Je vais passer un entretien d'embauche en Suisse et pour préparer cet entretien je bute sur une question cruciale: le salaire que je peux demander.
Je suis allé voir sur ce site http://www.bfs.admin.ch/bfs/portal/fr/index/themen/03/04/blank/key/lohnstruktur/schw_aus.html et celui-ci en espérant qu'ils m'aident mais selon que je fasse une recherche par type d'activité, par branche ou en tant que travailleur frontalier (même niveau de qualification que pour les autres recherche) et bien j'ai à chaque foi un salaire moyen différent (écart pouvant aller jusqu'à 2000 francs Suisse). Je me retrouve donc dans l'incertitude quand aux prétentions que je peux avancer lors de cet entretien.
Cet emploi serait dans le canton de Berne en tant que travailleur frontalier (je sais qu'il y a une décôte appliqué aux travailleurs frontaliers Français). Je suis dans un domaine particulier car je suis technicien électronicien en recherche et développement dans le domaine de l'automobile avec douze ans d'ancienneté et maitrisant parfaitement la conception hardware (l'électronique) et software (la programmation) de modules embarqués à base de microcontrôleur ou de microprocesseur.
Pour mon cas dois je retenir le salaire moyen pratiqué en Suisse en effectuant ma recherche par branche (recherche & développement) ou par activité (Industrie automobile ou alors industrie électronique).
Si quelqu'un aurait une idée du salaire que je peux demander avec ma qualification et mon expérience lors de mon entretien, votre avis est le bienvenue.
Je ne sais pas si vous êtes au courant, mais le canton de Berne, c'est grand. Si vous êtes frontalier, il faudrait savoir où vous allez vivre, parce que Genève-Berne, par exemple, c'est 1 h30 sur l'autoroute, quand ça bouchonne pas...

Il faut spécifier la branche économique et ensuite l'activité, c'est à dire votre métier.

J'ai pu grâce à votre lien afiner mes recherches (en fonction du niveau d'étude, de l'expérience, du domaine dans lequel j'évolue....). En fait sur le lien que j'ai donné auparavant je n'ai même pas cliquer sur Salarium 🤪 et je n'avais donc pas assé d'informations.
Pour le trajet vers ma futur entreprise (dans l'hypothèse que j'accepte leur offre et que je corresponde à leur profil) je sais ou je dois loger cela me ferai quand même 40 à 50 minutes de trajet. Je n'ai plus qu'à voir ce que me proposera cette entreprise Suisse et mettre dans la balance les avantages et les inconvénients par rapport à mon boulot actuel.
Ce que je peux vous dire c'est que les salaires suisse sont le double des salaires français, ( une caissière gagne 2100 euros par mois...) je vous recommande aussi un livre pour mieux comprendre la Suisse

je voulais juste mettre en avant le fait que bien que les salaires soient généralement élevés en Suisse, le coût de la vie l'est aussi, donc au final tu ne vis pas forcément plus aisément qu'ailleurs.
les charges sociales sur le salaire, sont de min. 15% et pour un ressortissant UE il faut encore ajouter les impôts qui seront prélevés directement. Donc entre 35 et 40% de charges

Vos indications (le pourcentage de prélévement) me donnent déjà une base et me permettront de voir si le salaire qui m'est proposé lors de mon entretien est atractif ou non (ce n'est pas le seul critère à prendre en compte mais son poids est quand même prépondérant dans la balance😉).
Dire que je vis à 10km de la frontière Suisse depuis pratiquement ma naisance et je ne me suis jamais renseigné à ce qui se fait de l'autre côté de la frontière😊
CHF 16'000.-- par mois ????? dans une banque et encore!!!
En dehors de cela il manque la partie la plus importante, qui peut aller de 8 à 12% du salaire, et obligatoire le 2ème pilier...
Les retenues sociales sont donc :
cotisation AVS, cotisation LPP, cotisation AC, cotisation AM, cotisation LAA et cotisation APG, soit 5, 05%
quant aux EUR 600.-- pour une bonne assurance pour deux c'est totalement FAUX. Voir www.comparis.ch.
Pour les impôts on ne peut pas donner ainsi un montant, sans connaître la situation familiale de l'intervenant!!! ca peut grandement changer si on est marié, célibataire, ou avec ou sans enfants!
Je pense Liliroz qu'il faut laisser répondre les suisses à ces questions...
Dans ce cas de figure comme je l'ai dit: je parle d'un couple, maintenant ce n'est qu'un exemple concret parmi tant d'autre, je ne peux que donner cet exemple et ce n'est qu'un exemple et non pas la généralité.

Avec des données exactes il est facile de trouver tout ce qui va avec. Ce qui m'a choqué, et je ne crois pas être la seule, c'est le salaire choisi comme exemple.... En ces temps de crise, comme tu ne l'ignores certainement pas, les salaires prennent l'ascenceur.... vers le bas, et cela risque de durer un peu. Même à deux un salaire mensuel de CHF 16'000.-- est pas courant, pas dans la moyenne de nos salaires en tout cas. Tu articulerais deux salaires cumulés pour un total de CHF 10-11'000.-- max. tu serais plus proche de la vérité. C'est malheureusement par des aberrations telles que celle avancée que tu donnes une fausse image de mon pays. Si l'on gagne des salaires plus élevés que dans le reste de l'UE, tout va avec, que cela soit impôts, loyers ou autres charges. Sans oublier que les soins médicaux sont très chers ici, que nous ne bénéficions pas de la sécurité sociale, mais par contre sommes obligés d'adhérer à une assurance, qui avec une franchise moyenne met tout de même les cotisations à près de CHF 200.-- minimum par personne (adulte) par mois. Alors il temps de démystifier ces légendes qui poursuivent les helvètes : non !!! ne comptez pas devenir riches en venant travailler en Suisse🤪

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
