Hi there, I traveled in June 2025 with Nouvelair Destinations to Hammamet. I had one checked bag and one carry-on sized 40x24x30, which I usually take on low-cost flights, and I didn’t have any issues. But I just read on a website that Nouvel Air only accepts carry-ons of 40x20x15. I’m flying back to Djerba in June—what do you think? Especially since that size is impossible to find??????? Thanks

Hi, I made a flight reservation on Booking, but my reservation hasn't been confirmed and is still pending confirmation by the airline. It's been almost a full day now, and I haven't heard anything—I'm waiting for I don't even know what response... Will my reservation be canceled? In the meantime, I can't book another flight in case I end up paying twice... Has this ever happened to anyone? What should I do?

I’ve been trying unsuccessfully to run a simulation on Nile Air’s website for a flight from SSH Sharm to Cairo, but it keeps crashing every time. I’ve tried several dates. I have flights with Egyptair or Air Cairo, but it seems like Nile Air’s prices are much more interesting. Does anyone know if they have daily flights or not? Thanks, and happy holidays to everyone.

I'm planning a trip to Tunisia for March 2026. I ran some comparisons across different airlines, and Nouvelair is significantly cheaper than Transavia and Tunisair. That said, the reviews I’ve read are really negative. Could anyone share more recent feedback if possible? Thanks

My Montpellier-Fez flight was canceled by Air Arabia and rescheduled with only 1 day on site instead of 4, making the trip pointless. Customer service is unresponsive. Hi there🙂, I’ve applied to renew my Austrian passport but I have to wait 3 weeks. I found some really interesting flights to Fès, but unfortunately I don’t have a passport number because I assume the old one isn’t valid anymore?

Is it possible to book with the old number and provide the new one later? Or any other solution? The airlines are Air Arabia Maroc and Ryanair. Thanks for your help!

Hope you're all doing well—it’s really great to see the site up and running again! Back in 2022, I booked a round-trip flight to Cairo/Paris via eDreams. The outbound was with Saudia: Cairo > Jeddah > Paris. The return was supposed to be in September 2022 with Aegean: Paris > Athens > Cairo. At the end of July, I got an email saying my flight was canceled by the airline. I immediately requested a refund, and they told me it would take 6 months to process. And since then—nothing. I’ve followed up with eDreams multiple times, but they just redirected me to Aegean, whose contact seems impossible to reach.

Do you have any leads or a contact address to follow up with them? Have any of you had similar experiences? Were you eventually refunded?
