nous disposons de revenus locatif en france d environs 1500€ qui passeront a 2700€ mensuel 7 ans apres mon eventuelle installation en thailande
et d environs 40 000€ d economie
quelle est la meilleur solution achat ou location
quelle serait notre status en thailande quelle type de visa pouvons nous obtenir

Nombreux posts à ce sujet. Premier gros problème pour vous : le visa pour rester... Vous ne pouvez avoir ni celui de retraité, ni de conjoint de thaï....Reste celui d'étudiant, mais je ne suis pas le plus qualifié pour vous en parler. D'autres membres connaissent mieux que moi...
Si vous vooulez que votre enfant soit scolarisé en Français, cela va limiter les points de chute. Votre statu en france dépendra du temps que vous passez à l'étranger, et de votre statut en Thaïlande comme résident ou non...
Mais en tapant vivre en Thaïlande dans rechercher, vous allez avoir bcp de renseignements, pas toujours à jour parce que les choses bougent vite ici

Visa Non B Immigrant pour 15 mois, papier à recevoir par un avocat (12000 baht) obtention du visa hors asie seulement, sortie tout les 90J à une frontière pour renouveler son visa. Cette pratique est valable et légal.

le seul soucis est la scolarisation de mon fils y a t il des ecoles francaise ailleur qu a bangkok ou meme des ecoles anglaise et les tarifs sont il elevés ?
et pour les locations les prix sont ils abordables (je ne recherche pas un appart) sur les iles les plus connues type koh chang, phuket, koh samui, ou koh phangan

Oui .!...environs 10ans maxi en vivent normalement !!, ....et 5ans en vivent plutôt lux!..(naturellement tout dépend de votre façon de vivre la bas )
C'est tout de même un capital consequant ou non négligent mais sans plus !!?...car selon l'endroit ou vous voulez vivre (sud ou nord )cela varient enormement et cela ne suffira pas pour vous dire que vous êtes completement à l'abris toutes votre vie !!..loin de là !.
Si vous avez une esperence de vie au dela des 10ans(ce qui me semble être le cas tout de même et sans vouloir vous offencer vulgairement !)) il vos mieux prevoir ou plus d'argent ou de travailler !.
Si vous vivez dans le nord (Chang Mai , ..la campagne loin des edroits très touristiques par exemple ) cela pourait suffir pour 2 x plus lontemps !.mais en vivent modestement car il faut tout de même compté minimum 1500€ par mois pour vivres la bas modéstement ce qui vous fait 1200 x 240mois (ou 20ans)= 288 000€ 😎ou 2500€/mois à Phuket par exemple x 240 = 600 000€ pour 20ans ou 300 000€ pour 10ans
les thais arriverons à vivre avec 300 000€ eux 7 pendant 3 génaration 🤪😎, ...mais nous ne sommes pas Thaïs !!!

Perso je compte partir avec un capital bcp + important que le votre prevu à cet effet car je vend doucement mais sûrement tout en France !....et je me casse très prochainement de se pays entrain de sombré !!!!...et là peut -être que cela sera suffisent pour y vivre jusqu'a la fin en Thaïlande!, ...(ou en Asie de sud-est plutôt ;, ...car je compte egallement prendre un petit pied à Singapour !ou à Hong Kong )...sans travailler !, ...mais je prévois quand même la possiblité de pouvoir revenir !!, ...ci la bas ca ne vas pas(ou plus) pour une raison ou une autre !...mais avec seulement 300 000€ je serait un peu inquet tout de même !

(puisque le fisc Français ne verra pas tout cela bien d'une part et d'autre part cela est plutôt risqué !!)mais d' apporter avec moi une "bonne petite carte de crédit et de retirer quend j'ai besoin et voila !!..
Je garde juste peut-être une maison en bois (style maison Norvégienne ou Canadienne ) , ...que je pose sur un petit terrain en france quelques part et je reste domicilier en France malgré tout ..puis on vera plus tard !?.

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
