Je me présente, Aurélien 29 ans. Nous avons crées avec deux personnes en France et une petite équipe en Inde un orphelinat en Orissa il y a 3 ans.
Depuis 3 ans les enfants sont logés, nourris, soignés, vont à l'école et l'on s'occupe bien d'eux, ils sont heureux.
Cependant ils vivent dans une petite maison faite de torchis et bambous et les conditions de vie sont très difficiles. Il n'y a pas de fenetres, beaucoup d'humlidité, peu de place... A chaque mousson la maison est presque détruite par les pluies. C'est pourquoi notre projet est maintenant de construire un batiment en dur pour qu'il puissent vivre dans de bonnes conditions.
Nous avons réussis avec peu de moyens à achter un terrain pour construire le nouveau batiment mais reste aujourd'hui à le faire sortir de terre. D'apres les devis et plans d'architecte le budget total s'elevent à environ 30 000 euros pour acceuillir un cinquantaine d'enfants dans de bonnes conditions.
N'ayant jamais fait ce genre d'actions je voudrais savoir comment obtenir des subventions, sponsors ou aides quelconques pour obtenir cette somme d'argent et continuer le projet.
Nous recherchons aussi des personnes motivées pour pour aider en France à faire connaitre l'association et recolter des dons et plus tard en Inde pour participer au developpement de l'orphelinat.
Nous ne sommes qu'une toute petite équipe en France et nous avons besoin d'aide pour continuer le projet.

Je dois me rendre au Chhattisgarh le mois d'Octobre pour assister au Dussehra Festival(21 oct.) a Jagdalpur ou il parait on peut trouver ensemble les plus importants tribus de la region de Bastar. Je dois rester a la region pendant deux semaines a partir du 15 Octobre.
Jagdalpur est seulement a quelques 200 km de Bhawanipatma et j'envisage la possibilité de me rendre a l'orphelinat.
Je connait deja l'Orissa et surtout les district tribals du sudouest.
J'aimerai bien savoir si c'est une bonne id'ee ou ca serait mieux de une autre sorte de collaboration.

D'origine indienne moi aussi je pensais à faire quelque chose de similaire et ton projet à l'air intéressant, la je pars en vacances en inde au mois de juillet avec mon mari, nous alllons à delhi, agra puis le rajasthan et je compte faire une collecte de vêtements et matériel scolaire pour les emmener et les distribuer sur place, ton orphelinat est proche?, , sinon sais tu ou les donner le tout pour qu'il soit profitable, merci et dis moi comment participer à ton projet....

I’m a volunteer leader at a youth center (MJC), and we’ve been deeply moved by everything happening in Madagascar—extreme poverty, endangered animals, deforestation, and so on. Plus, one of our teens has a Malagasy friend, so our group wants to travel there next year.
Throughout this year, they’ve planned fundraisers to collect donations (sheets, dish towels, schoolbooks, hygiene products, etc.) and funds to cover their trip and stay.
They’re really motivated and generous—they already volunteer in schools and senior centers, and they’re always welcomed warmly.
But so far, they haven’t found any organizations in Madagascar willing to host them for two weeks (orphanages, schools, animal protection parks, etc.).
Does anyone know of any contacts, please?

We currently have 2 wheelchairs that we would like to give to our partner, the Benin Handisport Federation. If you're traveling to Benin, alone or with someone, we could give you one of these 2 wheelchairs (or both). Out of the 40 kg of luggage you're allowed, a wheelchair will only take up less than half. Our partner can pick it up at Cotonou Airport...

Hello, we’d like to travel as a family to Madagascar (2 parents, 2 kids aged 10 and 12). A first trip over 15 years ago completely amazed and moved me with its beauty, kindness, and life experiences—but also its poverty and hardship. That’s why I think it’s possible to introduce our kids to this island while also doing something useful through volunteering. The window is short—15 days in March 2020—which means avoiding the north and east of the island due to cyclones and focusing on the south instead. Some ecovolunteering projects exist online, but the cost is sometimes prohibitive, and kids are rarely accepted. Do you have any ideas or contacts? Thanks in advance!
