Salut pour le logement soit tu peux aller au Hi Hostel de Calgary ( ou Banff ) soit tu peux trouver une chambre à louer ( room to share )
Cela tourne dans les 500-600 dollars.

J'ai lu un peu sur le site et j'ai pu y lire quelques expériences de quelques-uns qui sont déjà allées dans l'Ouest Canadien et il paraît qu'il est simple de trouver un emploi rendu là-bas. Même qu'il est facile d'y être logé et nourris. Bref, je n'y suis jamais allée, mais j'aimerais vraiment vivre l'expérience et partir quelques mois ...

Et oui, sauf qu'il faut vivre au Québec pour savoir que si l'on va dans l'ouest Canadien, on devient des étrangers !!! juste pour la langue qui n'est pas la même. Pour moi, aller vivre dans l'ouest, c'est aller a l'étranger. Etes vous au courant qu'il ya plus de 3800 km qui sépare le Québec de Vancouver, le mode de vie n'est pas le même, ni la mentalité. Par contre, je sais qu'ils sont très accueillants. C'est vraiment une immersion totale en anglais, car le francais la bas, est très peu parlé !
Le ministre fédéral de l'Immigration, Jason Kenney, tiendra en octobre des consultations sur l'embauche de travailleurs étrangers temporaires en Alberta.
Des membres de tous les secteurs clés de l'économie albertaine sont invités à y participer.
Selon Jason Kenney, plusieurs secteurs se sont plaints de la paperasserie et des retard bureaucratiques associés à ce programme. Il veut la mise en place d'un débat avant que les entreprises se mettent à embaucher plus de travailleurs.
« Nous estimons d'ici 10 ans qu'il y aura 77 000 emplois en Alberta sans travailleurs. Donc c'est une crise à l'avenir de notre marché de main-d'oeuvre et évidemment l'immigration est une des solutions pour ce problème », a dit le ministre lors d'un discours prononcé devant la Chambre de commerce de Calgary.
Jason Kenney rejette toutes les critiques sur l'exploitation de ces travailleurs. Selon lui, la grande majorité d'entre eux sont aussi bien protégés et payés que les travailleurs canadiens.
Le ministre envisage également d'attirer des travailleurs américains pour contrer la pénurie de main-d'oeuvre canadienne.
Il estime que beaucoup de travailleurs américains qualifiés sont sans emploi en raison du taux de chômage élevé aux États-Unis. Les consultations permettront aussi de déterminer comment convaincre ces travailleurs à venir travailler dans le secteur énergétique de l'Alberta.

I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
The hectares have remained unused for years due to a lack of financial means, since the project requires what I’d call a considerable investment. As the main stakeholder, I have a minimal contribution to offer.
I believe it’s time to bring this space to life to meet pressing needs and serve the common good of society.
The project is simple:
1) Grow maize + build a processing plant to produce flour

5) Construct free housing for retired expatriates in exchange for their voluntary contributions in their respective fields.

Our departure time is getting closer (we have less than 2 years left—it’s both a long time and so short!). To start preparing seriously, we’ll need quite a bit of info. If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).

Actually, I’m currently doing a postgraduate diploma in pediatric respiratory physiotherapy and want to specialize in that area.
