Hi, Which site can I use to book ferry tickets (from Cebu to Panglao and from Coron to El Nido)? Everyone recommends 12Go, but they only offer 2 companies and 2 schedules for this route, even though I assume there are more... Same issue with buses... For short trips, I’ll check on the spot, but these are in high demand, and I think booking in advance is a must. Thanks for your tips!

From Cebu Pier 1, passenger terminal, there are 2 companies to Tagbilaran: Supercat and Oceanjet, with plenty of schedules... For Panglao from Cebu, are there any connections? Not sure. Online booking is possible via 12GO.
Tout finit par s'arranger...même mal.

The Cebu to Panglao route doesn’t seem to exist (except for Panglao to Oslob). OceanJet offers a dozen or more schedules to Tagbilaran, same for SuperCat; after that, you’ll need to get to Panglao by road, which is pretty easy. You can book tickets on the OceanJet and SuperCat websites. Have a great day.

Thanks! I’ll head straight to the companies’ websites...

Hi there, What did you end up finding for transport from Cebu to Panglao? We’re heading to Siquijor, and it looks like we’ll need to take two ferries with a Tagbilaran > Panglao leg in between. The SuperCat website isn’t working well. In Cebu, we’re going to Moalboal, and getting to the south seems complicated too—other than splitting a taxi!!! Have you had this experience? Best,

Hi, To book the ferry, it's either with 2go or for other ferries, the only option is sometimes to book your spot only when you're on-site or through a travel agency in the Philippines, since they don’t have an online system. For the larger ferries, there are always spots available if you book 1 or 2 days in advance. Regarding Coron, in addition to the boat tour of Coron’s lagoons and lakes, I can recommend Capayas Creek Preserve for birdwatching (you’ll need a permit and a guide to access it since it’s private property). Also, for accommodation, I suggest staying at the *Charming Seaview Chalet* or the *Relax Seaview Chalet* on booking platforms or Airbnb—the owners are super friendly.

Hi, you can book on the spot without any problem—even though there are only two ferry companies, there are plenty of agencies selling tickets. Personally, I took the ferry from El Nido to Coron and flew back from Coron to El Nido. By plane, it seemed there was only a 12 € difference. Sorry, I hadn’t seen your message! For now, we haven’t booked anything because a new air route between Bantayan and Cebu just opened, but bookings stop in January. So we’re waiting… Transport in the Philippines *is* a bit tricky, but that’s part of the adventure!
