J'essaie de préparer les vacances pour ma petite famille et notre agence de voyage me recommande l'hôtel Richmond Ephesus à Kusadasi. Pourriez-vous me renseigner sur la qualité du séjour que vous y avez effectué, afin que je puisse prendre une décision un peu plus "éclairée" ?

J'ai une collègue qui a été dans cet hotel, il y aura deux ans en été.
C'était pour elle très mauvais. L'eau de la piscine était trouble avoir eu des champignons.
Pour elle, il devrait être rénové. Renseignes toi à l'agence de voyage s'il y a été rénové.
Excellents choix pour la famille surtout, l'animation est correct et la nourriture très bonne.

j'y suis allé en 2006, j'y retourne en 2007 mais au mois d'aout, 😉
Nous y sommes allés en septembre 2005. C'était pas mal. surtout pour le prix car c'était en last minute (50% de rabais). C'est un endroit agréable pour une semaine.
Positif : beaucoup de francophones, très belle terrasse au resto, nourriture correct, ambiance sympa.
Un peu moins bien: la propreté dans les chambres en bungalow...mais ça va. vaut mieux prendre l'hotel.
l'an passé nous hésitions entre le Richmond, le Surmeli Efes et le Pine Bay. Neckermann nous a conseillé le pine Bay et nous n'avons pas regretté de les avoir écoutés ! 😉
Ces 3 hôtels sont situés quasiment les uns à cotés des autres, si ce n'est que les 2 premiers sont sur une longue plage rectiligne sans déclivité, alors que le pine Bay est dans une baie, ce qui est un plus au niveau du paysage grâce à la vue qui nous est offerte. Le domaine y est bcp plus grand également, nous avons pu en avoir le coeur net en partant en car à Ephéèse et en passant devant le Surmeli et le Richmond qui semblaient bien petits et bien simples par rapport au pine Bay. Un autre hôtel semblait en construction juste à coté et n'améliorait guère le paysage.
Je te conseille de faire comme nous, vous ne serez pas déçu, le Pine Bay offre une nourriture excellente (le point fort), un paysage somptueux, des animations en français très sympas, de nombreux bars, 2 restos à la carte avec vue sur mer, des bungalows où la clim' auraient sans doute pu être plus puissante mais où nous n'avions pas à nous plaindre non plus tant la vue sur la mer était superbe. Adaland, un parc aquatique, est situé sinon à 50m de l'entrée de l'hôtel
Voilà, que les fans du Richmond me pardonne mais le pine Bay me semble bien mieux ! 😉

Nous y avons été l'année passée et nous y retournons cette année au mois d'août. Nous y avons passé d'excellentes vacances quoique la nourriture n'est pas très variée. Par contre au point de vue animation en journée ou en soirée il y en a pour tout les goûts. Si vous voulez rester au calme, vous y trouverez aussi votre bonheur sur la plage ou à l'ombre d'un arbre dans l'imense jardin. Cet hôtel est très bien tenu et très propres. Nous espérons que vous y passerez d'aussi bonne vacances que nous.

je viens de lire ton message et comme toi, j'y étais du 23/08 au 01/09. Mon mari et mes deux enfants de 9 et 12 ans ont apprécié également. Nous ne participions pasrégulièrement aux animations, il faut reconnaître qu'on n'est pas harcelé pour y participer, quoi que faire du foot sous 40° il faut vraiment le faire.
Je ne sais pas du quel côté ton logement était situé, dans un bungalow ou dans le bâtiment principal. Nous étions dans un bungalow (716), l'allée qui remonte face au piano bar. La nourriture est correcte, le personnel sympa. Nous avons une excellente opinion de cet hôtel qu'on nous avait recommandé. Merci de me répondre pour me donner d'autres précisions.

Personally, I always prepare an envelope with euro bills in different denominations before I leave (they exchange them easily on-site). Here’s my method:

I found a hotel, the Kappa Club Crystal Bay Resort, and online reviews for this hotel recommend a guide named Omar. I contacted him via WhatsApp, and he's offering a 2-day, 1-night safari in Tsavo East, a "blue safari," and a Marafa Canyon day trip for 400 € per person.
I’m asking for help from people who’ve already done these excursions because I have no idea what these offers entail.

Hi there, I’m a 43-year-old woman planning to travel solo in early March. I’m not really into "commercial resorts," but if I find a place that fits my criteria, I might be interested. To add to the info in the title, I’m open to various activities, but ideally, it’d include snorkeling, hiking, dance (every evening if possible!), group tours, etc. I’d love to meet people (not necessarily a man—just people in general!). We’ll be in Venice from March 20th to 24th, and I’m looking (for two couples) for a hotel close to St. Mark’s Square—my husband can’t walk long distances. For four nights with breakfast, our budget is around 1,400 € per couple. To avoid too much walking for him, I’d also prefer a hotel where we could potentially eat dinner in the evenings.

Is the latter one reliable?

Bonjour nous arriverons dimanche 5 mai ( à partir de 16h25) à l'aéroport de Punta Cana pour profiter d'un séjour que mon amie à gagner à l’hôtel Gran Bahia Principe La Romana.
L'avion est offert par la compagnie aérienne, l'hôtel je pense par la chaine hôtelière, mais aujourd'hui je m’inquiète du transfert car aucune info et j'apprends que rien n'est prévu.
D’après ce que j'ai vu le dernier car expreso part de Punta Cana à 16h00
Y-a t'il d'autres moyens de transports collectif (guagua) qui puisse faire le trajet ou au moins nous avancer jusqu'à La Romana ou San Pedro de Marcoris et je pense qu'on finira le trajet en taxi.
Si c'est trop compliqué ça sera navette privée mais on est plus "lonely planet " que navette privée et hôtel tout inclus.
