je vais interroger un ami francais qui vit a Santos (banlieue de SP).
c'est simple en fonction de la composition de ta famille, il faudra prévoir entre 1200 et 1800 euros par mois !!!
- si tu as des enfants et que tu souhaite les scolariser au lycée Pasteur par exemple, cela sera 500€ / mois et par enfant jusqu'a la 3eme😠 autrement école publique brésilienne gratuite ou systéme privé (en moyenne 80€/mois/enfant)
- si tu souhaite être couvert médicalement compte environ 250€ / mois pour 4 personnes, ou individuellement dans les 140 €
- si tu loue un appartement de 80 m2, prévoit un budget compris entre 500 et 900 € / mois
etc..... donc on arrive vite à 1500€/3300 R$.....se faire embaucher en contrat local se résume à n'avoir pas de cotisations retraite en France, pas de prise en charge médicale, travailler 45H/semaine, 20 jours de congés par an, avoir un 13eme mois, le paiement des repas du midi ou du soir, le paiement de l'équivalent d'un ticket de bus A/R par jour de travail, de bénéficier au bout d'un an, si l'on se fait licencier, d'un mois de préavis et de 6 mois de chômage à plein régime, en dessous d'un an, droit à rien.....
Ensuite, si tu as un revenu de 4500 R$ mensuel (2000€), tu devra donner 27% de celui-ci au titre de l''impôts sur les salaires, payable mensuellement soit 1215 R$ (550€) ou annuellement (7179€), la composition de la famille ne rentrant en ligne de compte pour le calcul de l'imposition.
En résumé, ne part pas à SP pour moins de 2000€ par mois !!! et aussi avec comme prime, le paiement de tes billets d'avions A/R à la charge de ta boite pour 1 retour par an en France pour les vacances en famille.
Rebonjour, Sao Paulo n'est malheureusement pas une ville très agréable, embouteillages épouvantables, aucun plan d'urbanisme, immeubles plutot laids, tentaculaire. Perso je n'ai pas aimé, mais j'étais touriste, mon ami vit a Santos, c'est un peu plus sympa car il y a la mer et la plage est très longue et la promenade comme a Rio, et du coté présence francaise oui il y a des ressortissants a SP, c'est quand meme la capitale économique du Brésil, beaucoup d'industries.

8000 R$ il n'y vas pas fort ton ami célibataire 😮......5000 R$ est largement suffisant surtout qu'à partir de 4500 R$, ton revenu est soumis à une taxation de 27% au titre de l'impôt sur les salaires.
8000R$ donnerait un pouvoir d'achat de 9000 € en France, faut pas exagéré non plus !!!
il n'y a pas de correspondance précise comme en France, par définition un cadre est une personne qui posséde une responsabilité dans une entreprise, donc au Brésil tu sera cadre si tu es responsable de quelque chose 😉 ou de personnes...la différence sera effective sur ton salaire avec un employé de base
malheureusement la vie à SP est très chère pour avoir un minimum de qualité de vie.

Ces chiffres sont malheureusement en dessous de la réalité. Tu es célibataire, ça ne te concerne peut être pas, mais pour ma fille en CP au Lycée pasteur je paye environ 1700 R$ (école + cafet + transport + un peu de danse) soit au cours actuel 770 Euros par mois. Les prix augmentent après le primaire.
J'ai une couverture privée française et je ne connais pas trop les prix ici, mais 140€/mois par personne est ce dont j'ai entendu parlé. Cela ne couvre cependant pas le dentaire et certainement pas l'oculaire (à vérifier). De plus, tu n'as pas le choix total des médecins/hôpitaux ... système privé à l'américaine donc. Ou à la brésilienne dans ce cas !
Je suis à la recherche d'un appart (faut bien arrêter de faire le Tanguy un jour) dans un quartier tranquille. Il faut compter 2000 R$ de loc pour un 70/80 m2 + environs 500 de condominium + l'IPTU à environs 100 par mois. Donc un 2500/3000 R$ pour habiter en zone ouest genre Madalena, Perdizes, Pompeia ... ou plus centrale genre Paulista, Jardins. Donc un minimum de 1150€ de logement. Après ... tu peux aller ailleurs où c'est moins cher ! Perso, je n'ai pas envie.
Donc : prix de l'immobilier complétement débile par rapport à la qualité de vie et à la qualité des constructions ... une petite bulle immo en cours ou un sérieux échauffement de l'économie ne m'étonnerait pas. Pénurie de logements de taille moyenne, ça c'est sur.
Tu rajoutes là-dessus le prix des voitures neuves ou d'occasions 20 à 30% supérieur à la France (d'ailleurs j'aimerais savoir pourquoi les voitures neuves des constructeurs français sont beaucoup plus chères ici qu'en France avec généralement moins d'options proposées ... est-ce le crédit plus facile ? les taxes du gouvernement ? les constructeurs qui se goinfrent ??? des clients moins regardants ?) et l'essence à 1 euros et qq le litre ... Les restaurants affichent des prix relativement équivalent aux prix français. Métro a 2,65R$ soit 1,20€ ...
Donc ... non, São Paulo est très loin d'être bon marché ! Les prix ont beaucoup augmenté ces dernières années (et pas simplement du fait de la baisse de l'euro ces derniers mois).
Détail, les profs détachés du Lycée Français se sont mis en grève (avec ceux des écoles de Brasilia, Rio) pour se plaindre de leurs salaires -je ne rentre pas dans le détail-. Ils gagnent plus ou moins 5000/6000 R$ ...
Tu peux vivre avec 4000 R$ net sans problème ... le salaire moyen est environ 9 fois inférieur ! Question est : ... veux tu venir au Brésil pour gagner moins (peut être) en travaillant beaucoup plus (certainement) et avec une moins bonne qualité de vie qu'en France ?
Itaim Bibi est un quartier cool qui souffre cependant de ne pas avoir de métro et beaucoup d'embouteillages. Bien sur, il y a les bus ... à éviter durant les heures de pointe !
Personnellement, je trouve vraiment juste 4000R$ si tu veux bien. En fait tout dépend de ton age et de ton avancé dans la vie ! Si tu as 25 ans, trouve une colocation à 500/600 R$, voyage en bus et métro ... les 4000 R$ suffiront largement.
Si tu es un peu plus âgé, veux ton petit confort avec un appart de 50 m2 dans le quartier de ton travail ... pouvoir voyager les week-ends un minimum et sortir ... 4000R$, ça devient limite, mais c'est faisable.
Je pense juste qu'avec l'équivalent en Euro, tu aurais une bien meilleure qualité de vie en France.
Ma copine gagne plus ou moins 4500R$, doit payer deux trois trucs avec (retraite, secu). Il doit lui rester 4000 net. Elle habite chez ses parents (pas de loyer, pas de charges à part internet, portable ...), possède une petite voiture, n'est pas une grosse dépensière ... et boucle ses fins sans pouvoir spécialement économiser.

Peut être une réponse à l'une de tes questions: les produits que vends mon entreprise sont dorénavant fabriqués en Chine... exception faite des produits pour le Brésil pour lesquels une usine existe à Manaus. Pas d'usine, pas de vente... j'avais emmené avec moi de France quelques équipements, notre filiale Brésilienne m'a demandé de les garder! car s'il les achète eux même les droits de douane sont très trés importants. En clair le Brésil est très protectionniste...
Effectivement, le prix de l’immobilier est débile (il me semble que Paris n'est pas mal non plus…). Je ne peux m’empêcher de penser que quelques riches propriétaires, les types qui passent en hélicoptère au dessus de nos têtes chaque jour, le maintienne très élevé et je ne voie pas comment cela changerait. Les inégalités sont beaucoup trop importantes, capitalisme…
