les prix des impôts ne varient pas tellement d'un département à l'autre. En tout cas, d'après ce que je paie, je t'assure que Montevideo est bcp plus cher que Maldonado.
De toutes facons, Rocha est aussi un bon choix. Là tu peux trouver tout genre du public, selon l'endroit. Il est question de trouver un bon terrain pour y construire et démarrer. Le prix des terres dépendent bcp de la localisation. Il faut être attentif. Il y a toujours de bonnes opportunités.
Il faut penser qu'ici il n'y a que 2 mois de vrai tourisme de plage (où tu peux compter à avoir ton auberge complet), janvier et février. Puis le reste de l'année, très peu sur la côte.

merci beaucoup pour ta réponse... effectivement 2 mois de pleine saison c'est court et il ne faut pas se laouper...l'idéal c'est de se dire que pendant 4 ou r mois l'auberge est ouverte, le reste du tmeps il faut pouvoir éventuellement trouver du boulot en uruguay peut etre a montevideo ou en argentine, a buenos aeres...
nous somme sdeux francais, on parle anglais et espagnol, moi je suis commercial, j'ai fait une sup de co et ma copine est prof de theatre...
on peut surement se débrouiller...$

Si vous venez déjà avec l'idée de travailler plutôt en été alors vous ne serez découragés. Il y a des gens que vivent comme cela. Vous ne devriendrez pas riches ici, mais vous pouvez vivre assez bien.
Je n'ai pas très bien compris ce que tu fais comme travaille. Pour ta copine, je crois qu'elle pourra se débrouiller ici.

Reste à déterminer l'investissement de départ, les modalités sur place et le potentiel touristique.
Sans indiscrétion, combien comptes tu investir dans ton projet si tu souhaitres acheter un bien immobilier + fonds de commercesur place ? tu le finances toi meme ou tu fais appel a de l'investissement externe ? Ca me permettrait de savoir si nous sommes sur les memes plans ou pas.

CA fait deux ans que je cherche a ouvrir un Eco lodge ou un gite. Oui c'est clair qu'on peut rester en contact, j'aimerais bien d'ailleurs que tu me racontes un peu tes ressentis de tes divers prospections, qu'on puisse partager sur tout ce qui concerne les choses qu'on ne prévoit pas dans ce genre de projet, les a cotés qui font mal (administratifs, légaux, fiscaux et financiers) quand on n'yest pas préparés.

La saison locale semble durer 3 mois (décembre-février), juillet et aout sont-ils des mois fréquentés par les touristes européens par exemple ou non ?

Pour ce qui est du Chili, il existe en effet pas mal d’opportunités, ce pays est la « locomotive » économique de l’Amérique latine.
Le problème est qu’il n’est pas facile pour un européen d’y travailler. Je m’explique :
1-Les horaires de travail sont de 52H00 par semaine, je crois que chez vous c’est 35h00 ?
2-Le salaire mensuel environ 200€
3-Comme étranger vous ne pourrez pas ouvrir de compte en banque (compte courant avec carte de crédit, chéquier, etc.…) tant que vous n’aurez pas obtenu la résidence définitive c.a.d après au moins 2 années.
4-L’alimentation dans les grandes surfaces coûte aussi cher qu’en europe. Et ne me dites pas que vous mangerez comme les locaux ce n’est pas vrai…
5-Les congés annuels, sont de 1 à deux semaines, contre 5 chez vous je crois ?
6-La couverture sociale ici, n’a vraiment rien à voir avec ce que vous avez chez vous.
Voila quelques informations aux quelles on ne pense pas forcement, mais qui sont pourtant essentielles, vous ne trouvez pas ?

Un ami à nous a fait une longue escale en Uruguay au printemps 2006 et nous en a vanté les atouts, avant de se rendre en Patagonie où il projète de s'installer.

😉 Hola ! décidemment iln'y a pas que moi qui ait l'idée de mettre les bouts au delà de l'océan. je connais un tout petit peu d'Uruguay, il m'a étonnée et séduite par son côté tranquille, propre, accueillant, et de plus suite aux différents infos prises sur Internet, ça paraît intéressant.
Mon projet est d'y aller coutant deuxième semestre 2007, voir ce qui est possible, et ensuite d'y vivre 6 mois / an c à dire l'hiver français la bas, pour passer ma retraite au chaud, mais aussi voir la possibilité d'avoir une activité genre vendre de la lingerie aux particuliers.
Je n'ai pas pu jusquà ce jour trouvé una agence immobilière où trouver une location à Montevideo d'un appart meublé pour qques mois.

Et bien pour ma part, le projet est tombé à l'eau peu de tenps à près...je suis parti sur l'ile de la réunion pour 3 ans et suis maintenant au Québec à Montréal. Je suis à nouveau en reflexion sur un projet de ce type mais plutot en asie du sud est ! Je pense avoir un peu plus d'Experience maintenant !

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).

Actually, I’m currently doing a postgraduate diploma in pediatric respiratory physiotherapy and want to specialize in that area. Anyway, that’s not the main point—could anyone explain the pros and cons of doing this job in Switzerland? Based on the paperwork I’ve received, the equivalence seems purely administrative or almost... What about working conditions, quality of life, salaries, etc.?
