J'ai recemment eu une réponse positive pour un poste en tant qu'agent commercial dans une agence immobilière à Djerba. Ils me proposent un entretien la semaine prochaine(je préfère me renseigner d'abord avant d'accepter car le billet pour la semaine prochaine est élevé). Seulement voilà une connaissance qui bosse en ce moment à Djerba en tant qu'assistante de direction gagne 800 dinars et est nourrie et logée, blanchie, et elle m'a informé qu'elle avait passé l'entretien pour le même poste que moi et qu'elle aurait refusé car ils proposaient 500 dinars de fixe, ils ne lui ont pas parlé du logement qu'ils fournissent ni du type de contrat et elle n'a pas demandé. Elle a essayé de demander 600 dinars mais la fille lui aurait répondu qu'elle verrait avec son DG.
J'ai demandé par email et j'ai eu la réponse comme quoi ce serait un poste permanent seulement cette même connaissance m'a dit que les contrat n'étaient que temporaires de 3 ou 4 mois et que le titre de séjour il fallait être mariée à un Tunisien. Qu'aussi les contrats fixes ne tombaient qu'après 4 ans d'ancienneté dans l'entreprise.
Moi j'ai actuellement un CDI en Europe. Avec la crise c'est vrai que bosser dans l'immobilier ce serait fou, mais apperemment ils arriveraient à vendre d 'après ce qu'ils lui ont dit et d'ailleurs pourquoi est ce qu'ils recruteraient?
Je voulais savoir ce que vous en pensez, si la vie est chère quand on vit seule là bas et si on peut vivre avec 500 dinars par mois à Djerba.
Pensez-vous aussi que ca vale le coup de sauter sur l'occasion de lacher un cdi pr ce poste d'agent commercial et si c'est possible de negocier plus de salaire (ds ce cas quelques conseils pour mieux négocier avec les Tunisiens?), jusqu'à combien je pueux monter?, j'ai entendu dire que des chefs cuisiniers pouvaient gagner jusqu'à 1200, 1500 dinars par mois(oui je sais c'est pas le même secteur et je suis consciente aussi que les femmes sont moins payées que les hommes, je suppose mais je n'en suis pas sure).
Egalement j'aurai voulu avoir un avis concernant le type de contrat car la fille m'a répondu que ce serait un contrat permanent mais moi qui serait expatriée est ce un mensonge?
Moi mon objectif est de partir vivre une aventure la bas, et je souhaite aussi sortir de mon domaine actuel qui est l'hôtellerie (chose que je n'arrive pas à faire depuis un an en Europe) pour pouvoir revenir en Europe avec une experience de travail differente, mais est ce que ce sera dur pour trouver après en tant qu'agent commercial ou autre?
Perso, si je devais me déplacer si loin pour passer un entretien, à mes frais, je voudrais d'abord avoir toutes les réponses - claires - à mes questions. C'est la moindre des choses.
Djerba est une charmante île que j'adore où il doit faire bon vivre pour quelques années mais... la Tunisie n'est pas l'Europe, question organisation, sécurité du travail, conditions de travail, etc, etc...

La Tunisie n'est pas la brousse, et il n'y a aucune raison pour qu'on ne te communique pas un profil de poste plus précis. et qu'on te dise si c'est un CDI avec clause d'essai, ou des CDD de trois mois qui se multiplient
IL faut savoir que, notamment dans l'Hôtellerie, les dircteurs , après trois mois de contrat, mettent le personnel un moment en congé sans solde (pour ne pas être obligés de faire un CDI après 3 CDD) et qu'il est exact que ce n'est qu'après 4 ans que les entreprises sont obligées de donner un CDI.Mais il y a peut-être des règles spécifiques pour l'immobilier je ne sais.
Donc prudence !
Vu la crise, quand on sait le salaire moyen tunisien, (+/- 350 dinars, je crois qu'il est utopique d'espérer un salaire de 600 DT dans une fonction commerciale: généralement il y a un salaire de base + des commissions sur les ventes...si tu vends !
L'immobilier à Djerba, ou ailleurs en Tunisie n'est pas au mieux de sa forme, et je connais plusieurs européennes et européens qui sont reveues l'année dernière et cette année, deux agents cmmerciales, et deux indépendants qui avaitent ouvert leur propre agence et n'en sortaient plus
Tu ne dis pas quelle expérience tu as de la Tunisie, qui tu y connais, si tu as une colocation envisagée ou pas etc...
Je pense aussi qu'on ne s'improvise pas agent immobilier, si on travaille dans une agence sérieuse,
Bref, toi qui a la chance d'avoir un emploi, et en plus un CDI, il n'est peut être pas prudent de lâcher la proie pour l'ombre.
Oui on peut vivre à Djerba avec 500 dinars, mais à condition de vivre très modestement.
Pour ma part, je connais la Tuniie depuis longtemps et ai épousé un tunisien de Zarzis (à 45' de Djerba). mon mari y a un appartement, j'y passe des séjours agréable, mais je ne me verrais pas aller passer un an là-bas pour le moment, en lachant mon CDI en Belgique.
Mais je n'ai plus le même âge que toi, il est vrai...
Bravo, Fradhiab, pour ton message plein de bon sens ! On voit de ces trucs surréalistes sur ce forum ! Bien sûr lorsqu'on ne va pas dans le sens du vent, on se fait "lyncher" mais tant pis, mieux vaut évidemment prévenir en disant la vérité que de laisser des gens naïfs partir au "casse-gueule".
N'importe comment, lorsqu'une situation (que ce soit boulot ou autre) n'est pas claire dès le début, elle n'annonce que de très gros problèmes par la suite.
Ce plan n'est pas clair, le recruteur n'annonce pas la couleur et dans ces conditions, prendre des congés, se payer billet d'avion et séjour là-bas pour simplement aller à entretien ne tient pas debout. Et quant à quitter un cdi en France pour au mieux quelques clopinettes et la précarité en Tunisie, c'est plutôt de l'inconscience. Et si au bout de quelque (là, je suis optimiste) semaines, ça n'allait pas, il se passerait quoi ? Rester à crever de faim en Tunisie ou bien rentrer en France et se retrouver sdf (pas le droit au chômage). Quand on veut s'expatrier, il faut aussi assurer l'échec et là, il n'y a rien. Sans doute l'auteur du post revient d'une semaine en all in, est tombée amoureuse d'un animateur et donc ne réfléchit pas trop .....
On ne part pas à l'étranger sans un projet très solide sinon c'est le "casse-gueule" garanti et très rapide.

Le recrutement des étrangers en Tunisie est soumis à des conditions spéciales:
Si c'est une société ou bien entreprise tunisienne, l'étranger bénéficie d'un contrat d'une durée maxi d'un an, et renouvelable seument une fois, dans les mêmes délais.
Si c'est une société off shore, elle ne peut recruter à long terme que des directeurs, et 4 au maximum.
et que le titre de séjour il fallait être mariée à un Tunisien
Tout étranger ayant un contrat de travail doit se présenter dans les 48 h au poste de police pour déposer une demande de carte de séjour.
Les personnes mariées à des tunisiens, et par dérogation, peuvent avoir les mêmes droits de recrutement que les tunisiens, càd des contrats à long terme, et même des Cdi.
ils proposaient 500 dinars de fixe,
C'est🤪 suffisant pour vivre d'amour (avec le petit ami tunisien) et d'eau fraiche.

De l'eau à coulé sous les ponts j'ai renvoyé un email avec des questions plus précises mais la fille m'a répondu que j'aurai les réponses aux questions qui me tracassent directement avec le Directeur de l'agence. Don cje suppose qu'ils prévoyaient mon entretien avec lui.
Après réflexion , j'ai décidé de ne pas aller à l'entretien et de garder mon CDI, les temps sont difficiles et ils faut beaucoup d'argent pour vivre, c'est vrai que ce ne serait pas logique de partir vivre la bas alors qu eles Tunisiens rêvent de l'Europe pour gagner plus. Peut etre que par curiosité je vais essayéde faire un entretien par téléphone.
D'autre part, ce qui s'est passé c'est que j'avais un long week end (5 jours que je n'ai pas demandé mais certes ca ne se refuse pas) donc je voulais faire 3 pierre d'un coup! :)
Et non Monsieur je n'ai et ne suis pas avec un animateur tunisien d'hôtel !

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
