Si vous ne l'avez déjà fait, la première chose à faire pour vous et votre Maman est de vous rendre à l'Ambassade avec la liste des pièces demandées sur leur site, afin de vous faire maintenir dans la nationalité vietnamienne.. - cette possibilité n'est offerte que jusqu'en juillet 2014. - Lorsque vous aurez fait cela, vous obtiendrez un passeport vietnamien qui vous permettra, dès que vous aurez le pied sur le sol du Vietnam, d'être considérée comme Vietnamienne à part entière, c'est à dire: vendre, acheter, et faire tout ce que vous voudrez... - Je pense que vous parlez, l'une ou l'autre encore la langue, donc il vous sera facile de vous renseigner -
Si cela vous intéresse, ne tardez pas : pour avoir fait cela récemment, je peux vous dire que nous sommes nombreux à faire cette démarche qui demande au moins deux déplacements, quatre si vous demandez en plus le passeport vietnamien (ce que je vous conseille) pour éviter les anciennes formalités de visa et autres mien thi thuc, dont vous n'aurez plus besoin.
Votre nationalité française est conservée - donc vous avez à ce moment la double nationalité. - vous bénéficiez au Vietnam de tous les avantages donnés aux Vietnamiens, sauf de voter ... et de faire votre service militaire - Mais pour le restant, si malheureusement vous devez être soignée à l'hôpital, vous bénéficiez du tarif "local" et non pas de ceux réservés aux viet kieu.
Voilà, voyez, mais je pense que pour votre projet, il est indispensable d'en passer par là... tout à votre avantage.

Si vous habitez en France, pourquoi ne pas aller à l'ambassade à Paris, rue Boileau ???? - sinon je pense qu'effectivement une ambassade à Genève ou ailleurs doit faire l'affaire - Le maintien dans la nationalité vietnamienne s'applique à tous les ressortissants, n'ayant pas renoncé à leur nationalité d'origine, et qui possède une autre nationalité - Je pense donc que la Suisse en fait partie.
A votre disposition si je peux vous aider : j'ai fait le parcours du combattant..... si je peux simplifier la tâche à d'autres...😉

Les démarches pour la maison d'hôtes, je ne sais pas,
Par contre votre beau-père n'obtiendra pas la nationalité vietnamienne de votre Maman - c'est certain hélas. car il faudrait dans ce cas pour avoir la nationalité vietnamienne, qu'il abandonne sa nationalité actuelle...
Quant à faire son service militaire, la question ne se serait pas posée : les Vietnamiens qui sont maintenus dans la nationalité d'origine ont deux exceptions : ils ne font pas le service militaire et ils ne votent pas.- Mais je vous le confirme, il ne peut pas obtenir le maintien dans la nationalité de son épouse..., si on réfléchit, c'est logique, lui il n'a jamais été vietnamien, donc on ne peut l'y maintenir...😉

Tu le dis toi même "en conservant la nationalité d'ETRANGER", donc on ne parle pas de double nationalité -
Il faut bien comprendre le processus de "maintien" dans la nationalité vietnamienne..... - on n'a pas parlé d'obtention : on a parlé, pour les Vietnamiens d'origine, malgré le temps qui a passé, etc... et le fait qu'ils aient une autre nationalité en plus de celle d'origine que le Vietnam est prêt à leur reconnaitre maintenant et ce jusqu'en juillet 2014... on a simplement parlé de maintien, c'est à dire de reconnaissance de ce qui a toujours existé pour les Autorités vietnamiennes, tant qu'on n'a pas dénoncé cette nationalité.
Donc, un conjoint Français ou autre, n'a jamais eu la nationalité vietnamienne" il ne peut donc être confirmé dans une nationalité qu'il n'a jamais eue...soyons logique - Il peut demander la nationalité Vietnamienne, mais à ce moment là il perdra sa nationalité française - C'est mon cas et on me l'a très bien expliqué à l'Ambassade, en haut lieu...- Le choix est celui-ci : ou on reste français avec toutes les contraintes que l'on peut connaitre pour aller habiter au Vietnam, ou on abandonne cette nationalité et on peut devenir Vietnamien - et ce n'est pas aussi aisé qu'on peut le supposer non plus. et comme tu dis, la "qualité" d'étranger a quelquefois des avantages. -
La France reconnait la double nationalité : le Vietnam aussi, mais en l'occurence ce qu'il n'est pas possible de faire pour le conjoint français, c'est de se faire considérer comme Vietnamien par les origines qu'il faut prouver, pièces à l'appui, et qu'il n'a pas. - La marge est ténue, mais elle est là - et malheureusement elle est aussi là pour les enfants de couples mixtes comme le mien : c'est à dire que la Convention de Genève ne s'applique pas à ces enfants nés en France de père Vietnamien, mais non déclarés à l'Ambassade à la naissance : ils ne peuvent pas, en l'état des lois vietnamiennes, se faire reconnaitre comme Vietnamien, et de ce fait se voir maintenus dans cette nationalité que le Vietnam ne leur reconnait pas.
Voilà, excuse moi de la longueur de mes explications, mais j'ai assimilé çà avec douleur, et je ne pense pas nécessaire de laisser les demandeurs dans l'incertitude.

au bureau de justice VN de ma ville, on m'a enumere les conditions pour avoir une nationalite VN en gardant ma nationalite F.
ces conditions sont assez dragstiques
si vous n'aimez pas mes informations, ne les lisez pas, lisez autre chose, mais respectez les car elles serviront a d'autres
Et bien si ça te tente et si ce n'est pas trop "bidon", vas-y, - j'ai écumé tous les textes de loi, les conventions devenues caduques mais qui permettaient de solutionner plein de problèmes pendant une certaine époque - je pourrais t'en dire et t'en redire à perte de vue... mais il faut bien savoir, pour éviter les pertes de temps et d'argent si on vient comme moi de province, que - sitôt arrivé à l'ambassade du Vietnam rue Boileau à Paris, lorsqu'on a franchi le seuil, qu'on est arrivé devant le petit guichet du fond en face, on a une délicieuse Vietnamienne qui nous dit avec le sourire le plus charmant"qu'elle est désolée mais qu'en l'absence de nouvelles lois, notre demande est impossible.."..... et on n'aura même pas le droit de franchir la porte capitonnée qui mène à la personne chargée de recueillir les dossiers remplis....pour tenter d'expliquer plus avant) - c'est tout réçent, j'y suis allée trois fois depuis septembre (voir les frais de transport et d'hébergement😉 j'étais pistonnée... et ça n'a rien changé à la décision : c'est où tu prends la nationalité vietnamienne et ce n'est pas garantie non plus car il y a plein de conditions..) et tu perds ta nationalité française..... ou tu restes français et bien sûr tu ne seras jamais "maintenu" dans la vietnamienne puisque tu n'as jamais été vietnamien... - Finalement ils sont logiques les Vietnamiens.... - dommage pour nous. -
J'ai oui dire qu'en allant au Vietnam, en prenant un avocat, il peut y avoir des arrangements avec le Ciel.... pourquoi pas ????tout ça doit être une question de gros sous... et de bonne disposition..

Je reviens vers vous 2 ans apres pour vous dire que mon pere a conservé sa nationalité française quand a ma mère, ma soeur et moi, nous avons obtenu une double nationalité.

Concernant le sujet du topic, la création de la maison d'hôte a été reporté.

J'ai un autre projet plus colossal que celui la, à mettre sur pied.
Je compte créer mon entreprise a Nha trang. Le projet est monstrueux et surtout .. Insolite!
C'est l'entreprise que j'ai depuis 2 ans imaginer, et rêver mais faute de renseignement et de moyen, j'ai du stopper.
Mais aujourd'hui, c'est different.
Je reviens d'une saison d'hiver plein d'émotion ou j'ai appris et vu des choses magnifiques. J'ai enfin compris que si je veux quelque chose il faut que je me batte pour l'avoir.
Alors jai achete le billet et le vietnam mattend pour mai.
Alors pouvez vous m'aider, concernant la création d'entreprise? (Administration, documents..)
Savoir ou demander au VN (Nha trang) pour une étude de marché.
Il me faudrait aussi trouver un/e interprete fiable et capable de traduire au mieux la discussion.

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
The hectares have remained unused for years due to a lack of financial means, since the project requires what I’d call a considerable investment. As the main stakeholder, I have a minimal contribution to offer.

Our departure time is getting closer (we have less than 2 years left—it’s both a long time and so short!). To start preparing seriously, we’ll need quite a bit of info. If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
Are there any special requirements before leaving France (aside from taxes...)?

Actually, I’m currently doing a postgraduate diploma in pediatric respiratory physiotherapy and want to specialize in that area. Anyway, that’s not the main point—could anyone explain the pros and cons of doing this job in Switzerland? Based on the paperwork I’ve received, the equivalence seems purely administrative or almost... What about working conditions, quality of life, salaries, etc.?
