Mais chez les établissements Privée le salaire est en général pr Un débutant est de 1500 a 18000 Dinars….. Mais tu peut négocier ton salaire , et avoir un salaire bcp bcp plus élevé ( au sud d Algérie) , et ts ca dépends de tes capacités, et tes bagages….
L Arabe n est pas une langue obligatoire chez le Privé, et même chez la plupart des Ministères official, alors ne te soucis pas de ce coté la….
Le Travail en Algérie est comme partout dans le Monde, ts dépends de Ton Boulot, ta société, ton Boss, ton environnement, et même la Région ou tu travaille…
En Grosso modo, ta réussite de ton projet dépend essentiellement de ta volonté.

Quand tu dis qu'un salaire est 3 à 4 fois moins que le smic, c'est que tu es tombée chez un pirate!
Si le smic a été instauré, c'est pour faire en sorte qu'il soit appliqué.
Mais, dans certains cas, en fonction de la position politique et sociale du patron, il peut-etre difficile de faire appliquer la loi.
Mais pour ca, c'est une autre histoire, c'est même une histoire universelle, car les pays où toutes les lois sont appliquées et respectées, ne doivent vraiment pas être nombreux sur la terre! (Y-en-a-t-il même un seul? Ce n'est pas sûr!).
Je crois comprendre qu'elle a mal décrit sa question, elle parle sûrement du SMIC en France (env. 1.250 € brut) et qu'un salaire en Algerie représente 3 ou 4x moins que celui -ci, par ex. 30.000, 00 DA (env. 300 €)... Quand on sait qu'un fonctionnaire après 23 ans de travail comme cadre, gagne au sud env. 43.000, 00 DA...

Dans la fonction publique, un vétérinaire démarre à 170 € environ.... alors tu imagines ? Ne parlons même pas des médecins en milieu hospitalier même au bput de leur carrière ca ne va pas loin du tout !!!
Une secrétaire dans le privé touche env. 30.000 € mais tout dépend (ca varie du SMIC=12.000 DA à 40.000 DA par ex...).

pour le salaire d'une assistance varie d'une societe a une autre, prive, etatique ou international, entre 30000 dinar a 50000 dinar,
il vaut mieux chercher ds une societe international, les salaires sont meilleures, vous pouviez a voir plus que ca,
Juste une information, le taux de chomage étant très élevé et la crise passant malgré tout sur l'Algérie, y compris dans les sociétés étrangères, la recherche d'emploi est quand même très compliqué, sans oublier que les sociétés étrangères demandent d'être parfaitement trilingue (arabe, français et anglais).
Le mieux c'est de passer par des sociétés recrutement (chasseurs de têtes) si ton profil correspond à ce niveau...

si vous décrochez un salaire à partir de 40.000, 00 D/A (400.00 euros) vous aurez une vie de princesse.
il faut checher dans le secteur privés (nationaux ou étrangers), car l'état n'engage pas des salaires interessants surtout dans la fonction publique.

Mais je verai bien de toute façon, parce que si c'est pour vivre en Algérie, 400 euros c'est suffisant par mois je pense. Même si l'été dernier, rien que pour louer une maison pour 30 jours en été, j'ai l'ai payé 400 euros.
Mais c'est vrai qu'en France, on a l'impression que le salaire est élevé, mais tout est cher, donc sa va avec! c'est pour sa, quand on va au bled tout le monde croit qu'on est millionnaire, alors que pas du tout. Enfin bref!

Mais moi le problème c'est que je n'habite pas en algérie, et je viens que de temps en temps en été, pour passer des vacances. Donc pour faire des recherches c'est hard.
En plus il n ya pas tellement de sites internet ou l'on peut trouver des offres d'emmplois fiables. l'autre fois j'ai répondu à une annonce pour travailler dans le marketing à Alger, et bien même à ce jour je n'ai toujours pas de réponse. sa fait au moins 6 mois. Donc c'est assez bizare.
Mais est-ce qu'il y a une agence àen Algérie tel que l'ANPE (agence nationale pour l'emploi) ou rien du tout.
Moi je suis quand même trilingue (français, anglais, et juste l'arabe parlé), et je parle aussi un peu l'espagnol, mais très peu, car c'est une langue que j'apprécie pas trop.

Je connais bien l'Algérie, surtout le sud pour y vivre par longues périodes...
Il y a l'agence de l'emploi, mais cela n'a rien à voir avec ce qui se fait en France ! Par ex. à El Golea, les personnes s'inscrivent, elles reçoivent une carte avec un N° de série, et par ex. si tu as le N° 3240 tu es censé d'attendre ta place qui correspond à ce n° - ca vaut dire qu'il y a énormément de monde avant toi ! Aussi, la personne est inscrite par ex. comme manoeuvre, alors quand une offre rentre, on envoie le premier sur la liste disponible à l'employeur qui ne procède pas à un choix parmi plusieurs candidats... Bref, une méthode à dormir debout mais c'est comme ça ! Je te parle même pas des irrégularités !
Par contre, il y a des sociétés de recrutement maintenant à Alger qui sont missionnées par des clients "grandes entreprises" qui font appel à leurs services pour trouver la perle rare !
Si tu me donnes ton email, je t'enverrai qques noms et contacts possibles, mais rien n'est garanti !
Par contre, pour vivre à l'aise dans la capitale ou autour, 400 € me paraissent assez juste pour quelqu'un qui a des habitudes, puisque déjà les loyers sont extrêment élevés et payables à l'avance (je connais des loyers à 200/300 € pour un 2/3 pièces, et rien d'exceptionnel). Une autre info, fais attention si tu veux ramener ta voiture, il faut qu'elle soit neuve ou moins de 3 ans sinon tu la laisses en France !
La vie en DA est quand même de plus en plus chère et les algériens ont quand même du mal à bien vivre avec des salaires qui ne correspondent pas ! Surtout dans les grandes villes !
