Je souhaiterais partir en Irlande pendant 4-5 mois à partir de fin mai-debut juin. J'ai commencé à chercher un boulot par internet, mais ce n'est pas évident, d'autant plus que je n'ai pas un niveau d'anglais très élevé. J'ai eu une société qui a laissé un message sur mon répondeur pour me poser des questions... mais j'ose pas rappeler car honnêtement j'ai eu du mal à comprendre ce que la nana racontait et j'ai un peu peur de me ridiculiser si je l'ai au téléphone et que je ne comprenne pas ce qu'elle me dise... c'est débile, je sais! mais j'aimerais bien savoir si certains ont réussi à trouver du boulot en Irlande sans être forcément "fluent in English"(peut etre que ça me réconforterait...). Comment se passait vos entretiens par téléphone? Vous a-t-on déjà demandé de vous déplacer en Irlande pour un entretien en face à face?? Moi perso je n'ai pas les moyens de faire des aller-retour Fance/Irlande pour faire des entretiens..., vous pensez que seul l'entretien par téléphone peut suffir pour se faire embaucher la-bas?

Sinon comme toi, personne de mon entourage n'est motivé pour partir en irlande...tant pis pour eux 😛. En tout cas, dans l'ideal j'aimerais partir deux mois en essayant de trouver un boulot et une coloc mais bon apres ca reste une question d'argent.

J'ai finalement trouvé quelqu'un pour m'accompagner à Dublin: il s'agit de Velvet13 (un peu plus haut dans le post).
On part donc le 11 juin. Elle ne restera que jusqu'à fin juillet; quant à moi je vais rester 4-5mois, histoire de bien perfectionner mon anglais.
Nous n'avons pas encore trouvé de logement ni de travail mais nous verrons ça sur place. Nous allons juste réserver une auberge de jeunesse avant de partir pour 4jours, en espérant qu'on trouvera une colocation dans ce laps de temps.
Pour les billets d'avion on les a pris sur Ryanair, c'est vraiment pas cher, par exemple en ce qui me concerne un aller pour dublin, j'en ai eu pour 28, 99€ au total, avec tous les frais inclus.
Pour l'auberge on s'en occupera dans la soirée, je vous dirais laquelle on aura choisit et nos impressions une fois qu'on y sera...
Notre premier objectif va être de trouver une colocation pour 2 personnes une fois arriver là-bas. Le site le plus efficace en la matière est www.daft.ie . Il parait qu'à cette période de l'année il est relativement facile de trouver une colocation mais cela devient de plus en plus difficile pendant l'été. Mais avant tout, je vais me prendre une puce de portable locale histoire d'être facilement joignable pour les entreprises et pour trouver un logement.
Pour la colocation une personne étant sur place m'a expliqué qu'on vous demande seulement un "deposit" équivalent à 1 mois de loyer, on ne vous demande pas de garantie de paiement. Dans les auberges de jeunesses, vous avez facilement accès au net pour vos recherches de logement c'est pratique. Moi je vais emmener mon ordi portable histoire d'être tranquille, en général les auberges ont le wifi, j'espère que ça fonctionnera là-bas sans problème.
Une fois le logement trouver, il faudra faire les démarches pour obtenir un "PPS number" sans lequel trouver un travail, ouvrir un compte bancaire devient difficile. Je ne sais pas encore quel sont les démarche à faire pour l'avoir mais je me renseigne et je vous dirais ça par la suite.
Une fois le PPS number obtenu, je vais me mettre sérieusement à chercher un boulot... et voilà pour les infos. j'espère que ça correspond à vos attentes.
Ah oui! avant de partir pensez à: Renouveller votre carte d'idendité si elle est périmée! A faire une demande de carte de sécu internationale. J'ai fais m'a demande aujourd'hui, j'aurais ma carte dans 1mois. En attendant de la recevoir ils vont m'envoyer un certificat histoire d'être quand meme couverte là-bas. Avant de réserver l'avion et de prendre les assurances que les compagnies vous proposent, je vous conseille de vérifier que votre carte bleue ne vous propose pas déjà ces assurances! on n'y pense pas forcément mais en général la plupart des carte bleue vous assure et indemnise en cas d'annulation de vol, de perte de bagages, ... Pensez à faire une liste des objets préieux que vous emmenez et prenez meme des photos c'est plus prudent! Si vous avez une carte d'étudiant international, pensez à l'emmener avec vous, dans certains pays on peux obtenir des réductions dans les transports, musées, ... je ne sais pas si c'est le cas en Irlande mais je vais quand même l'emmener on verra bien! prenez un ou plusieurs cadenas, c'est pratique pour celler vos objets précieux à l'auberge de jeunesse ou même en colocation. Pensez également à emmener des photocopie de vos certificats de travail, certaines entreprises pourraient vous les demander!Je pense avoir fait le tour! si vous avez d'autre questions n'hésiter pas! Un charmant jeune homme du forum parti en Irlande récemment m'a gentillement donner tous ces renseignements et il continue à me renseigner encore, il m'a enlevé beaucoup de craintes que j'avais donc si je peux vous apporter l'aide qu'il m'a apporter c'est avec plaisir!!
