Bonjour pour des raisons professionnelles j'ai décidé de m'installer a la réunion dans le cadre d'une mutation qui devrait ce concrétiser entre juillet et décembre 2011.
Ma seul difficulté est que je suis en fauteuil roulant et je voudrais savoir si d'après vous cela est une difficulté supplémentaire ou si cela ne change rien para-port a la métropole.
Ma deuxième question est concernant le logement. Je recherche un logement en rez de chausse avec une douche à l'italienne (très important) ou je puisse circuler facilement dans le logement. Mes recherches ce situes sur (st Paul, saline les bains ou st leu) je ne peu dépasser 700 euros de loyer mensuel moins c'est préférable.
Je me permet également d'envoyer ce message car partant seul et ne connaissant personne a la réunion j'espère que ce message me permettra pourquoi pas de liés de nouvelles amitiés tout au moins un réseau de personnes a contacter en cas de difficultés (panne de fauteuil par exemple.).
dernière choses j'aurais voulu connaitre a peu près le budget nécessaire pour un célibataire à la réunion?

étant un Réunionnais expatrié (sur Paris actuellement), les normes pour PMR ne sont pas légions mais on rattrape ce retard néanmoins! Déjà du point de vue du relief ce n'est pas très facile!
De mon point de vue je connais surtout le sud de l'île car j'y vivais donc je ne m'y risquerais pas plus!
tout d'abord, les plus grands centres commerciaux sont aux normes et le carré piéton de la ville de saint pierre l'est aussi mais pas toute la ville (loin de la)! Pour la plage, elle a été réaménagé dernièrement, et il me semble qu'il y a été posé un couloir en bois sur le sable pour l'installation de PMR. Après...
Pour l'anecdote, j'habitais au pont d'yves situé a 900m d'altitude et c'est un quartier avec beaucoup de pentes raide (12~13% en moyenne et plus...) et je voyais souvent un vieux du quartier se promener avec sa chaise électrique du côté des bars... Mais lui avait fait un très bon choix pour son logement car il habitait un endroit situé à la même hauteur que le bar... Et il n'hésitait pas à faire le déplacement de chez lui jusqu'à son bar et l'église en fauteuil sur la route à côté des voitures! 😉
En gros de ce que je peux te conseiller si jamais tu dois habiter à la Réunion pour un petit moment, choisit préférentiellement les bord de l'île, car plus plat, et les plus grandes agglo comme saint pierre, saint paul ou saint denis car je ne suis pas certain que les villes soient toutes aux normes PMR...
En ce qui concerne le logement, si tu veux un loyer possédant toutes ces caractéristiques (ca existe) je pense qu'il faudra t'éloigner de saint-paul! C'est dans les environs (et surtout saint gille, la saline les bains, la côte ouest en général) que les loyers sont les plus élevé! Alors n'hésite pas à te rapprocher du sud ou du nord!
Perso je te conseillerais vivement le sud car la nouvelle route des tamarins te permet de faire saint pierre - saint paul en 30 minutes environ en voiture! Alors que par le nord, tu dois traverser la fameuse route du littoral...
Et pour finir un peu avec tout ca, la chose qui m'a choqué (oui, grosse et bonne surprise) ici en métropole sont les transports en commun qui sont efficace! A la Réunion... autant te le dire tout de suite, n'espére pas prendre les transports en commun très longtemps... A part à saint-denis, c'est une atrocité! Donc pense à très vite t'acheter une voiture ou raméne en une de métropole! (si tu déménage pour la Réunion, tu ne paieras pas d'octroi de mer il me semble! juste le coût du transport)
Sinon que dire d'autre à part de bien profiter de ton séjour sur l'île espèce de gros veinard!! Moi aussi je veux y aller! (enfin y retourner ;)
effectivement j'avais prevu d'emmener ma voiture je te remercie pour tes bon conseils cela m'aide beaucoup et effectivement j'ai elargie ma zone de st denis à st pierre.j'ai vraimment hate de partir.
Si tu as besoin de renseignements concernant le déménagement de ta voiture, il y a des entreprises qui font des chargements du côté du Havre! Contacte les! Par contre n'oublies pas de leur demander pour l'octroie de mer (c'est très important car c'est de loin la taxe la plus cher et elle dépend directement de ta voiture)...
Pour faire déplacer ta voiture seulement, compte environ 1200€ en moyenne... si tu veux ramener d'autres choses en plus, ca sera plus cher!

pour répondre à tes interrogations, je confirme ce que nicododo dit (vu que je suis réunionnaise et que j'y vis). il vaut mieux privilégier le nord ou le sud tout en sachant que les loyers ne sont pas donnés! si tu dois voir le nord ou le sud, je te conseillerai plus le sud (je pense que les loyers sont moins cher) après reste à savoir ou tu seras muté.
perso, j'habite à ste clotilde (st denis) et on a galéré pour trouver un "vrai" rdc.
en effet, il y a bcp de rdc avec qq marches ou un parking en rdc et le niveau habitation ou il faut prendre l'ascensseur.
si tu contacte des agences, insiste bien sur un rdc sans marches :)
coté budget pour un célibataire, je dirais 700/800 € de loyer et 600 € des autres charges (bouf, factures...) ptet que je vois large, je ne sais pas! comme on dit vaut mieux préveniir que guérir!
en gros, je dirais que vivre à la réunion c top (beau tps, gens sympa, jolis paysages...) mais quand on est handi ce n'est pas évident mais faisable!
