J'ai entendu beaucoup de chose négatives sur la ville de Sao Paulo. Je vais peut être obtenir un travail dans cette ville a partir d'aout 2008. C'est pouqruoi je m'adresse à tous ceux qui y vivent pour obtenir quelques renseignements ce qui me donerait un petit orde d'idee.
La vie à sao paulo se resume t'elle vraiment au stress, dangerosité, béton ..... ??? Y a t'il des gens qui adorent SP et pourquoi ????
Y a t'il des endroits de la ville où il est possible de "s'échapper" un peu, à combien se trouve le littoral pauliste ( c'est comment ?).
Je pense être payé dans les 2000 euros mensuel (ce qui doit faire un peu plus de 5000 reals) . Je vis seul. On m'a dit que la vie au Bresil etait de plus en plus chere. J'y suis allé il y a environ 5 ans a priori cela a bien changé .
Ce budget est-il suffisant pour vivre correctement et pouvoir voyager " genre routard bien sur" dans le pays. Combien couterait la location d'un appartement de 40 a 50 métres carres dans un quartier agreable qui bouge un peu (et pour acheter ??)
Salut Steph🙂!J ai vu que tu depanner en infos😉, pour ma part je ne peux pas te renseigner.Moi aussi j y suis aller en 2004 et on m avait dit qu avec 1500 euros tu vivais tres bien.Mais bon un pote qui y va souvent m a dit que les prix avaient grimpes.
Sao paulo est une ville comme une autre, ni plus ni moins...
ensuite pour certain 5000 reals seraient juste pour d'autre beaucoup, mais vu que tu es seul c'est un bon budget pour bien vivre, attention tu sera taxé à hauteur de 15% mensuellement au titre de l'impôt, et on te retiendra à la source mensuellement si tu choisi cette option, donc verifie si c'est 5000 reals net ou 5000 brut cela faisant une différence.
Un appartement meublé se loue en moyenne dans les 1100 reals sur SP pour un 70 m2, tout dépendant du quartier et de la taille de l'appartement . Ensuite question nourriture et sortie cela dépend de toi, au niveau des dépenses 🤪
un café coûte 1 real, un ciné 8, 00 reals, une entrée en boite de nuit entre 25, 00 et 50, 00 reals ( avec 2 boissons), un resto entre 15 et 25, 00 reals pour 2, un ticket de bus/métro 1, 70 real, 2 litres de coca 2, 20 reals, 1 nuit d'hôtel à l'Ibis chambre double 87, 00 reals etc.....

pour avoir une idée de la valeur de l'argent au Brésil, il faudrait faire un paralléle avec des euros en France
si tu paye un café 1, 20 reals au Brésil, en France ce café vaudrait 1.40 euros dans un bar....et ainsi de suite
une bouteille de 2 l de Coca 2, 20 reals au Brésil et en France 2 euros etc...
une place de ciné 10 reals au Brésil, 8 euros en France
bien entendu, la valeur du real est 2, 6 fois moins forte que l' euro 🙂 1 euro = 2.60 real
en pensant de cette manière, on fait plus attention à ses dépenses car beaucoup de touristes imaginent que, comme le real vaut 2, 60 moins chére que l'euro et bien qu'ils peuvent dépenser sans compter et surtout sans négocier de remise sur des achats comptant et au final il s'aperçoivent en fin de mois qu'ils ont vraiment flambé !!!!
donc 5000 reals de salaire au Brésil, équivaudrait à un salaire de 5000 euros en France 🙂

Enfin peut-on vivre, faire du bateau sur les lacs (d'une certaine taille) au sud-est de la ville ?

Il ne faut pas avoir PEUUURRRR d'aller travailler a Sao Paulo... La journee, c'est une enorme foumiliere qui vit et qui bouge... Faut pas croire, a paris, londres, new york, si tu vas la ou il ne faut pas, on te prend ton portefeuille, on te coupe la gorge tout pareil qu'q sao paulo sauf que la, on te parle en portugais...
Moi je kiffe c'te ville... Faut bien choisir son quartier... Hygyenopolis, paecembu et d'autres pres de ceux ci sont un peu bourgeois mais plus securiser... Pinheiros et Vila Madalena sont pas trop trop dangereux non plus mais ce sont deux quartier ou on fait la bringue donc le soir faut faire gaffe mais en taxi, pas de souci...
Vivre avec 5000 R$ au bresil... je ne te plaindrai pas... (pour info le salaire minimum au bresil c'est 320-350 R$) Je pense que tu devrais rechercher uma republica (coloc) et j'ai un pote qui pour 600R$ ne vis pas dans l'opulence mais vit dans un T3 sympa...
Apres, il faut connaitre des locaux, des gens aui savent ou aller et aussi ne pas aller... J'ai deja une dizaine d'amis sur Sao Paulo et je compte bien y revenir voire y rester...

J'ai vraiment été choqué par le système mis en place par les magasins pour alienner les bresiliens à la consommation... Tout se paye par crédit.. Ici les prix ne sont pas affiché sur la valeur du produit mais sur le crédit que tu paieras en 10 fois !
Avec ma copine on est entrain de meubler notre appart et je vous avoue qu'en ce moment je suis assis sur une chaise qui m'a couté R$ 1100 environ 400 € Bon ok la chaise est bien mais je l'aurai eu pour 2 fois moins en France ou Espagne.
Le prix des voitures d'occasion est exorbitant ! Pour avoir quelque chose de correct il faut aller sans hesiter à 10 000 € (mais bon no prob puisque je peux vendre mon ame et faire un credit en 10, 20 ou 50 fois ! ) Bref mon petit reve de me faire des trips en 4x4 ds la Region s'ecroule...
Je vais vivre ici avec 2500 € environ R$ 6400 et j'espère que cela me permettra de m'amuser.
Je reviens de Rio ou j'ai passé le jour de l'an au bout de 2 nuits on est partit de l'hotel et rentré sur SP car ils nettoyaient pas la chambre de 5m2 qu'on a loué 100€ la nuit (pas d'anarque c'est ma copine bresilienne qui a réservé). J'y suis allé en voiture depuis Sao paulo en 9h pour 500km... Ok ok à Rio le jour de l'an tout devient cher je comprend mais de là à ce que ce soit plus cher qu'à Miami faut pas déconner...
Ça fait seulement 1 semaine que je suis là et j'imagine que la ville me test avant de me donner le meilleur, mais c'est qd meme difficile... Alors oui je suis déçu sur la première facette mais attend malgré tout la seconde phase. Venant de 3ans sur Barcelone, la comparaison n'est pas faisable !

En tous cas, j'ai trouvé le message 'original', parce qu en général, on chante plutot les louanges de l'endroit ou on s'expatrie... et toi tu n'hésites pas à crier les défauts de la gigantesque SP... Puisque j'y habite depuis quasi un an, je ne peux pas nier tes propos... mais bon, SP est énorme, et on trouve qq endroits accessibles et sympas pour s'assoir ;-)

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
