If you’re not visiting museums, you can explore it pretty quickly. It’s also very touristy, so there are fewer chances to go "off the beaten path."

Honestly, it might feel a bit rushed. But that’s just my personal opinion.
Maybe prioritize Brussels. I’d forgotten that in January, Bruges’ canals might be frozen.
