je suis psychologue clinicienne et depuis plusieurs années je travaille principalement en tant que formatrice (thèmes centrées sur la connaissances des pathologies et des relations humaines dans le secteurs médico social et dans l'entreprise). J'ai également des expériences dans l'enseignement auprés des enfants en école maternelle privée.
Avec mon compagnon nous avons le projet de partir en Tunisie... Lui a un domaine professionnel trés spécifique et trés recherché donc il n'aura pas de soucis pour trouver du travail...
Par contre, pour moi c'est un peu plus compliqué !!
Je cherche des pistes, des conseils... Pensez vous que je peux apporter mes compétences professionnelles à un organisme de formation en Tunisie ? Voici des nouvelles: je suis bien installée, depuis presque 2 mois, et j'ai commencé à recevoir des patients.
Voici ce qu'il faut faire pour s'installer comme psychologue en Tunisie. Se rendre dans un guichet unique de création d'entreprise. Dans la région de Tunis, c'est très facile à l'API, qui se trouve rue de Syrie, près du belvédère (on voit le bâtiment depuis le bv Mohamed V). Il ne faut s'y rendre que deux fois: une 1ère fois spour introduire le dossier et une deuxième fois pour venir le chercher, faire différentes démarches, mais toutes dans le même bâtiment donc c'est facile, il faut aussi payer 15dinars de les timbres fiscaux. Il y a un endroit où faire des photocopies sur place, et acheter deux fardes qu'ils demandent à la fin, c'est bon marché et pratique.
La 1ère visite, vous expliquer votre cas à l'accueil et on vous envoie chez une dame (adorable) au 4ème étage, qui vous aide à clarifier votre projet et remplir le dossier de demande -dans mon cas, cabinet de psychologie, personne physique-. Vous passez dans un 2ème bureau pour l'introduire et vous recevez un reçu et on vous demande de repasser dans 24h. La 2ème visite, je ne me rappelle plus exactement de toutes les étapes, il y en a pas mal. Presque tous les documents sont en français, et quand ce n'est pas le cas, vous pouvez aller demander qu'on vous explique, et la dame du 4ème peut aussi vous aider. Du moment que vous êtes souriant, patient et reconnaissant toutes les portes sont ouverts ;-)
Attention avoir avec soi: son diplôme pour faire la copie, et son bail.
Si vous allez pratiquer dans votre habitation voici un petit conseil qui facilitera vos déclarations d'impôt mensuelles:
demander à votre proprio de vous faire deux baux: l'un pour l'habitation, et l'autre pour votre "bureau", même s'il est dans l'habitation (parce qu'après -si vous choisissez une comptabilité sur base des frais réels- vous êtes taxé sur le montant de votre loyer, donc moins il est élevé mieux c'est pour vous).
Dans mon cas, à l'API ils avaient mal regardé mon bail et m'ont laissé passée avec un bail "habitation", je ne savais pas que ce n'était pas compatible mais de toute façon je n'ai pas du faire de rectification parce que j'ai choisi de faire une comptabilité avec frais forfaitaires.
Pour vos déclarations mensuelles, il faut se rendre chaque mois (la 1ère, max un mois après la création) à la recette des finances de votre local (dans mon cas, pour l'Aouina c'est au Kram, j'ai eu cette info par mon proprio) et remplir la déclaration sur place chaque mois avec l'aide d'un comptable pour traduire les documents en arabe, ou bien télécharger avant la version française ici http://www.impots.finances.gov.tn/formulaires/formulaires/dec_irpp_fr.pdf
Franchement c'est pas mal de faire des déclarations mensuelles parce que ça oblige à être disciplinés avec sa compta (même si la plus part des gens remplissent néant puis font le bilan convenablement en fin d'année)
Et puis ça coute pas trop cher, on ne paye que 10DT par mois de faire les déclaration (sauf si retard, ça monte vite donc faites le à temps)
Comme la psycho est classée dans le secteur paramédical, on n'est taxé qu'à 6% mais ça ne permet pas de faire des activités de formation.
Pour l'équivalence de diplôme il faut aller au ministère de la santé avec son diplôme pour avoir une autorisation d'ouvrir un cabinet de psychologie. Moi je ne l'ai pas encore fait, en attendant je ne pratique qu'en tant que hypnothérapeute, et j'explique à mes patients que je ne suis pas "psy" en Tunisie, mais j'ai mon diplôme de Belgique.
