Je m'appelle Sébastien j'ai 28 ans et je vis actuellement en Espagne.
Je souhaite m'installer à São Paulo fin décembre 2009 et souhaiterait connaitre la meilleure formule pour m'y installer.
Ma copine est paulista et nous avons donc décider de nous installer là bas. Pour sa part elle part le 1er novembre pour nous trouver un logement (Via Madalena ou panheiros )donc à ce niveau pas de soucis... Niveau boulot, pas de prob non plus car je bosse depuis chez moi. La véritable question est de savoir comment être légalement sur place. Je me suis renseigné sur le fait que j'ai le droit de demander un visa de 90 jours que je pourrai renouveler sur place, ce qui nous laisserai 6 mois pour trouver la meilleure solution (à défaut, mariage mais on souhaite prendre cette option en dernier recours).
Voici mes questions:
1/ Pour y aller j'ai pris un aller simple, ai-je le droit de me présenter sur place avec mon seul billet aller ? (je souhaite par la suite prendre des billets aller/retour depuis le brésil, comme par exemple après 6 mois sur place)
2/ Après 6 mois au Brésil, je rentre en France, combien de temps dois-je attendre avant de repartir au brésil ?
3/ La sortie du pays peut se faire vers un autre pays que la France ? Argentine par exemple ou bien aller en Guyane Française ?
Voilà tout je pense qu'avec ces éléments en tête je pourrai savoir quelle est la meilleure option à prévoir.

tu as droit donc à 90 jours + 90 jours soit 180 jours après tu as un délais de 6 mois ou je crois un an à vérifié pour pouvoir revenir.
1) prendre un seul aller est en fin risqué, tu risque d'être interdit d'embarquement à l'aéroport, car on te demandera ton retour, en l'absence de preuve de ta part de statut de résident, ensuite un aller simple coûte plus cher qu'un A/R avec date de retour "open".
2) aprés 3 mois + 90 jours (peu être selon la durée que tu obtiendra) soit 5 mois et 25 jours environ, tu devra rester au minimum 181 jours en dehors du Brésil avant de pouvoir revenir.
3) Quel est ton but, en souhaitant aller en argentine ou en Guyanne ? une fois échu ta durée de séjour, tu ne pourra plus revenir avant 181 jours....
4) Pour ton visa permanent, il n'y a guère de solution si tu veux rester au Brésil et cela passe par le mariage ....à toi de voir
Je rentre tout juste d'un voyage d'étude au Brésil avec mon lycée. J'ai eu un véritable coup de foudre pour ce pays, et une formation en agroécologie et de ce fait, je pense y partir l'an prochain.

Pour commencer tu as un an pour apprendre le portugais.
Ensuite tu peux faire la demande d'un visa d' étudiant.
Tu peux également contacter des entrreprises dans ton secteur de formation.
En cumulant le maximun d' atout pour toi, tu vas pouvoir t' approcher de ton but.
Tu penses venir dans quel ville du Brésil?
En fait, je suis déjà prise dans ma formation d'agroécologie. L'institut est à Rio Pomba dans le Minas Gerais.
Je travaille beaucoup l'écrit du portugais car j'envoie beaucoup de mails aux gens que j'ai rencontré au Brésil mais je n'ai pas trop le temps de prendre des cours pour travailler la prononciation et la compréhension orale...il va falloir que je trouve une solution.
Sinon, je vois que toi tu es de Rio de Janeiro, j'y ai passé quelque jours, ralala Ipanema avec une coco à la main...:p

C' est juste! mais tu fais comment pour avoir le RNE? en ouvrant une société et tu fais comment pour ouvrir une société sans RNE?

08 - No caso da atividade da empresa for comércio de Produtos Alimentícios será solicitado alvará da Vigilância Sanitária, e dependendo do ramo de atividade da empresa será exigida abertura em outros Orgãos Públicos.
1. Escolha da Razão Social e Nome Fantasia
No caso da escolha de um nome, é aconselhável ir à Junta Comercial de sua cidade, para checar se não existe outra empresa com nome igual ou semelhante ao que você escolheu, no mesmo ramo de negócios, evitando-se, assim, aborrecimentos futuros. Não copie nomes, marcas, já existentes, pois existem legislações específicas sobre o assunto.
2. Prepare a Documentação
A documentação vai depender do tipo de empresa que você escolher (sociedade ou firma individual) e das exigências dos órgãos de seu Estado ou Município.Antes de partir para as etapas seguintes, providencie a documentação inicial de acordo com o Seguinte:
- Declaração de Empresa Individual (No caso de empresa Individual adquira o formulário em papelarias e preencha os dados solicitados.)
- Contrato Social (No caso de Sociedade por Cotas de Responsabilidade Limitada.)
O CONTRATO SOCIAL deve conter os seguintes itens básicos:Objeto social da empresa (finalidade), capital e valor das cotas de responsabilidade de cada sócio, quem vai assinar pela empresa, retiradas e pró-labores dos sócios, imprevistos na dissolução da sociedade, sede da empresa e documentos dos sócios. Assinar e rubricar todas as folhas (três vias), com testemunhas. No contrato social deverá constar a assinatura de um advogado inscrito na OAB e duas testemunhas, não podendo ter qualquer grau de parentesco com os sócios.
Documentos:
01 cópia autenticada do CPF, da Carteira de Identidade, do comprovante de residência, contrato de locação ou escritura de propriedade, 01 cópia do IPTU da sede da Empresa.
3. Defina o Local da Empresa
Para se obter a licença prévia de Funcionamento e Vigilância Sanitária, consulte a Prefeitura que deverá verificar se a empresa poderá abrir no local desejado, de acordo com a lei de zoneamento urbano. Consulte também o órgão ambiental de sua cidade, sobre a aprovação do local, em termos ambientais. O objetivo é avaliar se o ramo de atividade, o endereço e a situação do imóvel são compatíveis.
Importante: não alugue ou adquira o imóvel antes de verificar a viabilidade do funcionamento.
4. Registre sua Empresa
É importante realizar o registro de sua empresa, para ampliação de novos negócios e de mercado.
Prepare-se com a documentação necessária, pois você se tornará realmente um empresário, a partir das exigências legais, que a princípio, podem se configurar numa grande burocracia, para quem não está preparado e não conhece as legislações ligadas ao ramo de negócios empresariais. Portanto, sugerimos que você consulte antes toda a legislação referente ao seu negócio.
A exigência de documentos varia muito, de acordo com os seguintes aspectos: ramo de atividades, tipo de empresa (sociedade comercial ou firma individual), da região geografica, do estado, e, as vezes, até de município para município no Brasil.
Os procedimentos básicos estão relacionados nas etapas a seguir:
5 - Etapas para o Registro de Sociedade
Etapa 1 - Junta Comercial
Providencie o Registro de sociedade comercial e o enquadramento como Micro-empresa, a Junta Comercial Ihe fornecerá as informações sobre os documentos e procedimentos necessários. Existem em alguns Estados centrais onde todos os órgãos responsáveis por abertura de empresas estão reunidos no mesmo local.
Etapa 2 – Secretaria da Receita Federal / Secretaria Estadual da Fazenda
Nesta etapa você deverá procurar a SECRETARIA DA RECEITA FEDERAL para providenciar a inscrição federal no Cadastro Nacional de Pessoa Jurídica - CNPJ e posteriormente, procurar a SECRETARIA ESTADUAL DE FAZENDA para sua inscrição estadual, esta inscrição deve ser feita após o arquivamento do contrato social na Junta Comercial.
Para maiores informações procure os órgãos responsáveis sobre o respectivo cadastramento.
Etapa 3 – Prefeitura
Procure a Prefeitura Municipal para retirar o Alvará de funcionamento.Leve a documentação anterior. Para realizar esta etapa é preciso ter o Registro da Junta Comercial, o CNPJ e a aprovação prévia do local.
OBS: Verifique junto a Prefeitura, o valor da Taxa de Recolhimento Anual TLIF (taxa de localização, instalação e funcionamento).
6 - Etapas para Registro de Firma Individual
Etapa 1 – Cartório de Registro Civil de Pessoa Jurídica
Providencie o Registro de firma individual no órgão acima, que lhe fornecerá as informações sobre os documentos e procedimentos necessários. No Distrito Federal, o Registro de Firma Individual é realizado também na Junta Comercial de Brasília, como na de Sociedade.
Etapa 2 – Secretaria da Receita Federal / Secretaria Estadual da Fazenda
Nesta etapa você deverá procurar a SECRETARIA DA RECEITA FEDERAL para providenciar a inscrição federal no Cadastro Nacional de Pessoa Jurídica - CNPJ e posteriormente, procurar a SECRETARIA ESTADUAL DE FAZENDA para sua inscrição estadual, esta inscrição deve ser feita após o arquivamento do contrato social na Junta Comercial.

Starting this spring, we want to settle near Aix-en-Provence. We're tired of living in the mountains with all the snow—we really need some sunshine and a fresh start. Is it hard to find a house to rent there? What about prices? If you have any great tips or useful info about the area, we’d love to hear it. I work in education and want to do prevention work in Marseille or Aix—are there jobs in the social sector?
Anyway, we need tons of info, but we’re sure we’re going to take the leap—no hesitation, adventure is adventure!!!
