les camerounais sont bien reconnu comme des buveur pour ne pas dire plus les camerounais aime bien la fete.
si cest pour limportation du vin et autre boison alcool(tous infos sur la douane nes pas un blem mon beau frere es declarant en douane et deja lun de ces frere inporte du vin de lafrique du sud et deja tres bien vendu sur le marché.
tous autre project es bienvenu au cameroun.pour toi cest deja facile car tu a ta femme qui es camerounaise.
les aactivite les plus rendome et moin couteux a investir.
discotequen resto, mini club de loisir, buvet, supermacher, et bien autre petit project pour faire grandi le secteur du loisir et des sorti.

Je me permet de te demander quelques renseignements supplémentaires notamment sur le dédouannement des vins et alcool (coût etc...). Enfin, j'aimerais connaître les prix de l'immobilier à Kribi et Limbe (investisssement touristique...) et aussi à yaoundé et Douala. Merci beaucoup pour votre aide.
Loin de moi l'idée de décourager personne. Je vis moi-même au Cameroun depuis 6 ans et je suis marié à une Camerounaise. Auparavant, j'ai vécu et travaillé dans le Pacifique, aux Philippines, à Madagascar, je connais donc un peu les pays dits "en voie de développement". Le Cameroun est un pays très difficile, même si on finit par l'aimer et même si on a une femme du pays. Tout d'abord, les Camerounais sont très intelligents, et ils le savent. Donc :
1) Ils se demandent ce qu'un étranger peut bien venir faire chez eux...
2) Ils passent leur temps à chercher la combine pour "baiser" les autres (sans aucune distinction de race, d'ailleurs!). Les héros locaux sont les feyman, sorte de Robin des Bois escrocs, sauf qu'ils ne redistribuent pas aux autres.
Donc, ne faire confiance qu'à soi-même.
Pour ce qui est de la douane, de la police, de la justice : voir les enquêtes internationales (Transparency entre autres) qui placent le Cameroun dans le peloton de tête de la corruption. On s'y fait mais ça prend du temps si on y survit. J'ai l'exemple d'un blanc arrivé ici il y a quelques mois pour retrouver sa belle camerounaise et qui a dilapîdé toute sa fortune familiale en faisant confiance à de soi-disant amis tous prêts à l'aider à monter une affaire.
Ma petite soeur est mariée à un français né ici et qui a un commerce d'alcool (ses parents l'ont créé il y a près de 50 ans). Il est en train de trouver une solution pour vendre et partir en France. Avec les tracasseries de la douane et des impôts, ça n'est plus rentable. Ceux qui résistent sont surtout des Nigérians qui vendent des produits frelatés. Car, pour la plupart des Camerounais, le degré d'alcool et le prix comptent plus que la qualité, et les gens prêts à payer pour la qualité ne sont pas si nombreux. 3 exemples : Lorsque je suis invité chez ma belle-mère, je n'amène surtout pas un bon Bordeaux de ma cave personnelle. Tout le monde lui trouvera un goût bizarre... Une de mes amis est la belle-soeur du fils du Président (Franck). Pour son dernier anniversaire, le champagne coulait à flôts, mais il était... faux. Un de mes amis tient une boite de nuit où nous avions nos habitudes. Un jour j'ai cessé d'y aller parce qu'il avait remplacé le vrai whisky par du faux. Après quelques crampes d'estomac, j'en ai eu assez.
Alors, pour investir ici, il faut être solide, très solide... et prêt à résister à des menaces de mort (ça m'est arrivé).
Quelqu'un a également parlé dans ce forum de la vie au soleil. Sachez qu'à Douala (là où je vis), il y a la saison des pluies et la saison "où il pleut", plus de 90% d'humidité toute l'année!!!. Et Kribi, la seule plage correcte (rien à voir avec les Seychelles ou Bora-Bora) est à 3 heures de route.
A part ça, on peut vivre et ça me convient. Donc à chacun de voir mais un homme averti...

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
The hectares have remained unused for years due to a lack of financial means, since the project requires what I’d call a considerable investment. As the main stakeholder, I have a minimal contribution to offer.
I believe it’s time to bring this space to life to meet pressing needs and serve the common good of society.
The project is simple:
1) Grow maize + build a processing plant to produce flour
2) Open a mini supermarket + a modern bakery using the flour for pastries, etc.
3) Build a healthcare service
4) Build a nursery and primary school
5) Construct free housing for retired expatriates in exchange for their voluntary contributions in their respective fields.
This is a project I truly believe in, and I invite anyone interested to add their personal touch—whether through advice, guidance, or involvement.
