J'ai 2 pays en tête :
1/ le Brésil
2/ Le Mexique
Avec une préférence pour le brésil...
Si je suis en visa touriste, puis-je aisément trouver un petit boulot, type serveuse dans un restaurant français dans ces pays selon vous ? Y a t-il des gens qui sont passés par là ici ?
Si oui, A quoi doit-on s'attendre comme paye ? Les TIPS sont-ils dans les moeurs locales ?

Il ne faut pas partir dans ces pays dans l'idée que tu vas trouver un job pour financer ton séjour, va-y si tu en as les moyens et si tu arrives à te dégotter un petit job (AU BLACK !) alors ça sera du bonus.
Pour le Brésil, je ne peux pas te répondre je ne connais pas.
Pour le Mexique, tu as peut-être une chance de te faire engager au black (je l'ai fais il y a 12 ans, j'ai bossé 6 semaines dans un bar lounge de Playa del Carmen), la paye était minable mais les pourboires corrects (env. USD 50.- / jour). Par contre, il faut parler la langue du pays. Sans parler espagnol, oublie de te dégoter un job au Mexique dans ce secteur. Tu peux éventuellement t'en sortir qu'avec l'anglais dans la région de Cancun.

Je ne veux pas jouer à la rabat-joie ;) mais je tiens à te dire que ce que tu envisages est ILLEGAL et donc si attrapée, tu pourrais finir l'année en beauté en ... taule.
A l'arrivée dans n'importe quel pays (autre qu'UE pour les citoyens de l'UE), on va te demander le but de ton séjour et surtout de prouver tes moyens d'existence pour justement ne pas bosser et/ou finir dans la délinquance et/ou l'aide sociale. Les gens de l'immigration sont bien formés et donc savent dénicher très rapidement les faux touristes.
Je pense que tu ne connais pas non plus la situation actuelle du Brésil. Tu crois vraiment qu'un gouvernement (officiellement) d'extrême-droite te laisserait bosser au noir, sans sourciller. J'imagine aussi que l'employeur éventuel risque gros d'embaucher des illégaux quand il y a de nombreux Brésiliens qui pourraient faire le job et qui, eux, parlent portugais....
Tu fais ce que tu veux mais ne viens pas pleurer au consulat français si tu pars là-bas et vis dans l'illégalité. Dans un tel cas, le consulat français ne lèvera pas le petit doigt pour toi et ils auront raison.
Ceci est idem pour le Mexique (et autre).
Dis-toi aussi qu'à cause de gens comme toi, les vrais touristes se voient imposer à de plus en plus de formalités et de contrôles.
En outre, les gens qui vont t'encourager sur ce lien, sont très probablement contre les étrangers clandestins en France et donc, pourquoi des Français (pas obligés tout de même d'aller ailleurs pour leur survie !) iraient violer les lois de l'étranger ?
La clandestinité, la violation des lois n'ont rien à voir avec le ... voyage.
