Je viens chercher un peu d'aide aujourd'hui concernant une question que je me pose et à laquelle personne n'a pu me répondre, pas même l'ambassade...
Je suis suisse, j'ai 25 ans et je suis allée faire des études supérieures en France. J'y travaille maintenant depuis une année et demie. D'ici quelques moi, je vais aller travailler au Royaume-Unis.
Le travail que je fais me pousse à voyager et je vais probablement bouger beaucoup toute ma vie.
Comment cela se passe au niveau de ma retraite ? La Suisse me versera-t-elle une seule retraite correspondant à ce que j'ai cotisé toute ma vie ? Ou chaque pays individuel va-t-il me verser ce que j'ai cotisé ? Ou, ce qui me fait le plus peur, vais-je ne rien toucher du tout ?
Bref je suis perdue. 🙁
Savez-vous comment cela se passe ou avez-vous des conseils ?
Bonjour, il faut cotiser au système de retraite Suisse pendant toute ta carrière, comme cela tu seras sur de toucher quelquechose, car si tu changes de pays après des séjours assez courts, il te sera difficile de faire une reconstitution de carrière.Bien sur si tu restes 20 ans dans un pays, la pas de problème tu toucheras une retraite partielle.
Si tu travailles dans un pays non UE tu peux cotiser à l'AVS, mais... il y a des conditions assez strictes à remplir (s'annoncer dans un certain délai après le départ etc) et les cotisations élevées, de l'ordre de 10% ( c'est ce que je paie en tant qu'indépendante..)Je te mets le site de la Confédération où tu as des renseignements, tu peux aussi leur envoyer un mail avec tes spécificités pour une réponse personnalisée.

Bonjour, les conditions ont peut etre changé, mon cousin de père Suisse a travaillé toute sa vie en France, et a pu cotiser volontairement pour une retraite Suisse, il est maintenant retraité et touche sa retraite francaise et sa retraite Suisse.
Oui, cela a changé, autrefois c'était possible en effet... Comme il est impossible maintenant à un Suisse de retirer d'un coup son capital retraite pour s'installer en France...

Donc, en effet, il semble que je ne puisse pas choisir de cotiser en Suisse, d'après cet extrait :
"La Confédération helvétique a effectivement procédé à la suppression de la possibilité de cotiser à l’AVS-AI pour les personnes, qu’elles soient Suisses ou non, qui quittent le territoire helvétique pour un Etat membre de l’Union européenne. "
A priori je ne pourrais donc le faire qu'en travaillant dans un pays hors UE (ce qui n'est pas le cas).
Du coup la question est toujours : est-il possible de cotiser dans divers pays et toucher sa retraite de manière normale ?
Par exemple, si je travaille jusqu'à 65 ans en ayant travaillé 10 ans en France, 10 ans au Royaume-Unis, 10 ans en Italie et 10 ans en Allemagne, vais-je toucher 4 rentes de 10 ans ou aucune étant donné que je n'ai pas travaillé plus de 10 ans dans chaque pays ?
