Le fait que nous vivons en Amerique Centrale a l annee longue nous exclus de la protection du service de sante au Quebec et nous considerons que cela pourrait etre desavantageux a long terme.
Les personnes recherchees doivent parler anglais et etre interessees a apprendre la langue espagnole, car la majorite des touristes qui se presentent chez nous communiquent soit en anglais ou en espagnol.

Actuellement j'enseigne la cuisine et j'opère (avec un partenaire) une chocolaterie à Montebello. Je pourrais très bien faire cela également 6 mois par année.
Ma conjointe vient du Vénézuela (espagnol comme langue maternelle)et travaille dans la restauration elle aussi.
On pense sérieusement s'installer en Amérique du sud.

Que c est dommage de ne pas nous etre connus avant. En effet, apres envisagees plusieurs solutions, nous avons pris la decision de vendre et c est chose faite depuis le 25 janvier. Nous avons vendu le tier de la valeur, cela aurait pu etre tres interessant pour vous. Mais malheureusement, il est trop tard maintenant. Nous sommes maintenant des heureux retraites, vivant directement sur la plage dans un petit village tranquille.
Je vous souhaite de trouver un partenariat car gerer un petit hotel, connaitre des gens de partout dans le monde, est super interessant et enrichissant.

Je serais très intéressée de pouvoir communiquer avec vous en MP concernant l'ouverture d'un petit hotel, ou resto, ou café-pâtisserie en Amérique Latine. En bref, mon copain et moi-même souhaiterions tenter l'aventure de l'expatriation, lui étant ingénieur et moi archéologue/égyptologue (donc difficilement exportable) par contre j'ai beaucoup d'affinité avec la vente, la création de bijoux, le contact humain surtout et j'ai déjà pas mal voyagé en sac à dos également.
J'ai lu ton message comme quoi vous aviez vendu finalement vos biens au Honduras et Nicaragua si je ne m'abuse.

Je suis ingénieur, dans le domaine de l'eau potable. J'ai la nationalité suisse et nicaraguayenne.
Je veux ouvrir un projet touristique d'ici deux ans, a Bluefields et sur la côte caraïbe.
Je suis associé avec un ami nicaraguayen et nous develloppons un tour opérateur. Nous avons les autorisations pour développer le tourisme dans les iles Cayos Manawar, ce sont de petits atols, dans la mer des caraibes, au large du village indigène de Sandy Bay.
Nous voulons aussi reprendre un hotel dans la ville de Bluefields, et cherchons des associés.
C'est un hotel de 10 chambres, avec vue sur la lagune et l'océan au loin.
