Depuis que je suis très jeune je rêve de partir voyager longtemps. Mon rêve peut se concrétiser mais quelques obstacles me barrent un peu la route...
Depuis quelques mois que je travaille à l'hôpital en tant qu'assistant sociale. J'ai un CDD de 6 mois qui sera renouvelé à la mi juillet.
Cependant, j'ai pour projet de suivre ma conjointe à l'étranger en février 2018. En effet, elle est instit, travaille à l'Education Nationale et elle est actuellement en mi temps annualisé. Peu de gens connaissent cette organisation donc vais la développer brièvement. Ce mi temps lui offre la possibilité de travailler 6 mois dans l'année et d'avoir 6 mois de "dispo" durant lesquels elle peut travailler dans un domaine différent ou voyager, faire du bénévolat, ce qu'elle fait à l'heure actuelle au Pérou. Au niveau financier, elle a un salaire de quelqu'un à mi temps, lissé sur l'année
Elle a refait une demande de mi temps annualisé pour l'année scolaire 2017/2018. Donc elle travaillerait de septembre 2017 au 31 janvier 2018 et serait en "dispo" de février 2018 à aout 2018.
Nous souhaiterions partir ensemble de février 2018 à aout 2018 en Asie du Sud Est. Le problème qui se présente est que je serai obligée de démissionner étant donné qu'ils veulent me garder à l'hôpital. Par contre, d'après ce que je sais du fonctionnement, le CHU faisant face à un déficit budgétaire très important, les responsables mentionneront une démission. J'aurai donc travaillé un an et je n'aurai pas le droit à mes indemnités chômage derrière... Et je peux vous assurer qu'à l'hôpital on ne fait vraiment pas semblant de bosser!! Donc j'essaie de trouver un moyen d'avoir quand même un petit apport financier car je n'aurai pas droit au RSA non plus. Et c'est compliqué en touchant un salaire de misère pour le boulot que je fais de mettre de l'argent de côté...
Je me renseigne actuellement sur le motif de "démission pour suivi de conjoint" que je pourrai demander à la place du motif de démission simple.
Pour vous éclairer sur ma situation, nous ne sommes pas pacsées et l'activité que nous exercerions à l'étranger serait du bénévolat (type woofing). D'après ce que je lis sur les différents forums, il me semble que les droits peuvent être accordés mais seulement si le suivi se fait dans un pays de l'UEE...
Avez vous été confronté à cette situation ou connaissez vous des personnes dans ma situation?

Pour le RSA il faut être sans ressources et il y a une carence de 3mois
Maintenant même si tu touches les allocations de PE grosse mise en garde
-il faut se pointer tous les mois sur le site de PE et en étant à l'étranger ça ne fonctionne pas.
PE au bout de quelques jours mettons le 15 du mois voit que tu n'as pas pointé va lancer un , deux avertissements et puis te radier purement et simplement.
J'avais essayé de pointer lorsque j'étais en recherche d'emploi de Prague et pourtant j'avais bien prévenu PE que je prenais des congés et ça ne fonctionnait pas...
-ensuite tu auras obligatoirement un conseiller PE et tu seras contraint d'assister à des ateliers, à des entretiens avec ce conseiller à intervalles réguliers
Pour le RSA c'est pareil le RSA n'est versé que si on fait preuve de recherche d'emploi.
Donc on est suivi par un référent.
Sans compter que certains départements en contrepartie du bénévolat exigent de faire du bénévolat ( mais là je ne suis pas certain).

En fait mes collègues m'ont mise en garde car mes responsables vont me proposer le renouvellement de mon contrat pour 6 mois encore et je ne vais pas accepter de le renouveler donc je ne pourrai pas percevoir l'ARE (en gros je les fous dans la panade donc eux aussi et pour cela ils vont me barrer la route pour que je puisse toucher ce que j'ai cotisé en un an de bons et loyaux services). Du coup ce sera considéré comme un chômage volontaire car on me propose du boulot sur un plateau d'argent et je le refuse.
Après pour le RSA l'ayant déjà perçu il y a quelques années et ayant été référent unique au Conseil Départemental, je vois comment ça marche ^^ Apparemment, on peut y avoir droit en étant à l'étranger mais seulement les trois premiers mois
Concernant l'ARE, je sais qu'il y a des rendez vous mais certaines astuces existent en jouant avec les 35 jours d'absence autorisés. Puis après y'a toujours possibilité de suspendre les droits pour que je puisse percevoir ce qu'il me reste le temps de retrouver du boulot une fois de retour en France.
Sinon un truc aussi lorsqu'on prend l'avion on passe par la Police de l'Air et des Frontières en montrant son passeport...donc je me risquerais à écrire que toute sortie du territoire est enregistrée.
Au Canada où j'ai vécu si c'est le cas et que l'on est demandeur d'emploi on voit ses indemnités réduites c'est marqué clairement dans les documents

Non, et puis de toutes façons c'est la sortie Schengen, qui est enregistrée.
Un bon conseil continues encore 6 mois et ensuite chomage mais n'oublie pas que tu ne pourras pas toucher ton chomage étant à l'étranger, donc tes allocs vont être suspendues pendant la durée de ton séjour à l'étranger.
