De nouveaux arrivants au Canada sont victimes de convoitise de la part de conseillers en immigration qui profitent de leur manque de connaissances des lois et coutumes canadiennes pour leur soutirer de l’argent.
Ces consultants sans scrupule leur laissent croire par exemple qu’en échange d’un considérable montant d’argent, ils pourront facilement obtenir le statut de résidant permanent, statut qu’ils n’obtiennent pas.
Les recours pour ces individus floués sont presqu’inexistants.
Les abus trop nombreux ont amené le gouvernement fédéral à réfléchir à la création d’un ordre professionnel des consultants en immigration.--
D'ailleurs je suis allée voir le nom de l'avocat qu'une personne t'a donné.Ce monsieur semble etre spécialisé dans le droit du travail. Le gouvernement ne s'occupe pas des avocats en immigration, ce n'est pas un proces.

Pour te dire j'ai contacté certains de ces "avocats" en leur demandant leur avis la meilleure opportunité concernant la personne que je désire aider et certains m'ont directement proposé un rdv payant et même par téléphone! ($500!) un autre ma assez bien conseillé mais m'a bien sur dit que pour 3000$ il ferait toutes la procédure mais 1000$ à la signature et le reste que si les deux autres étapes ont lieu...je comprends quand même que certain ce fasse avoir compte tenu de la difficulté pour bien faire les choses...
3000$ pour une demande d'immigration?C'est avocats mettent des annonces dans des journaux sérieux en France et ca m'étonne toujours.Mais la France pour eux c'est une manne:si un avocat attrape juste 10 Francais pour immigrer ici ca fait 30 000$.Il y a des avocats spécialisés en droit d'immigration, mais pas besoin de ca.Les conseillers eux c'est pas une profession réglementé, n'importe qui ppeut s'improviser conseiller.

Tout d'abord, tu dois t, adresser à l'ambassade ou au consulat du Canada en France (si tu es Française évidemment). Tu peux trouver les coordonnées sur Internet facilement.
La personne qui te répondra t, enverra de la documentation et un formulaire à remplir mais avant cela, tu dois savoir si tu veux immigrer au Canada ou tu veux que faire tes études.
Il y a certains critères à respecter, en autres: avoir de l'argent dans son compte en banque, avoir un diplome d, études, etc.

Laissez-moi vous rappelez que chaque cas est personnel et ne mélangez pas tout. 47 000 français ( si mes souvenirs sont bons )ont obtenu un visa de résident permanent en 2005 ! Renseignez-vous un peu avant de raconter n'importe quoi.
Les conditions pour les marocains dont les dossiers sont traités au Maroc ne sont pas les mêmes que dans notre pays.
Néanmoins, les règles de base sont inchangées, ne vous y méprenez pas, l'immigration durcit la donne pour les demandeurs de visa RP après 40 ans...
Ajoutez à cela le fait que vous ne parlez peut-être pas suffisamment bien anglais, que vous n'avez peut-être pas assez de ressources financières, etc....
Tout ces motifs qui sont des cas de refus pour Immigration Canada.

Désolée de te contredire mais OUI, un avocat peut aider nos amis africains ( évidemment pas pour nous frenchies que nous sommes ! ) dans leurs démarches. Je le recommande notamment en cas de parrainage, et ce en raison de la complexité des dossiers.
Il n'est ici pas question de plaidoirie ni de piège, juste du montage d'un dossier, extrêmement PENIBLE à constituer.

FAUX. Une personne qui veut émigrer au Québec doit d'abord passer par la Délégation Générale du Québec pour obtenir son CSQ ( certificat de sélection )
Ensuite, avec le CSQ, direction l'Ambassade du Canada à Paris pour remplir un autre dossier, celui du fédéral.
C'est l'ambassade du Canada qui délivre le visa final, celui de résident permanent.

Beaucoup de requérants, notamment en procédure de parrainage, font appel à des conseillers en immigration et avocats, c'est pas nouveau...et il n'y a pas que des escrocs dans les cabinets d'avocats, dieu merci !
C'est exactement la même chose pour faire des démarches de visa RP en Australie, il est aussi recommandé de passer par des conseillers en immigration vu la complexité du dossier....et notamment quand il manque des points....( je ne m'étale pas, c'est pas le sujet )

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
