Je suis nouveau ici et je souhaite avoir vos conseilles concernant le secteur du tourisme au maroc par rapports a l'emploi et aux formations.
Je suis titulaire d'un master de recherche en gestion du tourisme d'une université espagnole publique... Je suis rentré au Maroc en 2011 et depuis je n'arrive toujours pas a trouver un emploi dans le secteur du tourisme. Je travail actuellement dans une ONG pour un salaire de 2000 dhs par mois et toujours sans contrat...!!!!
C'est une situation très agaçante et je me retrouve complètement perdu et désespéré a 28 ans!!!!
Je pense que les solutions qui s'offre a moi sont les suivantes:
1- Faire un doctorat vu que j'ai un master de recherche qui ne sert pas a grande chose dans le marché de l'emploi
2- Faire une formation professionnel du genre executive master dans le tourisme ou une autre filière pour booster mon profil ou changer de carrière carrément
3- Faire une formation courte du genre agent de voyage etc... et tout recommencer mais j'ai peur qu'il n y as pas de réelle possibilités d’évolution la...
4- Tenter ma chance dans la fonction publique (ministère du tourisme, vous avez des infos là-dessus?) mais il me faudra l'équivalence de mon diplôme d'abord...

d'une manière générale, la crise a très fortement touché le secteur du tourisme. Il est donc normal d'avoir du mal à y trouver du travail, et les salaires sont loin d'être mirobolants. Quand tu as plus de 25% de baisse des nuitées sur des villes comme Marrakech, tu peux bien imaginer que les emplois fondent...
Ton diplôme n'est sans doute pas très utile pour un emploi concret dans une entreprise touristique. Tu es surqualifié pour tous les jobs d'accueil de la clientèle... et il y a très peu de "grosses" entreprises du tourisme qui sont localisées au Maroc, la plupart des TO sont en Europe, avec une antenne sur place.
De plus, "commencer" à travailler à 28 ans, c'est tard. Et tu as sans doute des demandes salariales qui sont élevées par rapport à un débutant.
La solution n'est certainement pas de continuer à faire des études, en tout cas pas pour travailler au Maroc. En revanche, avoir une formation qui te permette d'exercer officiellement en tant qu'agent de voyage est une bonne piste. Simplement il te faudra ensuite cinq ans d'expérience, et tu te retrouveras confronté au même problème : comment débuter ?
La fonction publique... c'est sur concours et copinage, si tu te poses ces questions sur un forum, je doute que ce soit la voie royale pour toi.
Le secteur du tourisme au Maroc, ce sont énormément de petites structures. Un diplôme de "recherche" n'est pas un diplôme pratique, et tu ne dis pas ce que tu sais faire, mais il se peut qu'il n'y ait tout simplement pas les emplois.
Si tu ne veux pas / ne peux pas te mettre à ton compte, il reste à démarrer au bas de l'échelle et à acquérir l'expérience pratique. Il est clair que par rapport à l'Europe, les salaires sont beaucoup plus bas, beaucoup d'emplois sont au black, mais si tu veux vraiment travailler dans le tourisme, c'est le seul moyen.

En effet, le tourisme est en pleine crise au Maroc, faute de diversification des marchés, de manque d'infrastructure et d'attraction, et surtout le manque d'experts et de responsables qualifiés pour bien gérer la destination...
Il est temps pour moi de laisser tomber ce secteur et de m'orienter vers autre chose. Je pense que mon travail actuel avec les ONG dans les programmes de coopération international peut être ma seule piste réaliste pour le court terme. J'aime bien le travail associative et je développe constamment de nouvelles compétences (Relation publique, communication, traduction, coordination, formation...)
Pour ce qui est de ce que je sais faire, il est vrai que dans un master de recherche nous apprenons des notions trop générales de la gestion, mais c'est aussi un point fort à mon avis. Il reste que chacun dois développer ces notions en autoformation. Cela dit que nous avons été introduits à la gestion des destinations, à la communication stratégique, à la gestion des partenariat et des réseaux, à l'entrepreneuriat, à la création de projets novateurs, au tourisme durable, la gestion de l’environnement, l'économie du tourisme et le droit du tourisme...
Tout cela m'a permis de devenir formateur en entrepreneuriat, en stratégie de communication, en e-marketing, en conception et en gestion des contenus de sites webs et en gestion des communautés sur les réseaux sociaux pour le profit des professionnels et de quelques ONGs dans ma ville. Le seul soucis est que ça ne paie pas bien et que je travail pour mon compte sans contrat...
Me mettre à mon compte? c'est prévoir en moyenne 600.000 Dh pour ouvrir une agence de voyage, chose que je n'ai pas biensur... Je pourrai aussi commencer par une simple SARL pour organiser des tours au Maroc, mais il me faut le fameux titre d'accompagnateur de voyage qu'on obtient sur examen et que j’attends depuis 3 ans déjà!!
Enfin pour le long terme je pense que faire une thèse de doctorat en parallèle avec mon travail actuel pourra m'aider à poursuivre la recherche dans le secteur du tourisme et de l'entrepreneuriat et de me positionner autant qu'expert dans ce domaine. Je pense qu'il y as un manque de spécialiste dans le tourisme au maroc (par rapport à l'espagne et à la France par exemple), ce qui explique en partie la mauvaise direction que prend le tourisme ici. Je pense qu'avec ce doctorat je pourrai aussi devenir professeur universitaire, conférencier, chercheur... ou bien un doctorants chômeur de plus...!! :)

Actually, I’m currently doing a postgraduate diploma in pediatric respiratory physiotherapy and want to specialize in that area.
