J'ai un "petit" souci et j'aimerais savoir si d'autres personnes comme moi avait eu un cas similaire. Bref je vous explique :
J'ai fais une demande de PVT pour cette année, que j'ai envoyé à la mi-janvier. Le problème étant que je n'ai jamais reçu d'accusé de réception. Suite à ça vers la mi-février, ma mère a téléphoné à l'ambassade (oui, elle arrive à les avoirs, moi jamais ...), on lui aurait dit comme quoi mon visa était déjà passé à la 1ère étape et que j'aurais peut être des nouvelles d'ici là, il y a juste eu un souci informatique au niveau des envois de mails. Le mois de Mars arrive, je n'ai toujours rien reçu, ma mère a une nouvelle fois eu l'ambassade, cette fois-ci l'ambassade lui dit que comme je n'ai jamais eu de mail, je ne serais jamais mis au courant, il faudrait que j'appelle régulièrement pour connaitre la décision finale.
Je trouve tout ça vraiment, louche, je n'ai guère confiance en ma mère... J'ai envoyé un mail à l'ambassade samedi dernier, j'attends une réponse de leur part si ils ont vraiment eu mon dossier ou non. J'aimerais savoir si d'autres personnes ont déjà eu ce souci ? J'ai lu sur le forum des Pvtistes, que certain n'ont pas reçu l'accusé réception mais on fini par avoir des nouvelles de leurs dossiers (passage de l'étape 1, par exemple) mais comme dans mon cas je n'ai jamais rien reçu du tout, cela m'inquiète vraiment.
Cela m'amène à une autre question :
Dans le cas ou je n'ai pas mon PVT, qu'est ce que je peux envisager d'autres pour pouvoir travailler à Quebec ?
Pour information, ma fiancée est québécoise, c'est d'ailleurs pourquoi je veux partir vivre là bas. Mais pour faire une vie à deux, il faut du travaille, le PVT me semblait être une solution facile mais en vue de mes problèmes actuels, j'aimerais connaitre les alternatives possibles.
Ce n'est pas vraiment une chose à quoi on pense... se marier pour remplir des formalités c'est bof quoi =/ Il y a pas de solutions plus simple pour pouvoir rester tout en travaillant le temps de préparer un Résident Permanent ^^" ?
Option a) trouver un employeur canadien qui accepte de t'embaucher. Il devra faire des démarches pour que tu puisses obtenir un permis de travail auprès de l'immigration.
Option b) Déposer une demande d'immigration (résidence permanente). Environ 1 an de délai si tu es admissible à immigrer (voir le site du MICC).
Option c) Faire tes études au Québec...! Je vois que tu es jeune (20 ans) et sans formation canadienne, il te sera difficile d'avoir une carrière là-bas si tu n'as pas de diplômes québécois!! Beaucoup de Français viennent au Québec pour étudier. À moins que tu ne vises que des jobines (caissier, serveur, centre d'appels) mais à long terme ce n'est pas intéressant.
Le mariage n'est pas forcément une solution: tu dois quand même passer par la démarche d'immigration et cela prend quelques mois (programme familial). À noter: le Canada n'oblige pas les gens à être mariés entre eux pour faire une demande d'immigration dans le programme de parrainage. Les conjoints de fait sont acceptés.

- Un an en NZ
