trop tard mais ca servira peut être a d'autres..... moi j'ai fait 2 cours (2 x 3h) au restaurant Hoa Tuc en plein de centre de Saigon (74/7 hai ba trung dist1. Saigon), le nom est: Saigon Cooking Class by Hoa Tuc. C'était génial! Je n'en n'avais jamais pris avant.Tres bien explique par un chef Vietnamien vraiment sympa. J'ai appris a faire le premier jour des nems aux fruits de mer, une salade de papaye et calamars frits, un riz au lotus, poulet et crevettes présenté dans une belle feuille de lotus. Le dessert nous ne l'avons pas fait mais c'était délicieux: une crème fruit de la passion avec un coulis de fruit de la passion frais! mmummm!
Le lendemain j'ai appris a rouler une grande variété de légumes croquants avec des feuilles de moutardes et crevette, puis une salade de fleur de bananier au poulet présentée dans une fleur de bananier, enfin des nouilles sautées aux légumes (pok choy) crevettes, poisson et calamars. Le dessert c'était une crème a l'ananas absolument excellente.
J'ai garde bien sur toutes les fiches recettes qu'ils m'ont donne et presque tout refait a la maison! Le prix etait 45 dollars (31 euros) pour chaque session, ca valait largement le coup, je recommande vraiment! (http://www.saigoncookingclass.com)

A l'école nha khoa phu nu rue ly chinh tranh quartier 3 (la prononciation est comme ça par contre je ne suis pas sûr que cela s'écrivent comme cela ^_^) dispense de cours de cuisine pour tous le monde.
Le prix n'est pas très élevé et on peut facilement rencontrer d'autres personnes.
Cet été avec mes amis, nous avons participé à deux reprises aux cours de cuisine chez Saigon Culinary Art Center . Ses cours m’ont beaucoup plu que j’y suis retourné récemment avec mon mari au mois de Novembre.
Le Centre qui vient de déménager au 42/3 rue Nguyen Van Troi - Phu Nhuan - Hochiminh City est très pratique et simple pour s’y rendre.
L’acceuil chaleureux et la prise en charge de A à Z dans une maison traditionnelle nous plongent dans une agréable ambiance et un dépaysement total. Nous avons beaucoup aimé son décor racontant l’histoire de l’art culinaire du Viet Nam. Ses cours sont riches et variés. Les plats appris et confectionnés avec les Chefs sont vraiment authentiques, qui différencient des autres centres qui sont plus ou moins européanisés. Je me suis régalé à confectionner les plats avec les Chefs qui sont hyper sympas, patients et souriants. A la fin, nous dégustons les plats que nous venons de préparer. Ils nous ont aussi emmenés à faire les courses au marché pour nous apprendre et expliquer comment choisir les ingrédients…
Leurs cours en français ou anglais sont très bien expliqués. La directrice du centre, présente avec nous pendant toute la durée du cours, est toujours disponible pour nous expliquer et répondre à toutes nos questions et demandes,
J’ai connu ce centre par la recommandation d’un chef cuisinier Thailandais qui y a fait un stage de 2 semaines.

en temps que grand amateur de cuisine je souhaitai partager avec vous ma meilleure expérience culinaire au Vietnam: le restaurant Hoa Tuc à Saigon (Ho Chi Minh) et ses cours de cuisine. Enfin un restaurant excellent, des serveurs adorables et une deco magnifique!
Ma femme et moi même avons partagé une grande assiette de dégustation d'entrées fabuleuses: rouleaux frits et frais aux saveurs délicates, rouleaux de feuilles de moutardes aux crevettes et légumes croquants, boulettes de riz gluantes farcies aux fruits de mers et salades croquantes "Hoa Tuc". Rien que cette entrée était une explosion de saveurs! Ensuite nous avons mange du bœuf grille a la citronnelle et feuilles de Bétel, de la pâte de crevettes sur bâtonnet de sucre de canne et un poisson (du Loup je crois) au gingembre et sauce a la betterave! Un vrai délice! Après tout ca plus de place pour le dessert malheureusement....Nous avons paye avec 2 verres de vins (par carte
bleue) environ 1.000.000 vnd pour deux (33 euros). Pour une qualité pareille c'est imbattable!
Le lendemain nous sommes revenus pour prendre un cours de cuisine avec leur Chef Monsieur Phuong. Nous avons en suivant ses indications (qu'il est patient!) réalisé un super repas compose des délicieux rouleaux de feuilles de moutardes aux crevettes que nous avions tester la veille au restaurant, une crêpe salée croustillante fourrée au porc, soja et crevettes et une salade de fleur de bananier au poulet.
Les recettes sont en Français, bref que du bonheur. Le prix est de 800.000 vnd soit environ 27 euros.
Ils sont situes dans une cours avec d'autres restaurants en face de l'hôtel Park Hyatt en centre ville - 74 Hai Ba Trung, District 1.

Our departure time is getting closer (we have less than 2 years left—it’s both a long time and so short!). To start preparing seriously, we’ll need quite a bit of info. If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
Are there any special requirements before leaving France (aside from taxes...)?

Actually, I’m currently doing a postgraduate diploma in pediatric respiratory physiotherapy and want to specialize in that area. Anyway, that’s not the main point—could anyone explain the pros and cons of doing this job in Switzerland? Based on the paperwork I’ve received, the equivalence seems purely administrative or almost... What about working conditions, quality of life, salaries, etc.?
