Je prévois un voyage en europe pour l'an prochain (itinéraire approximatif: France, Espagne, Portugal, Corse, Italie, Croatie, Bosnie et Grèce). Comme je part avec un budget assez serré (meme si j'ai l'intention de me trouver des emplois sur place), je compte dormir la plupart du temps en camping sauvage. Je sais que ces pratiques sont interdite dans la plupart (sinon tout) les pays énuméré plus haut mais j'aimerais quand meme avoir quelques conseils par ceux et celles qui ont déja fait ce genre de voyage. Je désirerais aussi avoir de l'information sur les emplois saisonniers en europe (particulierement en agriculture) ainsi que les mois approximatif où se pratique ces activités.

Pour les autres pays que tu mentionnes, je ne sais pas si tu peux trouver des emplois dans l'agriculture. A mon avis, tu trouverais plus facilement dans le tourisme (resto, bars..) mais si tu ne parles pas la langue du pays..ça va etre dur.
Je parle bien anglais et j'ai une bonne base en espagnol et j'aurais le temps de me perfectionner avant mon départ. C'est possible de trouver des emplois dans les hotels, restos, etc (comme tu me proposes) sans adresse stable et ce, meme si je ne part pas durant la saison touristique (de semptembre a juin environ)? Je m'interesse au secteur de l'agriculture parce que, lorsqu'on arrive en saison, c'est facile de se trouver un emploi. Je sais, en plus des vendanges en France et de la cueillette des oranges en Espagne, que l'Italie produit beaucoup de poires, de nectarines et de peches, que la corse produit des kiwis et des clémentines et que la Grece produit des tomates, des kiwis et des peches. Par contre, je ne sais pas à quels moments de l'année se font les cueillettes et s'ils ont besoins de main-d'oeuvre.
C'est vrai que si tu pars hors saison d'été, tu trouveras moins facilement. Je sais qu'en france, en espagne et en grèce, tu pourrais trouver des petits boulots dans les bars et restos mais seulement l'été, en bord de mer. De plus, ce sont des boulots le + souvent non déclarés et donc illégaux.
En ce qui concerne l'agriculture, je sais que tu peux travailler aux vendanges (septembre) de façon légale et souvent nourri et logé. Je pense que tu peux meme te renseigner depuis le canada, sur le site de l'ANPE.
Pour le reste, moi j'habite en france et je n'ai par exemple jamais entendu parler de personnes ayant besoin de main d'oeuvre en corse.(par contre, j'ai des amis qui ont cueilli des fraises au danemark, mais ce n'est pas ton itinéraire)
Merci du conseil mais effectivement, le danemark n'est pas sur mon itinéraire et en plus, je me doute que la saison des fraises est durant l'été (il fait plutôt froid dans se coin là!). Pour la Corse, j'avais lu sur un autre forum de discution quelqu'un qui avait fait plusieurs cueillette sur l'ile mais je ne sais malheureusement pas à quel saison. Donc si un jour tu tombes par hasard sur de l'information à se sujet ou sur les autres régions que j'ai mentionné et bien fait moi les savoir! Pour ce qui est des vendanges, y a-t-il une région de la France où j'ai plus de chance d'être engagé? Aussi, combien d'argent (aproximativement) je peux me faire durant cette période?

Pour la corse, c'est 1 petite ile donc je me dis que pour les cueillettes ils font peut-etre plutot appelle à des jeunes du coin. Evidemment, s'il leur manque du monde et que tu te trouves dans le coin...
Pour les vendanges, tu as plus de chance bien sur dans le bordelais ou en bourgogne. Tu es à peu près sur de trouver 1 emploi car il faut savoir que beaucoup de jeunes français ne veulent plus le faire car le travail est vraiment pénible! Tu peux à mon avis te faire embaucher depuis le québec (ils manquent vraiment de main d'oeuvre...). Ca te permet d'arriver en france à la date prévue en étant sur d'avoir 1 premier boulot et de te renseigner ensuite pour le reste de ton voyage.
A titre indicatif, j'ai des amis qui ont fait les vendanges 10 jours (mais on peut travailler + longtemps, si on tient le coup...) pour presque 500 euros, nourris et logés.

Pour ce qui est du coût de la vie, je sais que tout est très cher, surtout depuis l'arrivé de l'euro (surtout pour un canadien...). C'est donc pour sa que je prévois réduire mes dépenses au minimum en faisant entre autre du camping sauvage. Au fait, est-ce habituellement bien reçu de demander à un agriculteur de "preter" son champs pour y planter sa tente? Merci!
C'est un beau voyage que tu vas entreprendre. Pour ce qui est du camping sauvage, je sais qu'en France il est interdit. Neanmoins, le bivouac est autorisé: c'est à dire planter sa tente le soir et repartir dès les premières lueurs de l'aube (idéal en randonnée). Par ailleurs le feu (en dehors du réchaud à gaz) est strictement interdit surtout si tu as dans l'idée de visiter le Sud de la France et de surcroit pendant la périiode d'été. Pour les autres pays je ne connais pas la legislation. Attention tout de même dans les pays de l'est: la police est moins conciliante que dans l'ouest... Bon voyage.

Pour le camping, ce que tu proposes (planter ta tente dans 1 champ) porte 1 nom: le camping à la ferme! C'est à dire que des agriculteurs mettent 1 champ à la dispositon des campeurs et ils peuvent parfois se doucher dans leur maison (ça existe dans ma région). Ce n'est pas gratuit mais ce n'est pas cher;ça dépent aussi de la région, + ou - touristique. Peut-etre que les agriculteurs qui ne proposent pas cela te laisseront planter ta tente gratuit, si tu ne restes qu'1 nuit...
Mais si tu ne comptes pas voyager l'été, tu risques d'avoir trop froid (l'hiver cette formule n'est pas envisageable) J'étais à madrid il y a qqes semaines et la température était autour de zéro la nuit (en décembre)
De plus, dans des pays comme la croatie ou la serbie, fais attention ils sont parfois moins "surs" que le reste. Surtout la police qui n'est pas toujours "clean"
En france, tu peux vendanger aussi en picardie (pour le champagne), en champagne-ardenne et on m'a dit qu'il y avait aussi des cueillettes en charente maritime (melon et mais)
Je ne savais pas que ce genre d'alternative était chose courante (camping à la ferme). Pour ce qui est de la température, je t'avoue que sa brise un peu mes plans, je ne croyais pas que les températures pouvaient descendre à ce point (y'a pas juste au Québec que sa descent sous zéro après tout 😛). Crois-tu que les centres de ski et hotels des Pyrénées engage à cette période de l'année? J'imagine que le tourisme doit s'accroitre un peu dans cette région, non? Et pour la cueillette de charente maritime, c'est en quel saison?

Il y a effectivement du travail l'hiver dans les pyrénées (comme dans les alpes) mais ce sont en général les memes personnes qui reviennent tous les ans. Meme s'il y a des emplois de libre, il faut mieux etre engagé avant la saison car si tu arrives en plein hiver les places seront déja prises. De plus, se loger à la montagne coute TRES cher...
Au fait, si tu occupes des emplois légaux (déclarés) tu n'as pas besoin d'1 visa spécial ou d'1 permis de travail?
Pourquoi ne voyages-tu pas pendant l'été? Tu trouverais + de travail et tu pourrais faire du camping sauvage ou non. Car l'hiver, il va falloir que tu te loges et ça risque de devenir 1 part importante de ton budget.Pour les cueillettes de charente, je pense que c'est à la fin de l'été, ou début automne.
Je sais que se serait plus avantageux pour moi de voyager cet été mais malheureusement, je suis aux études et l'argent de rentre pas aussi vite que je voudrais 😐 et je serai obligé de partir à la fin de l'été. Je vais donc faire comme j'avais prévu, en essayant d'être le plus au sud possible durant l"hiver!

Je te conseillerais encore d'avoir quelques pistes sérieuses de travail avant d'arriver en europe, sinon tu risques fort de galérer, de perdre beaucoup de temps et de ne presque rien trouver, surtout en hiver. Il serait faux de croire qu'il y a beaucoup de travail en europe.
De plus, tu devrais aussi te faire 1 budget (hébergement, nourriture, transport...) pour éviter les désillusions une fois sur place.
dans la region bordelaise les vendanges commencent fin août et durent à peine un mois ; les employeurs ne proposent quasiment plus d'hebergement mais à cette periode il est très agreable de camper ! se renseigner à l'ANPE de Pauillac
dans les Landes ( sud de Bordeaux ) il y a la recolte des asperges qui s'etend de mi-mars à fin mai, camping possible, s'adresser à ANPE de Dax au : 05-58-90-90-90 ou l’agence de Mont de Marsan au : 05-58-85-43-40
J'avoue que je partais sans trop de préparation, dans l'espoir de trouver du travail sur une ferme assez facilement... La possibilité de l'Europe n'est pas exclu mais je pense de plus en plus à l'Australie et à la Nouvelle-Zélande où il est beaucoup plus facile de se trouver un emploi dans le secteur agricole et ce, à l'année longue. Léger changement de cap! 😉
Connais-tu le WWOOF? c'est 1 association qui te permet de travailler dans des fermes écologiques quelques heures par jour et en échange l'agriculteur t'offre l'hébergement et les repas. Cela existe en europe et en particulier en Italie (mais ailleurs aussi). Il faut simplement rester au moins 2 jours dans chaque ferme, je crois.
