Je suis de Nationalité Française ! Depuis quelques temps, je projette de m'expatrier en Suisse ! Cependant, je ne tiens pas à faire n'importe quoi n'importe comment !
Pour faire "long", je suis télévendeur depuis pas mal de temps pour un Opérateur Téléphonique Leader en France (pas la peine de le nommer😛) mais mon contrat se termine en décembre ! Malgré mes capacités plus que "correctes" (j'ai quand même été plusieurs fois classé parmi les meilleurs vendeurs au niveau National dans certains challenges), les "ronds de cuir" de cet opérateur ne veulent pas m'embaucher en CDI (ou en emploi fixe comme on dit en Suisse) ! J'ai donc cherché un peu partout dans ma Région et on ne me propose guère mieux, voire on me propose pire. Comme ici, pas grand chose ne me retient, j'ai quand même voulu tenter l'expérience en Suisse en envoyant mes CV un peu partout et en envoyant des annonces de recherche d'emplois dans mon métier... Avant-hier, un éventuel employeur m'a contacté car il cherchait deux télévendeurs. Dans son mail, il me parle de sa boîte et de ce qu'il fait et vend (logiciels informatiques pour les professionnels du transport) en me donnant son nom, le nom de sa boîte, le nom du logiciel etc... Je me renseigne sur sa boîte et sur lui et là, 1ère surprise, une des boîtes dont il est le propriétaire a été radiée du Registre du Commerce pour cessation d'activité. Je le reconctate pour avoir de plus amples explications, il me propose de me rappeler. Il me rappelle, il n'est pas content car j'ai pris des renseignements sur lui, qu'il a cessé l'activité de son ancienne entreprise car une Grande Société lui a proposé de développer et de vendre le logiciel informatique en question, qu'il a d'autres entreprises dont il est l'actionnaire principal en Suisse, en Italie et en Belgique bref, pas mal de "notes de violon"... là, ça a été ma seconde surprise... Comme je sais que pour travailler en Suisse, il faut un permis et que pour y vivre, il faut aussi un permis, je lui ai posé la question de savoir comment cela se passe (bien que je me sois renseigné avant). Il m'a donc proposé de travailler pour lui dès le mois de décembre mais comme pour l'obtention des permis, il y a des quotas et qu'en fin d'année, la plupart des demandes sont rejetées car les quotas sont atteint, il m'a donc proposé de travailler pour lui sans permis et qu'entre-temps, il ferait les démarches pour cela et qu'il me paierait "sous la table"... Là 3ème surprise... Cependant, je lui avais proposé qu'on se rencontre ce jeudi pour un entretien d'embauche mais comme je ne tiens pas à faire des kilomètres pour rien, je lui ai proposé un "compromis", de commencer à travailler pour lui au mois de janvier le temps que les démarches administratives pour l'obtention des permis se fassent et ce, dans le respect des Lois Suisses car je ne veux pas qu'on me reconduise à la frontière Française avec en plus, une interdiction de circuler en Suisse et surtout, pour me trouver un logement du côté de Lausanne car, et c'est logique, les propriétaires me demanderont des preuves comme quoi j'ai bel et bien un travail et des revenus corrects, que je suis autorisé à séjourner etc... Alors cerise sur le gâteau, il m'a répondu qu'il avait suffisament "d'imagination pour me faire travailler dans de bonnes conditions".
Pour ceux qui ont eu la patience de me lire jusqu'au bout (et je les en remercie), qu'en pensez-vous ? J'ai l'impression de tomber dans un traquenard à moins que le fait d'embaucher des gens sans permis et de les payer au black le temps que les tâches administratives se fassent soeint une "pratique courante" en Suisse ! Qu'en pesnez-vous ?
Un conseil laisse tomber, ça pue le travail au noir et au bout du compte une joli arnaque sans salaire. passe ton chemin et essaye les grand opérateur téléphonique suisse Swisscom, sunrise, Orange😎
En effet, j'ai vraiment l'impression que ce gars-là me prend pour une "blonde" (même si je suis un gars😉 et je n'ai rien contre les bondes). Je sais que la Suisse est un Pays qui n'est pas interventionniste au niveau de son Economie mais quand même, de là à tolérer l'embauche de personnes au "noir"... Déjà qu'ici en France, on ne rigole pas avec ça et je pense qu'en Suisse, on en rigole encore moins. J'ai de la famille près de Lausanne qui peut m'héberger quelques temps mais après, je n'ai pas envie de jouer les "parasites" sur du long terme. Je tiens avant tout à respecter les Lois Suisses sans m'y conduire en territoire conquis non plus. Et en plus, si l'employeur en question me donne un salaire de misère ou pire, ne veut pas me payer, j'imagine que je n'ai aucun recours et même si j'en avais le cas échéant, je pense qu'on me reconduirait illico presto à la frontière...

PS : Si tu connais quelqu'un de sérieux qui recherche un téléphoniste (comme ils disent en Suisse) dans la région de Lausanne, n'hésite pas à m'envoyer un MP 😛
malheureusement il y a des patrons voyou partout, il te parle de quotas ça n'existe plus il te suffit de décrocher un contrat travail et le permis est délivrer,
je vois que tu es commerciale essaye dans les assurances, les opérateurs téléphonique swisscom, sunrise, orange. le marché du travail est un peu tendu pour le moment en suisse comme partout en Europe et les recommandations du SECO (secrétariat d'état à l'économie) est la préférence au résident suisse pour l'embauche.

Je me doute que les patrons voyous, il en existe partout... Pour les quotas, j'ai pu lire qu'il n'y en avait plus... Cependant, j'ai postulé un peu partout depuis quelques temps et je me doute que la crise n'a pas non plus épargné la Suisse bien que, j'ai pu voir que des téléphonistes, on en recherchait pas mal et je pense bien que les Suisses sont prioritaires avant tout le Monde pour le marché du travail, ce qui est tout à fait normal et si on en faisait autant en France... Mais bon, je ne suis pas du genre à me décourager et bon nombre de personnes m'ont conseillé de tenter ma chance là-bas car le tertiaire a besoin de personnel et même si la vie sur place est plus chère qu'en France, les revenus sont adaptés. Je n'y suis allé qu'une seule fois en Suisse voir de la famille mais c'était en touriste. J'imagine que le fait d'y vivre est totalement différent que d'y passer des vacances ou un week-end... Cela dit, quand je vois le train de vie de mes cousins là-bas alors qu'ils bossent dans le bâtiment, je me dis qu'on ne doit pas y vivre si mal que ça, bien au contraire.
Tant que j'y pense, combien de temps faut-il pour qu'on te délivre un permis de travail dès que tu as trouvé le job ? Je n'arrête pas de lire ici et là des informations totalement différentes ! Certains sites disent qu'il faut de 4 à 6 semaines, d'autres qu'il est automatiquement délivré, d'autres 3 à 5 jours... J'avoue que je m'y perds un peu.
depuis l'entrée en vigueur des bilatérales plus de quota... d'autre part tu as bien fait de faire quelques recherches, ce style de personnage verreux ne rend pas service à mon pays.

Merci à tous ceux qui m'ont précédemment répondu, qu'ils soient Suisses ou Français, leurs conseils m'ont été précieux ! Je viens de trouver un employeur sur le Canton de Vaud qui m'a proposé un travail, un vrai ! Je vais toutefois changer de branche puisque je vais travailler dans les assurances ! Cet employeur a bien aimé mon profil ! Il m'a proposé de me former sur les produits en assurance ainsi qu'en Droit d'assurances en Suisse ! J'ai déjà un fixe de 4500 CHF/mois plus des pourcentages sur les ventes et des bonus sur les objectifs ! J'ai été agréablement surpris qu'il soit autant ouvert au dialogue et à la négociation ! J'ai entendu et lu ici et là que de plus en plus de Suisses reprochaient à leurs autorités le "dumping salarial" et méprisaient les étrangers qui venaient travailler en Suisse pour des salaires bien plus bas que les citoyens déjà bien intégrés ! Cependant, je lui ai dit que je ne voulais pas travailler moins cher qu'un quelcquonque citoyen Helvète ! Il m'a dit que ce n'était pas dans la politique de la maison et qu'ici, que ce soit des collaborateurs étrangers ou Suisses, tout le Monde était logé à la même enseigne ! J'avoue que j'ai été plutôt ravi que les employeurs Suisses étaient bien plus ouverts au dialogue que les employeurs Français qui se comportent d'avantage comme des dictateurs que comme des patrons ! Attention, je n'aurai pas un travail facile car déjà, la formation sera très lourde entre le Droit en assurance et la formation sur les produits et contrats... Sans compter que je vais devoir prendre des cours de Suisse-Allemand du moins, les plus basiques bref, je vais avoir quelques mois très chargés mais bon, je sais ce que je vais y gagner et je suis prêt à faire tous les efforts qu'il faudra pour y parvenir !
Alors voilà, j'ai eu une promesse d'embauche en bon et dû forme, un contrat de travail où il ne me manqe plus que ma signature et une demande de mon employeur pour l'obtention d'un permis résident ou, en cas de refus une autre demande pour un permis frontalier (ce qui ne me gênera pas non plus) avec tous les documents que j'ai dû fournir !
Voilà, je suis heureux d'immigrer dans un Pays où j'ai été accueilli à bras ouverts ! Et promis, je ne m'y comporterai pas en Pays conquis😉, en France, je ne supporte pas que certains étrangers le fassent et ce n'est pas pour faire ailleurs ce que je méprise ici !
