Essaouira location d'une voiture et départ pour Tamri qui sera notre première étape. jour 2 Taroudant. Jour 3 Tafraout. Jour 4 Tiznit. jour 5 et 6 Sidi Ifni. Jour 7 Agadir. jour 8 vallée du paradis. jour 9 et 10 Essaouira.

Nous avons lu tous les derniers carnets du forum concernant ces destinations et nous avons noté tous vos coups de coeur qui seront sans doute les notres. En ce qui concerne le change faut-il le faire dès notre arrivée à l'aéroport ? Peut -on se servir des euros dans certains endroits ? Cela fait plus de 30 ans que nous ne sommes pas retournés au Maroc, nous allons certainement trouver ce pays complètement différent. Nous avons hâte d'y être en attendant nous lisons vos carnets ainsi que ces magnifiques photos Merci à vous tous et à ce forum qui nous font aussi voyager

Nous venons de retenir l'avion pour partir cet été au Maroc en famille (2 adultes et 2 ados) (arrivée Marrakech et départ Agadir). Je suis en train d'essayer de faire un planning sur 3 semaines. Oui je sais, le sud marocain est très chaud en été, mais nous sommes habitués de voyager sous la chaleur l'été. Je ne connais pas la région. Que me conseillez vous à voir et à faire sachant que nous louerons une voiture à Marrakech?

Idée d'itineraire : Marrakech- Ait Ben Haddou - Skoura - Bou Thara - Tinghir - M'Hamid - Tata - Tafraoute - Ait Mansour - Sidi Ifni- Mirleft - Agadir

J'ai quelques questions : - Combien de jours à Skoura?

- Est ce que pour visiter la vallée du Dades, il est bien de dormir à Bou Thara? Combien de jours?

- Est ce que la route entre Tinghir et M'Hamid (pour voir le désert) est "roulable" et pas trop difficile? Il s'agit de 330kms, est ce faisable en 1 journée?

- Mêmes questions entre M'Hamid et Tata (voir Tafraoute mais je pense route trop longue)? Que voir ver Tata?

- des hébergements à me conseiller?

J'aimerais y retourner le 24 mars pour 6-7 jours et avoir vos avis SVP sur : les logements, l'état de la route et une ou deux options de visite . et la location de voiture : recommandez-vous toujours autant Concorde car ? ou plutôt une autre société maintenant ? Voici la boucle: Jour 1 : arrivée à Marrakech et on part direct à Ijoukak au gite chez Husseine, via la route tu Tizi'n test Jour 2 : Ijoukak - Tafraoute, via Aït Baha, dodo à la Maison traditionnelle...ou à l'Arganier ? ou autre chose ? Jour 3 : Tafraoute Jour 4 : Tafraoute - Taliouine, dodo à Escale rando (ou à défaut Auberge Souktana) Jour 5 : Taliouine - Foum Zgid , dodo à la Maison d'hôte Hiba Jour 6 : Foum Zgid - Tamnougalt, dodo à l'auberge chez Yacob Jour 7 : Tamnougalt - Pause Telouet (mais où? j'avais été frustrée de passer si vite par ces paysages sublimes ?) et on retourne rendre la voiture à Marrakech (ou à Rabat si c'est possible ?)

Bonsoir, Nous venons vers vous afin que vous nous apportiez votre aide afin de planifier au mieux notre séjour du 22 mars au 04 avril 2020 à Agadir pour une première expérience au Maroc. Nous devions séjourner à Marrakech mais lors de la prise de nos billets d'avion la tarification était beaucoup plus avantageuse pour une arrivée à Agadir. Nous sommes un peu perdus, nous devons recommencer nos recherches et faire nos réservations pour l'hôtel, les paysages ont l'air différents, sûrement très jolis mais d'après les forums il semblerait que ce ne soit pas la meilleur destination que nous avons choisi, peut être à tord pour certaines personnes, la période semble correcte, c'est pourquoi, il est bon de se faire ses propres opinions . Quels sont vos conseils pour les visites, les hébergements (tarifs 35/40 par nuit €, est-ce suffisant ?) combien de jours est nécessaire pour visiter Agadir, que faire aux alentours, devons nous nous contenter de rester au plus près pour profiter, ou louer une voiture. Est-il possible de passer au moins 1 nuit dans le désert car les distances ont l'air difficile à calculer ce que nous avions vu au départ de Marrakech (Telouet/Ait Ben Addou/Skoura/gorges du Dades/Erfoud/Merzouga route retour par N'Kob ect… Faut-il prévoir de faire environ 3 h de route par jour avec nuits sur place, quel serait votre road trip au départ de Agadir …. Les autres que nous avons remarqué sont: (prix en $cad) Mogador Opéra (147$) Gran Mogador Ménara (190$) Radisson Blu Hotel (249$) ... Un peu au-dessus de notre budget mais WoW Yaad City hotel (115$) Majorelle City center Boutique (92$) Fashion Hotel (103$)

Avez-vous des commentaires concernant ces endroits? Et surtout, avez-vous des endroits qui à me proproser? J'ai lu sur le forum le Toulousain et le Imouzzer mais mes 2 copines n'ont pas eu de coup de coeur. Comme nous dormons dans des Riads les 2 nuits d'avant, nous préférons un hôtel pour nos nuits à Marrakech.

What do you think of this plan? Will it feel too rushed, or is it manageable? Since we don’t know the places, it’s hard to tell if we’ll want to stop everywhere along the way or if there’s enough time to spend at each spot. I’ve included some night-stop assumptions (1 or 2 nights).

We’d love to hear your thoughts! We’re traveling with my wife, a 13-year-old teen, and a 10-year-old. We’ll have our own rental car.

Hi there, I’m planning to cross the Atlas M’Goun-Toubkal range at the end of March and I’m looking for info on how to get to Ait Bou Oulli from Marrakech via Demnate. Can anyone tell me if there’s a direct bus to Demnate and then a minibus (once it’s full) to Ait Bou Oulli? Is it doable in a day by bus or even a shared taxi?

Nous partons en amoureux début mars au Maroc (1er séjour là-bas). Arrivée le samedi midi à Marrakech, retour le samedi suivant avec avion matinal de Marrakech.

C'est peut-être un peu court mais pensez-vous qu'il soit possible d'aller durant le séjour jusqu'aux dunes de Merzouga ? Si oui, quels sont les points forts à ne pas louper sur le trajet ?

Je pensais à un itinéraire de ce type :

Samedi : France->Marrakech Dimanche : Marrakech Lundi : Marrakech->Ouarzazate->Skoura Mardi : Skoura->Merzouga Mercredi : Merzouga->Tinghir Jeudi : Tinghir->Ouarzazate Vendredi : Ouarzazate->Marrakech Samedi : Marrakech->France

Questions : 1) Le dimanche, vaut-il mieux être à Marrakech, ou sur la route vers Skoura ? (auquel cas on rentrerai plutôt le jeudi sur Marrakech pour en profiter un peu).

2) Y'a-t-il des points de chute préférentiels à privilégier sur les trajets aller et retour vers et depuis Merzouga ?

3) A Merzouga, plutôt nuit à l'auberge ou en bivouac ? (j'ai cru voir qu'il y avait maintenant des restrictions sur les bivouacs qui ne seraient plus au milieu des dunes mais au pied des dunes ?). J'avoue que profiter du coucher des couchers et levers du soleil sur les dunes, ainsi qu'une nuit bien noire pour profiter du ciel me plairait bien. Si c'est nuageux plus vraiment d'intérêt...

4) Comme on en compte pas passer toutes nos journées sur la route (on ne veut pas faire "l'excursion en 3 jours" comme proposé par plein d'agences), quels sont les musts à faire sur ce trajet, qui permettraient de rythmer de manière sympathique la journée ?

Certainement plein d'autres questions à ceux qui connaissent bien la région quand on y verra plus clair sur l'itinéraire.

Notre premier séjour au Maroc en 1975 a constitué notre voyage initiatique pour visiter le monde : campings, cars CTM, pas de guide du routard, ... Cela ne nous a pas empêché de faire un grand tour (Tanger, Rabat, Fes Meknes, Marrakech, Ouarzazate, Tinhir, ..) et d'apprécier ce pays si riche de culture, de diversité, de paysages magnifiques, et de tolérance. Depuis ces temps épiques, nous y sommes retournés à de nombreuses reprises (un peu moins "à l'arrache" par la suite), avec nos enfants, amis et maintenant que nous sommes à la retraite, nous pouvons encore plus en profiter : nous venons de passer 6 semaines à Marrakech. Nous avons constaté un phénomène que l'on retrouve également dans de nombreux pays d'Asie; à savoir une prolifération à Marrakech de motos et mobylettes, que l'on retrouve malheureusement désormais dans les ruelles très étroites et si fréquentées des souks. C'est évidemment un réel progrès que les habitants aient désormais un moyen autonome pour se déplacer, mais avec leur omniprésence dans les souks, je crains que les touristes se lassent d'être en permanence sur leur garde, sans compter la nocivité des gaz d'échappement que respirent au quotidien les vendeurs. Ne serait-il pas intéressant que les autorités en charge de développer le tourisme mènent une réflexion sur ce sujet. Par exemple, limiter (comme à Essaouira) ces déplacement aux livraisons, car il est possible de se déplacer d'un point à l'autre de Marrakech sans passer par le quartier des souks (qui par ailleurs, n'est pas le quartier le plus habité). Voici juste un témoignage et une proposition pour que les souks de Marrakech restent attractifs.

Dans 10 jours, mon conjoint et moi partons pour un road trip de 2 semaines depuis Marrakech. On est plutôt baroudeurs et on aime surtout les beaux paysages, les randonnées et rencontrer les locaux. Nous n'avons pas réservé de logements. Si vous avez des coups de cœur (pour la beauté du lieu ou pour l'accueil, les rencontres), on est preneur!

On aimerait avoir votre avis sur notre itinéraire : est il bien "cadencé" ? Si on risque de trop courir, que vaut il mieux supprimer ? Ou conseilleriez vous d'autres étapes ? Est ce que toutes les routes sont accessibles en Logan Dacia ?

J1 : Arrivée Marrakech 9h30, récup de la voiture de location direction Aït Benhaddou avec passage par le col de Tizi n Aït puis Tizi n Tichka et Telouet => Des arrêts ou visites sur le chemin que vous conseillez ?

J2 : Visite Ait Benhaddou + Balade avec guide dans Palmeraie de Skoura. Nuit à Skoura

J3 : Vallée des Roses. Nuit à Boulmane Dades => Avec notre voiture, je crois que le mieux est de faire l'aller retour jusqu'à Bou Tharar, non ? Avez vous des arrêts et/ou petites randonnées à faire seul à conseiller ?

J4 : Vallée et Gorges de Dades. Nuit à Boulmane Dades => idem, il vaut mieux faire l'aller retour en allant jusqu'à Aït Toukhsine, non? Des arrêts et/ou petites randonnées à faire seul à conseiller ?

J5 : Palmeraie Tinerhir et Gorges Todra. => A faire à pied ? en voiture ? seul ou avec guide ? => Nuit à Tinghir ou Tinejdad?

J6 : Souk de Tinerhir le lundi matin, place des chameaux. Direction Erg Chebbi/Merzouga. Nuit dans le désert => Des conseils d'agence ? Y en a t il qui propose de rester 2 jours dans le désert ? (mais est ce que ça a un intérêt ? On a peur de trouver le désert très beau et d'être déçu de ne rester qu'1 nuit ;-)

J7/J8 : Retour du désert. On veut rejoindre Tafraoute. Où vaut il mieux passer ? Que voir en chemin ? (vallée du Draa ? Tizi n Tinififft ? Observatoire de Tamegroute) Où faire une étape pour dormir ?

J9/J10 : Tafraoute. Gorge d'Aït Mansoun / Rando autour de Tafraoute / Balade dans la zone avec les pierres peintes en bleu => Ce coin a l'air très beau. Comment le visiter : avec guide ? seul ? en partant en randonnée sur au moins 2 jours ? ou en revenant dormir à Tafraoute ? Vaut il faire l'impasse sur une des vallées/gorges des J3/4/5 pour passer plus de temps à cette étape ? (si oui, que retirer?)

J11 : Route R104 vers Legzira. Plage avec Arches

J12 : Remonter vers Essaouira. => Que voir en chemin et où dormir ? (on n'a pas trop envie de grosses villes, type Agadir) Le parc national Souss Massa ? Taroudan ? Vallée Paradis ?

J13 : Essaouira

J14/J15 : Marrakech => Conseils de Hammam à faire en couple ?

J16 : Avion 10H

MOROCCO END 2024 / BEGINNING 2025 Off-season, I was lucky enough to negotiate hotel prices. I should also mention that this was for a solo traveler until December 30th. After that, there’ll be three of us! Practical info. Here’s all the info I gathered during my 3-month trip. Cities: TANGIER / CHEFCHAOUEN / FES / MOULAY IDRISS, VOLUBILIS / AZROU / MIDELT / ERRACHIDIA / RISSANI / MERZOUGA / TINGHIR / BOUMLANE DADES, AIT OUGLIF / OUARZAZATE / TALIOUINE / TAROUDANT / TIZNIT / TAFRAOUT / SIDI IFNI, LEGZIRA / AGADIR / ESSAOUIRA / MARRAKECH ///

From there, we’ll be three people. Cities: IMLIL / OUARZAZATE / AGDZ / ZAGORA / AIT BEN HADDOU / MARRAKECH / ESSAOUIRA / CASABLANCA. (Generally, I found that mattresses in Morocco were quite hard. My solution: I put two, even three folded blankets on the mattress to add some softness. Wi-Fi almost never works in the room.)

Tangier: Hôtel Fuentes Petit Socco, Old Medina +212 539 934 669 (For one person, end of October) Upon arrival, 19 € for a double room with a private bathroom. Breakfast included. Chefchaouen: Dar Besmellah Av Ibn Askar +212 539 986 489 (For one person, end of October). I don’t recommend it. A small, low-ceilinged room with a window facing a patio. Very dark and damp. Shared bathroom. 9 € Dar Bleu Pearl N° 4 Derb Benyaakoub +212 (0)539 88 28 86. Negotiated on-site to 130 MAD instead of 160 on Booking. Small room, furniture, Wi-Fi, private bathroom. Fes: Riad Alfredo or Riad Rocco—it’s the same place. It’s in a very narrow alley. N° 15 Derb Sidi Kjih or Qjih Talla Sagira +212 662 769 688 (see photos and virtual tour) Negotiated to 13 € on-site; on Booking, it was 16 €. Breakfast included. Atypical Anne room with private bathroom, Wi-Fi. The room is a bit dark. One of the best beds on my trip. Again, this was for a solo traveler off-season (end of October to end of December). Moulay Idriss: Gite El Menzeh (see the map) Negotiated on-site to 14 € with breakfast; on Booking, it was 24 €. I also negotiated for dinner—very good and hearty—for 5 € (the manager wanted 20 €). I stayed in the large upstairs room with a double bed, window, and private bathroom, not the tiny windowless rooms downstairs. Azrou: Hôtel des Cèdres Place Mohamed V. (see the map and photos) Negotiated 13 € instead of 16 € on Booking for a room with two small beds and a private bathroom. This hotel is honestly run-down and not worth the price at all. The owner thinks it’s a very classy hotel because of its old reputation! Midelt: Chez Ali, city center (see map) Negotiated to 14 € instead of 17 € on Booking. Room with two beds, bathroom, window, small terrace, and Wi-Fi. Er Rachidia: Hôtel El Fekri. Rue Moulay Abdalah Ben Ali (see map and photos) Couldn’t negotiate on-site—14 €, but on Booking, it was 5 € more! Rissani: Hôtel Restaurant Panorama +212 615 978 445 Well, I’d say skip it. Rooms without windows and shared bathrooms. Or on the terrace, there’s a sort of space with a big bed and a small bed behind a locked iron door with a window and an external bathroom that’s also used by people eating on the terrace. If there are people on the terrace, forget about privacy! Not to mention the internet doesn’t work, and the bed is as hard as a straw mat. All that for 150 MAD—luckily, I didn’t book through Booking, or it would’ve been more expensive!!! I didn’t stay. This closet isn’t even worth 100 MAD—and even that’s too much! A little further on, I went to a hotel where no one spoke English or anything else. I got a large room with 3 beds, a private bathroom, and Wi-Fi for 100 MAD. Merzouga: Said’s apartment +212 618 659 264. No real address—it’s right next to a souvenir shop, far from the center. (see photos) 15 €. The apartment is large with two bedrooms and all the comforts. But for me, it was too far from the village. Chez Belkecem: Marked on GPS. I don’t have any coordinates (see photos). +212 666 911 732 Negotiated on-site to 13 € with breakfast; on Booking, it was 2 € more. The room is decorated in a Berber style, with a private bathroom and a window to the outside. The worst breakfast I had in Morocco! Tinghir: Dar Al Medina Av Mohamed V (see map) Beautiful hotel negotiated to 13 € instead of 18 € on Booking. Breakfast included, Wi-Fi, room with a double bed and a single bed, window, and private bathroom. (Top floor) Boumlane Dades: Auberge Tamazirt (no contact) see GPS. Negotiated to 13 € with breakfast. It’s rustic, but I had a private bathroom, a large bed, Wi-Fi, a window, and a double bed. And the best part—the super-friendly owner gave me one of the gas heaters from the hallway. Aït Ouglif: Hôtel Aït Marghad. (See the map) Negotiated to 150 MAD instead of 240 MAD with breakfast. The place was half-closed because it was off-season. Room with a double bed on the ground floor, window, Wi-Fi, and bathroom. Heating provided—essential. The hassle was that there was almost no hot water. Ouarzazate: Hôtel Atlas 13 rue du marché +212 524 887 745 It’s on the pedestrian street. (See photos) Negotiated to 13 €. Old-fashioned room, double bed with a very hard mattress. Private bathroom, window, and Wi-Fi. Taliouine: Hôtel Le Safran. A 20-minute walk from the center—no other choice. Otherwise, there are a few local hotels, but even if I’m not always picky, there are limits. (See the map) Negotiated from 300 MAD to 200 MAD. Breakfast, Wi-Fi, window, king-size bed, private bathroom. The room is large (No. 11). (There’s a pool in the hotel.) Hôtel Atlas Bordeaux: +212 666 752 292 (next to the bus station) Usually, I’m not too picky, but honestly, skip this one. This place could be good because it’s central if: the cleaning was thorough. The bathrooms need to be redone... etc. No sheets—just a sort of blanket on the mattress and another to cover yourself. Obviously not clean. No towel. A bathroom that hasn’t been cleaned in way too long. In short, absolutely avoid. 120 MAD! Taroudant: Hôtel (mini) Atlas Bld Mansour Eddahbi (see map and photos) Double room with window, large bed, private bathroom, Wi-Fi (not great). A hotel that doesn’t look like much but is sparkling clean! 90 MAD for a single, 120 MAD for a double. Tiznit: Résidence Chem (see map) 100 MAD for a room with two single beds (very hard), window, private bathroom, and Wi-Fi. Clean but poorly maintained. Tafraout: Espace Tifawine (see the map). Hotel with a pool. Negotiated to 14 € on-site instead of 30 € on Booking. I could even choose my room. A large room with two beds—one big and one small. A large bathroom, a window, and Wi-Fi. Sidi Ifni: Hôtel Suerte Loca. (No contact, see GPS) I paid 140 MAD for a room in this dive—no negotiation possible. My room had a tiny terrace, the walls were repainted, but it’s super noisy (neighbors). Worse, when someone uses the water, there’s a loud machinery noise. That’s not all—the mattress is really worn out and sagging. The bathroom isn’t great. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work! This place still enjoys its old reputation, but it’s really run-down, and everything is old. The bedding is the worst I had in Morocco. Skip it. There’s much better for cheaper elsewhere! Hôtel La Belle Vue: Just before Suerte Loca +212 528 875 242 The reception staff was more than unfriendly. After seeing the rooms, I didn’t stay because the bedding would’ve been like sleeping on a yoga mat. Obviously not worth the 200 MAD asked for. Hôtel Aït Baamrane. Further down on the beach. Same price as above. The only difference is that everything is in good condition and comfortable, with a warm welcome.

Hôtel Safa: (see the map and photos.) On-site, no negotiation possible—200 MAD; on Booking, it was over 350 MAD. Huge room with all the luxury you could hope for. Breakfast included, large bay window, king-size bed, TV, Wi-Fi, furniture, and of course, a private bathroom. Agadir: Hôtel Kamal (see map) The only hotel I booked through Booking because there was a good discount. Except on-site, the hotel never wanted to give me the discount. At night, small insects that strongly resemble cockroaches—yet it’s high-end with doormen, etc. I contacted Booking, but nothing worked! I paid 250 MAD! Essaouira: Hôtel Elkasbah Souiria (See map and photo) Small room (No. 18) with a single bed and all the comforts. Private bathroom, window, Wi-Fi, and breakfast included (all-you-can-eat buffet). No negotiation possible—200 MAD. Chez Lina: Rue El Khemiset +212 658 042 562 (she speaks French) Large apartment with two bedrooms. Private bathroom on the landing. Wi-Fi. Agdz: Guesthouse Le Chant des Palmiers. (See map) Very nice room—more like a small apartment with a fireplace corner, gas heating, private bathroom, Wi-Fi, windows, bedroom area plus two single beds. Breakfast included. Negotiated to 400 MAD for 3 people instead of 840 MAD on Booking. Zagora: Hôtel La Palmeraie. (See map) Room with bathroom, Wi-Fi (not great), heating, and window. Breakfast included. No negotiation—300 MAD (for 3). Aït Ben Haddou: Auberge La Barraka (see the map) Large, beautiful room with windows, Wi-Fi, heating, bathroom. Breakfast included. Pool. Negotiate a good price—but I didn’t note it down. (Around mid-January) Essaouira: El Kasbah Souiria. (See above) Room for three. Same benefits. No negotiation. 500 MAD. Casablanca: 664, Résidence Clémentine BD Mohamed V, Roches Noires. +33 6681 48002 Large, upscale apartment. Not far from Casa Voyageurs train station. Booked on Booking. 45 € (Last day, January 16th). Upon arrival, the price is always a few euros cheaper than on Booking—except in rare cases. Then, negotiation is possible or not! (At Jemaa el-Fnaa square. Under the warm welcome at restaurant « Chez Ali N° 65 », we got scammed out of 7 € when paying the bill! Experts at swindling.) Azrou: Snack La Forêt (see map) Again, good food at a low price. Merzouga: Snack Alafrah VOLUBILIS: The price has gone up to 100 MAD. Honestly, if you’re not an archaeology buff, it’s not worth it! BANKS: The best exchange rate I got was at BMCI. For ATMs, I paid the least fees at Banque Populaire. TRANSPORTATION:

Sidi Ifni: To go to Legzira, there are green shared buses that leave every 2 hours for 6 MAD. Petit Taxis: You have to negotiate hard—the price can double. Example: In Fes, they asked me for 50 MAD from the bus station to the Blue Gate. By walking a bit further and being patient, I got a taxi for 20 MAD! Another example: From Agadir’s bus station, they asked for 40 MAD to go to Hôtel Kamal. In the end, I paid 15 MAD! Here’s all the practical info I gathered during my trip to Morocco from late October to mid-January. It’s up to you to see if it’s useful or not.

We’re heading to Morocco as a family from April 22 to May 8. It’s a bit short to explore such a beautiful and vast country, but school and work commitments, you know how it is... My partner is a musician and absolutely loves Gnawa music. Unfortunately, we won’t have time to visit Essaouira, as we’re heading south toward the Valley of the Roses...

Do you know of any places around Marrakech, Ouarzazate, or Kelaat M’Gouna where we might have the chance to meet Gnawa musicians? We’ll also be staying a few days in Aït Benhaddou and Skoura during our trip toward the Dadès Valley. If you have any good spots to buy a guembri along the way, I’d love to hear about them too! :)

bonjour je reviens d'un séjour où j'ai loué un véhicule sur Agadir , puis effectuer un périple au cours duquel une personne a percuté mon véhicule stationné, ce que j'ai vu immédiatement….. la personne semblait de bonne foi, je n'avais pas de constat et j'ai donc pris la photo du véhicule incriminé, du choc et les coordonnées du fautif en présence de témoins , notamment le patron d'un bar connu….. lors de la remise du véhicule, le loueur a voulu que je paye un forfait pour la réparation et m'a précisé que la police ne s'embarrasse pas de petits dossiers sauf bakchich….. je préconise donc à chacun 1) de prendre une puce téléphonique 2) d'appeler immédiatement le loueur sur son portable ( donc prendre un portable du loueur) 3) de ne pas lâcher l'affaire avec le fautif sans avoir l'avis du loueur 4) prendre impérativement un constat( difficile à obtenir car très rare à faire, les marocains bricolant les dégâts pour payer moins)

Bonjour, Nous essayons de construire un séjour avec une arrivée à Agadir le 7 février 2020, genre 2 nuits sur place, puis Tafraout 4 nuits et encore 2 ou 3 nuits ailleurs. Pour un séjour de 7 à 9 nuits maxi Petites questions à ceux qui connaissent évidemment :) Peut on réserver et avoir à coup sur un bus qui va d'Agadir à Tafraout sur place (du jour pour le lendemain) ? 4 nuits dans Tafraout même, aurons nous de quoi nous balader sans nous ennuyer ? à pied ou en vélo... Nous partons début décembre, mon mari, moi et nos deux enfants pour 1 mois au Maroc, arrivée à Marrakech à 19h40, du coup j'aurais aimé réserver la première nuit d'hôtel pour une arrivée en douceur, sans se soucier de chercher un endroit ou dormir.. J'ai lu de bons échos sur l'hôtel Immouzer dans la médina et prix qui correspond à notre budget. J'ai envoyé un mail pour une demande de réservation, ils m'ont répondu rapidement mais apparemment il me faut louer deux chambres de 2 lits... Pour la première nuit d'adaptation ca m'embête un peu, d'où ma question pour vous: connaissez vous un hôtel chouette, dans les prix de l'Immouzer (360dhs) qui a des chambres avec 4 couchages? Hi there, if you're planning to rent a car to get around in Morocco, make sure to budget for "fines" even if you drive perfectly. For example, getting caught going 5 km/h over the speed limit 500 meters before you see the sign dropping the limit to 60 km/h—while being overtaken by a packed taxi with no seatbelts. Or, say, stopping at a stop sign for 3 seconds but not long enough, even though no helmetless motorcyclists were stopping either (yes, helmets are mandatory in Morocco)... Anyway, plan a "fine" budget for your Moroccan "vacation."

We found a guide who offers the trip from M'hamid to a camp (departure at 3 PM, tea, meal, camel ride, overnight stay, breakfast, and return to M'Hamid by 11 AM the next day via the sacred oasis). He quoted us a price of 380 € for April. What do you think of this rate? This might sound like a silly question, but is it common to negotiate the price for this kind of thing (we're booking from France)? It’s still a big part of our travel budget.

Hi there, I'm currently planning our trip to Morocco for next May. We're looking to explore a part of the country we haven't visited yet, and I'd love to get some opinions or tips for my itinerary. We'll have a rental Duster to get around. -1- Marrakech to the Paradise Valley, arriving in the late afternoon. 2 nights there so we can explore the next day. -2- From Paradise Valley to Tafraout. Along the way, we'd like to visit some agadirs (Ikounka, Imeghguiguilne, Ighir, Tizourgane). I'm wondering if we'll have time to see them all, if we should visit all of them or skip some? Or if there are other suggestions? -3- I plan to stay 3 nights in Tafraout. Night 1 we might arrive late. The following days to visit the village of Tagdicht, the Blue Rocks, and the Ait Mansour Valley. Doable? Road or track conditions? Too much or too little time? Anything else to see? -4- I was thinking of taking the road to visit the underground village of Icht. Then heading to Tata to visit the Tollé and/or Messalites caves. Same questions as before (road conditions, time, anything else)? -5- Road to Tissint for a walk. Road to Taliouine to visit the Glaoui kasbah. Spend the night around there. Same questions? -6- Road and visit to the Ifri granary. Then head to a part of Morocco we already know :-)

Après la vallée des Ait Bouguemez, Demnate je voudrais rejoindre les environs de Ouarzazate (telouet etc...). J'ai déjà pris la R307 et mis à part des paysages grandioses j'en garde un souvenir épouvantable à cause de la route :j'ai fait du 20 kms tout du long en me demandant si la voiture n'allait pas expirer car moi je suis arrivée à bout de souffle au gîte...je me demande quel serait le meilleur itinéraire à partir de Demnate: -P 3108-P2016: Ait Adel, Ait Abdi, Azlag, abadou, Mdast, Al Mahrouze puis la N9.. -P2117: Sidi Rahal-Touama puis N9...
