Bonjour à tous. Étant en préparation pour mon prochain séjour d'un mois en janvier prochain, 3 destinations m'attirent, mais j'hésite dans mon choix. Pour ceux qui ont fait les 3 destinations, quel sont les avantages et différences? Ce que je recherche c'est 1-le cout sur place (pension oblige),2- la sécurité 3- la gentillesse des gens et la richesse culturelle. Je voyage sac à dos, en louant scooter ou transport en commun, et ne recherche pas le party mais bien la tranquilité et le quotidien des gens, de belles plages et paysages grandioses. Voici ou j'en suis dans mes réflections: Indonésie et Phillipines= trop grand pour un mois (donc encore plus indécis sur l'itinéraire) Le Sri Lanka me rebute pour une seule raison , l'hygiène (mes craintes sont-elles fondées?). Par contre il semble facile de s'y déplacer et d'en faire le tour en un mois. Bref, après avoir consulter différents forum et m'etre procurer les guides de chaque destination mentionnée, le ressenti de personne y ayant séjourné ou qui y vivent m'éclairerais peut-etre. Merci de partager vos expériences.

J'ai des billets pour un voyage en Indonésie (Raja Ampat et Sulawesi) avec un départ début juillet et retour fin aout. Mes billets ont été pris au mois d'octobre 2019... Est ce que certains sont dans le même cas? J'ai des billets Lufthansa pour Jakarta et ensuite des vols intérieurs pour Sorong et un retour de Manado avec Batik. Normalement je prends un visa touriste 60 jours qui mets au moins 3 semaines à être fait. J 'ai bien compris que le vol doit être annulé si on veut espérer au moins un avoir (je veux bien partir en 2021...). Je n'arrive pas à avoir des infos sur l'Indonésie. Je viens de voir que la Thaïlande ré ouvre complétement son pays au tourisme. Je me demande ce qu'il en est pour l'Indo... Est ce que quelqu'un a des infos? Quid de mon visa à temps pour début juin (le 9 de mémoire)? Merci pour vos retours. Ça commence à prendre la tête cette histoire...

Hi, I’m traveling with my 13-year-old son in June and July 2025 for 6 weeks—2 weeks in Flores and 4 in Sulawesi. I don’t want a super "roots" trip because long transport times eat up too much time, so I’d prefer to use only private or shared drivers whenever possible since I’ve read that public transport really slows you down. That said, I don’t want to hire the same driver for the whole trip because I think it’d be way over budget.

My first question is about transport times and approximate costs. I’d like to double-check the times I’ve seen because it’s not clear to me whether they’re for private vehicles or public buses: - Labuan Bajo – Denge (Wae Rebo): 5–6 hours ???? - Denge – Ruteng: 3 hours ???? - Ruteng – Bajawa: 4 hours ???? - Bajawa – Moni (Kelimutu Volcano): 3.5 hours ???? - Moni – Koka Beach: 1.5 hours ???? - Maumere – Koka Beach: 2 hours ????

My second question is about the Maumere–Makassar ferry. It’s impossible to find a clear answer—PELNI’s website shows only about 2 ferries per month, but Rome2Rio mentions a daily departure (with a return the next day, like the Labuan Bajo–Makassar route, I assume). I’d really like to avoid flying since it’s so expensive on this route.

My third question: I’ve read that flight tickets are more expensive when bought from France than from Indonesia. Has anyone else heard this?

Pour ceux qui ne sont pas au courant, organiser son séjour aux raja Ampat en indépendant est devenu tout bonnement impossible depuis quelques semaines!

En effet le site phare qui donnait toutes les infos et les contacts des différentes Guest house du coin (Stayrajaampat.com) vient d'anonymiser les contacts des proprios et se transformer tout bonnement en une plateforme de réservation!

Ils motivent leur décision en évoquant le bien être des locaux et leur désarroi devant les réservation non honorées par les voyageurs : Grosso mode, le voyageur choisissait une guest house, appelait ou envoyait un sms au proprio pour reserver mais des fois ne se présentait pas, donc perte sèche pour la Guest house! Maintenant en passant par la plateforme de résa, on choisit, on reserve et on paie direct dans la foulée avec bine entendu une commission versée a Stay raja Ampat!!

certes ce site a ete une bouffée d'oxygene pour les voyageurs voulant se rendre dans le coin et eventuellement pour le différents locaux qui se sont lancées dans le tourism mais en grattant un peu (forum anglophone) il s'avere que c'est une site detenu exclusivement par des occidentaux basés a Bali et Singapour!!

Ce changement sonne definitivement le glas pour les voyageurs indépendants et surtout pour les guest houses lointaines type Manyaifun, Selpele ou encore Gam ouest qui intéressaient presqu exclusivement ce genre de voyageur qui ne reserve pas..au contraire des visiteurs qui viennent aux raja Ampat pour une semaine ou dix jours sans visiter le reste du pays (comme cela se faisait avant) et qussi au profit des GH les plus populaires sur KRI ou sud de GAM qui sont deja bien installés et souvent la propriete des elites locales, donc pas besoin de revenus touristiques!

Les raja Apat se transforment doucement en une destination de luxe apres une petite fenetre democratique: les frais du permis, le transport jusqu a Sorong puis les transferts vers les GH puis encore le cout sur place augmente de la nouvelle commission du site et enfin les prix des activités....ca fait bcp!

Juste pour info et aussi pour exprimer un peu mon desaccord ....il reste cependant des milliers d 'autres iles dans le pays qui valent autant ou mieux et ou on peut vivre une experience totale a moindre frais

Any advice? I was thinking of Malaysia or Indonesia, like Sulawesi, for example (all countries and islands in Southeast Asia interest me except Bali).

Any recommendations? I’m doing my research online, but if anyone here has the time and knowledge, I’d love to hear from you.

In early July, we’re heading to Indonesia for a solid three weeks as a family (my partner and I are in our fifties, and we have two daughters aged 17 and 20). We’ll be arriving and departing from Denpasar. Our itinerary is still entirely up in the air, and we’d like to explore islands other than Bali (we’ve already been there a few years ago).

I’d love to gather your tips and great recommendations to help us plan our route. For now, we’re thinking of visiting Lombok, Flores, and the Komodo archipelago. Here are some of our questions: - I visited Lombok myself back in 1999. I loved it, but I’ve been reading very mixed reviews in recent travel journals. Some are as enthusiastic as I was back then, while others are much more lukewarm (due to the overly strict and visible influence of the island’s governor on the population and because of massive hotel projects—I’m not sure if they’re on hold, underway, or completed). What’s the current situation? Is Lombok still a must-visit? And do you have any tips (hotels, places to visit, health, etc.)? - Still on Lombok, I did the Rinjani trek back then. I remember the hike wasn’t easy, but it wasn’t as tough as what I’ve read in quite a few recent travel journals... My partner and I are in decent shape, but that’s about it, and especially, my partner and our two daughters really don’t like the cold. What’s your experience with this trek? And do you have a trekking agency to recommend? (If we do it, I think we’d want to make sure we have good support, including quality gear, tents, jackets, etc.) - Flores and Komodo would be a completely new experience for all of us. Any tips and recommendations are welcome (sightseeing, accommodations, transport, etc.)! In particular, we’d like to explore the Komodo archipelago with a trusted agency that will take the time to show us the archipelago’s treasures in good conditions (safety and "decent" comfort). Do you know of any such agencies? - Are there other nearby islands you’d recommend? Any advice on places to visit and where to stay?

We’ll have three weeks on the ground... and we like to mix sightseeing with downtime where we just enjoy the moment. So we’re not looking for an overly packed itinerary, but still something rich (no point traveling so far just to lie on a sunbed all day ;-))

Je pars le 31 août pour 2 mois en Indonésie. Mon vol aller arrive à Jakarta le 1er septembre et pour le retour, je quitte l'Indonésie par Bali le 30 octobre avant une escale de 4 jours à Bangkok.

J'ai prévu de commencer par au moins une journée complète à Jakarta en essayant de faire du couchsurfing là-bas. Cependant je n'ai pas l'intention d'y passer plus de temps. J'ai remarqué que peu de voyageurs passent du temps dans l'Ouest de Java. Néanmoins, j'ai tout de même envie de découvrir la partie occidentale de Java. D'après mes informations, il n'est pas possible d'aller au Krakatau. Par contre, j'ai vu qu'il y le volcan Gede/Pagrango près de Bogor qui a l'air intéressant même s'il ne figure pas dans les circuits touristiques traditionnels. Après j'ai repéré Pangandaran d'où il est possible d'aller au Green Canyon et d'aller en bâteau jusqu'à Cilacap en longeant notamment Nusa Kambangan. Il y aurait des bus de Cilacap à Yogyakarta. Dans la région de Yogyakarta, il y a pas mal de choses à faire entre la visite des sites de Borodubur et Prambanan, les villes de Solo et Yogyakarta et peut être le volcan Merapi même si cela est compromis compte-tenu de l'activité éruptive. Ça pourra être la bonne étape pour faire la prolongation du visa. Ensuite je compte aller aux volcans Bromo et Kawah Ijen avant d'aller à Bali. Concernant les trains, j'ai beaucoup lu qu'il fallait réserver en avance mais cela se vérifie-t-il un jour de semaine en septembre ? Ça m'arrangerait bien de ne pas avoir à réserver maintenant.

A Bali, j'ai surtout envie de profiter de l'aspect culturel et donc de visiter les principaux temples. Apparemment, il y a des plages bien plus belles sur des îles voisines telles que les Gili, Lombok, ou même Nusa Penida et Lembongan. J'ai pu voir notamment que certains voyageurs ont adoré Bali alors que d'autres ont détesté. Je ne compte donc pas rester très longtemps à Bali. Ça m'arrangerait donc de faire plutôt le renouvellement du visa ailleurs qu'à Bali. Concernant les îles Gili, je ne sais pas si je vais y aller vu que j'ai lu que c'est plus intéressant du côté du parc du Komodo.

Ensuite, je vais à Lombok où j'ai l'intention de faire l'ascension du Rinjani et profiter des plages du Sud. Après je vais à Sumbawa car je tiens à faire l'ascension du Tambora. Concernant ces 2 volcans, je sais qu'il faut passer par une agence. Je me demande s'il faut que je réserve avec une agence rapidement ou si je pourrais voir sur place.

Ensuite, direction Flores où je compte bien profiter du parc national Komodo pour voir les varans ainsi que les fonds marins avant sa fermeture en janvier. Ensuite je compte bien aller plus à l'Est sur Flores pour l'ascension du volcan Kelimutu et les plages en allant jusqu'à Maumere puis à Ende ferry pour Sumba afin de découvrir une île vraiment différente des autres. Par contre, j'ai cru lire qu'il pouvait y avoir des crocodiles marins à Sumba et surtout au Timor. C'est vrai ? Ma dernière question concerne le billet d'avion entre Sumba et Bali : vaut-il mieux partir la veille du vol Bali-Bangkok pour faire face aux aléas des vols intérieurs indonésiens. Par ailleurs est-il possible envisageable de prendre des billets d'avion Sumba-Bali ou Flores-Bali à la dernière minute (notamment si je décide de ne finalement pas aller à Sumba) ?

Par ailleurs, je précise que je n'ai pas le permis de conduire ni même de permis scooter donc je me déplacerai en transports publics ou en véhicule loué avec chauffeur comme cela est possible en Indonésie. Je me demande s'il est possible de louer à un endroit et de restituer dans un autre lieu et s'il faut réserver en avance ce genre de locations. Je suis également en plein apprentissage de l'indonésien.

My teenage daughter and I are heading to Sulawesi in July-August for 5 weeks. We don’t know Indonesia at all—this will be our first time. When we travel, we’re not used to booking accommodations in advance because we love improvising based on our mood and what comes up in the moment... For Sulawesi, though, from what I’ve read, I’m a little worried we might get stuck here and there, especially in more touristy spots, if we leave everything open... Exceptionnel !!! - Ruteng / Labuan Bajo : 3 nuits au Sylvia Beach Villa (Une très bonne surprise)

Une ile fabuleuse, à découvrir d'urgence ! Une population d'une extrème gentillesse. Des fleurs partout, des paysages magnifiques et des villages superbes.

Seule déception : la visite de l'ile de Rinca pour voir les fameux varans... Bof bof bof !!!

Nous avons fait la traversée de Florès avec guide et chauffeur . Notre guide Thomas Zumat (+62 821 4773 5075) (komodotrails@gmail.com) a été formidable et je le recommande vivement. J'avais trouvé ses coordonnées sur VoyageForum et je remercie ceux qui me l'ont fait connaitre. Thomas parle bien anglais (qqs mots de français). Il a un caractère doux et sérieux. Toujours de bonne humeur il adore blaguer et sourire et sait se rendre discret quand il le faut. Il connait parfaitement son sujet et adore partager son savoir. Thomas était accompagné de Linus, chauffeur expérimenté et prudent, ce qui est très rassurant quand on aborde les petites routes de montagne... Linus parle également un anglais correct, ce qui permet d'avoir aussi un contact sympathique avec lui. Ces deux là ont bien sur énormément contribué à la réussite de notre voyage. A Labuan Bajo, Nicolas nous a également déniché un très bon bateau pour notre excursion dans l'archipel, à un prix très inférieur à tout ce que nous avions vu sur place.

A propos du SunRice Homestay à Ruteng : La guesthouse en soi n'a rien d'exceptionnelle. Elle est cependant d'une propreté irréprochable. Elle se compose de 4 ou 5 chambres ,2 wc et 2 douches. Les repas et Pdj se prennent sur la terrasse. Ce qui est vraiment exceptionnel ici, c'est le Maitre des lieux ; Jeff le boss qui vous accueille comme si vous étiez un cousin éloigné qui vient lui rendre visite. On se sent très vite " à la maison" et Jeff sait mettre à l'aise ses invités et créer rapidement un climat chaleureux . La nourriture est excellente. Le petit déjeuner est compris dans le prix de la chambre et le diner est "offert" (Vous donnez ce que vous voulez) . Jeff propose à ses invités de l'accompagner à 5h du mat pour une randonnée de 2 heures dans de magnifiques rizières afin d'assister au lever su soleil. Cette option facturée 40 000 Idr (2,50 €) est à ne rater sous aucun pretexte !!! La gentillesse de Jeff restera un de nos plus beaux souvenirs de notre voyage.

I arrive in Jakarta on July 24th and want to head to Flores Island the next day. Do you know which airlines offer direct flights to Labuan Bajo (or elsewhere)? Is it possible to book tickets directly on Indonesian airline websites (I get the feeling that when connecting from France, access is blocked...)

Also, are there direct flights from Maumere or Ende back to Jakarta for the return trip, or do I have to go back through Labuan Bajo?

Hi everyone, First post in years on the forum—I’m so happy it’s back up and running!

I’ve been wrestling with this question for weeks now: Flores or Sulawesi?

I’m leaving in July for 24 days, followed by 2 weeks around Makassar/Wakatobi for work. For the first part, I’m traveling with my family (my partner + 3 kids aged 6 to 14).

I’ve had a long-time dream of Komodo, but I’m worried it’s become super touristy... though the crossing to Maumere still sounds amazing. I’m also not thrilled about all the internal flights.

On the other hand, since I’ll be in Sulawesi anyway, I’m thinking a crossing from Gorontalo to Luwuk via the Togians (maybe even a few days in Banggai) + a detour to Toraja (which I visited 10 years ago) could be an incredible trip too.

For my family, this is their first trip to Indonesia, so I’d love it to feel *mythic* ;).

Any advice is welcome—I’m really struggling to decide! I know it’s a choice between two great options...

Or would a driver who knows the area well be okay? Do you think I should book from France, or wait and arrange it day by day once I’m there? What’s the average price?

J'aurais aimé avoir votre avis pour le début de mon circuit en Indonésie que je projette de réaliser en mai 2021.

Nous arrivons à Bali (Denpasar) et ensuite : - Soit nous restons 4 nuits à Candidasa ou Amed pour faire de la pongée, du snorkeling et visiter les alentours ? Je ne sais pas trop laquelle de ces deux destinations est la plus appropriée selon vous pour cela ? - Soit nous prenons directement un vol pour Flores-Maumere et nous restons 3-4 nuits à Maumere pour faire de la plongée, du snorkeling et visiter les alentours ?

Qu'en pensez-vous ? Je n'ai aucune idée de ce qu'il y a à voir sur les sites de plongées autour de Maumere ? Est-ce que ça vaut la peine ou il vaut mieux rester à Bali les quatre premiers jours pour ça ?

Sachant qu'ensuite nous allons traverser tout Flores avec un guide et terminer en allant plonger 5 jours autour de Komodo.

Bonjour à tout le monde. Je pars avec 3 potes en mai prochain à Flores et Komodo. J'ai le lonely planète donc vais pouvoir trouver qqs infos utiles. Mais mon post concerne des avis de voyageurs qui pourraient me donner des infos très utiles, que je ne trouverait pas dans mon guide. A savoir des bons plans auberges cool et aps trop chères, Des endroits à recommander en mode hors des entiers battus ? J'observe les oiseaux donc si qq1 peut m'orienter vers des supers spots ce serait génial. J'aimerais également faire 1 croisière plongée à Komodo sachant que j'ai mon open water. 1 dive center à recommander ? Voilà en gros je cherche, vous l'aurez compris, tout les plans utiles, (hébergement, restauration, activités, etc...) qui nous serviraient à moi et mes potes à passer 1 bon séjour, à savoir que ce sera entre 1 mois et 1mois et demi sur place. I’m trying to plan a short trip (just under two weeks) to Flores at the end of March, beginning of April, and I’ve got *so* many questions... - **Transport**: From what I’ve gathered, the only flights to Maumere are from Denpasar (or Labuan Bajo), right? Did I get that right? And for getting around the island, I was thinking of hiring a car with a driver for the main routes (we don’t ride motorbikes...). Any idea what the going rate is? And do you have any trusted contacts to recommend? - **Timing**: Even though the best season is later, is the weather still manageable at that time—especially for snorkeling with calm seas and good visibility? - **Komodo archipelago cruise**: I was considering a 3-day, 2-night cruise at the end of the trip, from Labuan Bajo to Komodo. Something comfortable (cabin with private facilities). I saw what Captain Komodo offers on the Alcira—has anyone tried it? Otherwise, any other recommendations?

Yeah, I know it’s a lot of questions! Usually, I travel a bit more spontaneously, but the transport logistics are making me a little nervous—we only have two weeks, so if it takes 5 flights and 3 days of travel just to get to Maumere, we might have to pick a more accessible destination...

Si oui, vers quel modèle faut-il s'orienter en fonction de l'état des routes ? Et quel loueur fiable ? We (a couple) are heading to Indonesia from July 9th to August 15th (I already know some spots). > We’re hesitating about the direction of the route: Java/Bali/Nusa/Flores/Sula or Java/Sula/Flores/Bali—does it depend on the rain and flights? (That’s my first question, by the way :)) We land in Jkt on the 9th (follow-up question: where to stay? We saw the Wonderloft for 20 €—does that seem reasonable? I used to pay way less a long time ago). We’d like to leave for Borobudur on the 10th in the mid-afternoon (question 2: train or VIP bus—we’ll have just landed—nighttime or not?). Next question: any chill but nice places to stay in Borobudur, Yogyakarta, and Solo? We’re thinking one full day in Borobudur, then Yogyakarta (1 day), then Solo (1 day). Does that work time-wise without rushing?

After that, we’re heading toward the volcanoes (I always mix them up… any tips?) and crossing over to Bali (2 days?). If I’m calculating right, we’ll be in Java from the 9th to the 18th—does that sound okay to you? Or too much? I’m struggling to estimate how long temples and volcanoes take to visit.

Bali: I used to stay around Seminyak or Canggu. What’s the best place to stay now without breaking the bank? Somewhere not overrun by Australian surfers or hipster restaurants? Another question: where and how to rent a scooter in Bali? (So we can easily get to the temples and Ubud?) Is there still a way to see Kecak without it feeling super touristy, or is it just for tourists now?

We’re detouring to Nusa Penida: same deal—I want to see rays but don’t necessarily want to dive. I’ve heard the sea can be rough. Where to stay for 2–3 chill days? What to do there? It’s all new to me (haven’t researched it yet).

Then to get to Flores: do we *have* to go back through Bali and take a flight? I haven’t looked into Flores or Sulawesi much yet, so I’m not even sure what questions to ask ;) Feel free to point me in the right direction—thanks!

Bonjour, A la fin de mon prochain voyage sur Florès, je repasse par Bali pour 3 nuits avant le retour en France. Je connais un peu Bali pour y avoir séjourné 3 semaines il y a qqs années. J'avais fait Jatiluwi, Lovina, Amed Candidasa Ubud + Gili T. Quel endroit me conseillez vous pour ces 3 dernieres nuits sachant que je souhaite rester pas trop loin de l'aeroport, un endroit avec un peu d'animation le soir (restaus, shopping, spas....) car après Florès nous aurons envie d'un peu plus de bouger. J'avais pensé à Nusa Lembongan mais c'est parait il risqué avant de reprendre son vol international (bateau, mer agitée ...) L'idéal serait un bungalow en bord de plage dans une zone touristique, mais Bali n'est pas la Thailande... Hi everyone, I’m currently working on a 30-day itinerary for May/June 2027. 10 days in eastern Java (Malang, Bromo, waterfalls, Meru Beriti Park, Banyuwangi, and Ijen), a short transit in Ubud for a few days, then Flores before heading back to Jakarta. We’ll spend 15 days in Flores (the classic route: Moni, Bajawa, Riung, Ruteng, ending in Labuan Bajo). I’d love some firsthand feedback on flights to Maumere or Ende from Bali Denpasar. I know there are no direct routes and that you have to connect through Labuan Bajo or Timor (I think), which isn’t an issue in itself. But I’ve read here and there that flights to these destinations can be delayed—or worse, canceled—and that it’s better to fly in and out of Labuan Bajo, which isn’t exactly ideal... Thanks for any tips or experiences you can share!

Hi everyone, I’ve been browsing accommodation sites for the Togian Islands for a few days now.

It’s a bit overwhelming—there are so many options and islands—so I was wondering what the forum members’ favorite spots have been.

We’ll be there for 5-6 days, and we’ll be making the crossing (Gorontalo -> Ampana or the other way around, not sure yet). I’m thinking it might be possible to stop in Bomba or Kadidiri and then Malenge?

We’re looking for simple places to stay—we’re not into luxury resorts. Small beach bungalows would be amazing. Also, one of my kids wants to get their diving certification, so if there’s an option with an accessible dive center, that’d be a plus (though not a must—priority is the scenery, proximity to magical spots, and an authentic vibe).

Hey everyone, I travel quite a bit, and I’m here to share my thoughts about an upcoming trip to Indonesia, specifically the Togian Islands.

I’m planning to go for 3 or 4 weeks in July-August and looking for a sunny destination that’s not too expensive (flights + cost of living), with varied points of interest. About fifteen years ago, I had planned a trip to the Togian Islands, but it didn’t happen, so I’m revisiting this destination (Sulawesi, Toraja country) + maybe others? Given that in Indonesia, I’ve already done volcanoes in Java, Bali, part of Lombok, and the Gili Islands. The issue is that I’ve read some posts about the plastic waste problems around the Togians, and it seems like they’re not the paradise islands they once were.

So, I have a few questions: I’d love to hear recent feedback from travelers who’ve been to the Togians to get an objective opinion (?) or if you’d recommend other paradise-like islands in Indonesia (not overcrowded).

If you confirm that it’s still an exceptional destination, what did you pair it with? The Moluccas and which islands in particular? Or Flores/Komodo? For my part, I don’t scuba dive—just snorkeling.

Finally, if you have other dream-island destinations (affordable and sunny), I’m all ears.

Hi there, I’m heading to Indonesia for a month this summer and will spend a few days on the island of Lombok.

I initially planned to spend 3 nights in Senaru to explore the surrounding area (village, waterfalls, etc.—but no volcano trek) for 2 days and then take a day trip by scooter to discover Sembalun (mainly the Bukit Selong viewpoint) before returning to sleep in Senaru. After that, I’d head to Kuta Lombok.

But I’m considering two other options: 1) Stop at the Bukit Selong viewpoint with the taxi that’ll take us from Senaru to Kuta (though I’m not sure if it’s a big detour). 2) Stay only 2 nights in Senaru, then spend one night in Sembalun before heading to Kuta.

What do you think? Should I stick with my original plan (visiting Sembalun as a day trip by scooter from Senaru) or go for one of the other two options?

I’m reaching out not for myself for once😛, but for a family member who’s heading to Bali in a month and has a thousand questions. Since she doesn’t spend much time online and I don’t know this part of the world at all, I thought I’d ask for feedback here. Here’s what she’s planning:

She knows UBUD is very touristy but plans to stay there and take day trips from there. Her main question: is it worth going to Flores just for Komodo? Agencies apparently offer mini-cruises for 2-3 days... Type of trip: 2 adults, no kids. They like taking their time and don’t want to rush. I think they don’t mind touristy spots but still hope to find some authenticity. Thanks for your thoughts!

Bonjour à tous, Après 2 séjours de 5 semaines chacun en Thaïlande, l'envie de retourner en Asie nous démange... Nous avons pour projet de partir 3 mois en avril, mai et juin avec nos deux enfants qui auront 6 ans et 3 ans. C'est encore un "projet" et nous bloquons vraiment sur l'itinéraire (qui me parait essentiel pour dessiner ce projet).

Pensez-vous que ce soit simple de faire Philippines > Malaisie > Indonésie ? (ordre le plus logique par rapport aux saisons)

Pensez-vous qu'une escale en nouvelle Calédonie ou Polynésie française au cours du voyage puisse être à envisager ?

Est-ce que l'ordre des pays vous parait le plus simple?
