Je souhaite m'installer en République Dominicaine. Je voudrais savoir si je peux exercer ma profession dans ce pays, et j'aimerais connaître le salaire moyen d'un médecin généraliste en RD.
Mon amie travaille dans l'immobilier en France. Je voudrais savoir les conditions et les exigences pour créer une agence immobilière en République Dominicaine.
Je souhaiterais avoir ces renseignements car c'est un projet qui nous tient vraiement à coeur. Nous voulons changer de cadre de vie.

bonne idée que de vouloir vous s'installer en RD. Les médecins sont toujours bienvenus. Et il y a toujours des zones à densité touristique suffisante pour ne pas pratiquer que de la médecine bénévole.
Concernant l'immobilier, la concurrence est rude mais si l'on sait choisir sa zone il reste des créneaux à prendre. Je connais assez bien le sujet et je suis justement sur un tel projet.
N'étant pas très loin de Toulouse, si vous avez envie d'en parler, n'hésitez pas.

nul besoin de diplome pour cette activité. Une bonne expérience mais aussi une bonne maitrise d'au moins deux langues en plus du français s'impose (espagnol et anglais).
En ce qui me concerne je suis implanté sur la péninsule de samana en plein développement actuellement avec un site internet qui fonctionne très bien; Si vous voulez en savoir plus, comme il n'est pas possible de faire de la pub pour un site, vous pouvez me conatcter en message privé.
Concernant la partie médicale, j' ai constaté que plusieurs médecins français pratiquait leur art sur place, sdonc il doit y avoir des équivalences de diplômes. Quand à savoir ce que l'on gagne quand on est médecin, ils semblent bien vivre. C'est vrai aussi que la vie est moins chère là bas ceci compense peut etre cela.

pour ce qui est des diplomes, pas d'inquietude, une copine à moi s'est fait faire un lifting à las terrenas dans un cabinet privé, sous anesthesie locale, durée de l'opération 4h30, je ne suis pas certaine que les conditions requises étaient realisées...
concernant les agents immobiliers, la plupart n'ont aucun diplome, simplement une plus ou moins bonne connaissance du pays et du marché, et une fibre commerciale plus ou moins développée, ce qui explique toutes les rumeurs à ce sujet, à las terrenas particulierement.
idem pour les opticiens, aucun diplome demandé pour s'installer, contrairement à la france, et pour beaucoup d'autres professions !
un conseil: avant de vous lancer, allez prendre la température sur place...

Concernant l'immobilier, savez-vous où l'on doit s'enregistrer, s'il faut une carte professionnelle comme en France pour exercer l'activité?Peut-on ouvrir un établissement? quels sont les documents qui justifient que l'on est agent immobilier en RD ?Faut -il être résident en République Dominicaine pour pouvoir exercer cette activité?

Pour avoir une agence immobilière ici, pas de diplômes mais une bonne conaissance du droit est requise. De plus, il faut une garantie notariale et bancaire ce qui est logique.
Pour la medecine, il faut valider le diplôme tout d'abord par le ministere des affaires étrangères en France et le traduire par le consulat de RD a Paris. Ensuite il faut contacter le recteur de la UASD ( Universite de Santo Domingo), c'est lui qui fait le lien entre les differents ordres ( medecins, architectes, ingenieurs..) Bien sur c'est payant, pour un ingé par ex c'est 2 000 USD, plus la maîtrise de la langue Espagnol ce qui est logique pour soigner dans ce pays.

Oui ils engagent les infirmieres auxiliaires mais par contre je ne trouve pas leur site d'offres d'emplois afin de postuler aussi est-il que je dois me chercher un logement là-bas je ne sais pas ou commencer
Si tu parles des hôpitaux et même des cliniques privées, les salaires des infirmiers ne sont pas très attratifs et je ne vois pas comment tu pourrais être engagée. C´est pour cette raison que je te recommande d´aller plutôt vérifier les programmes humanitaires ou queque chose pareille avec ton ambassade en RD.
D´abord il faut que tu saches où tu pourrais venir travailler en RD, dans quel coin ou province et après il te faudra un logement sur place évidemment.
Je parcourais le site lorsque je suis tombé sur tes échanges. Je suis moi meme médecin généraliste dans le var et j'envisage une prochaine expatriation dans les caraibes. Si tu pouvais me faire profiter de tes conseils et informations, cela pourrait m'éclairer davantage. n....e faites surtout pas cette énorme erreur! moi meme ayant connu la rep.dom. dans les années 95 j'ai cru bon y retourner pour y vivre un peu . j ai décidé de retourner vivre en europe . on se heurte à des dominicains haissant les francais, et les francais, voire les europeens, habitant ici sont hors normes . vous devez garder vos papiers d identite dans une banque, un gardien à votre porte, jamais d'argent et de bijoux sur vous. si vous venez en plus pour y exercer votre profession, vous ne durerez pas longtemps car peu de règles et peu de bon sens et rien d'initiative. je vous souhaite beaucoup de courage..... les salaires sont dominicains environ 200 euros par mois?les prix sont presque ceux de france, très chers.....c'est un pays à visiter en touriste.

Our departure time is getting closer (we have less than 2 years left—it’s both a long time and so short!). To start preparing seriously, we’ll need quite a bit of info. If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).

Actually, I’m currently doing a postgraduate diploma in pediatric respiratory physiotherapy and want to specialize in that area. Anyway, that’s not the main point—could anyone explain the pros and cons of doing this job in Switzerland?
