Je souhaiterai m'installer à Cuba, créer une entreprise en rapport avec le tourisme, surtout le tourisme nautique. Je m'explique:
Dans un petit port, installer un catway pouvant accueillir une dizaine de voiliers et bateaux motorisés, un bar restaurant et par la suite (si tout marche bien) de quoi loger des voyageurs ( petit hotel).
Par la suite, faire l'hivernage de bateaux et l'entretien.
Si quelqu'un peu m'aiguiller sur les contraintes, les possibilités, les secteurs géographiques préférentiels et tout autre chose, je suis preneur de vos conseils éclairés et je vous en remrecie par avance.

Je suis francais et je m'interresse beaucoup a Cuba, je souhaite y créer quelque chose mais je n'ai encore que des idées vagues: je pensai effectivement au tourisme mais aussi a l'exportation de matières premières ou encore créer un produit pour l'exporter.

1- Si tu veus que l'ont t'écrive il ne faut pas avoir peur de donner ton prénom, pour commencer et après plus tard ton nom ( il est bon d'être méfiant ).
2- Il est important en affaire de savoir avec qui tu parles OK.
Sutout à CUBA tout est en confiance. Si tu gagne la confiance du ami à Cuba ne le trahit pas tu vas y perdre ta chemise.
3- Se seras le plus dure pour toi, c'est de trouver un ami avec qui tu pourras être associé et en confiance.
4- Tout seul impossible, c'est cela une des partis du régime de Fidel. Il avait un bon régime au début, mais avec le temps et la */%/?(&* d'argent tout a changé en plus que la Russie c'est retiré de Cuba. Même si Fidel ne veut pas de prostitution à Cuba il y en n'a tu vois rien n'est parfait.
5- Pour Faire des affaires à Cuba tu dois 1- Te faire un contact où avoir beaucoup d'argent (1 millions). 2- Plus ton contact sera au placé moin de difficulté tu auras dans tes démarches. 3- Il est obligatoire d'avoir un associé à Cuba ( donc un ami avant de dire ce que tu désire y faire se seras mieux pour la confiance après).
4- Le plus dure à accepter est que tout ce que tu vas faire à Cuba doit et vas rester à Cuba. ( temps que Fidel est au pouvoir, après se sera Raoul et on dit qu'il serat pire ) .
Mon projet est sur la glace pour l'instant je n'ai toujours pas trouvé le bon Contact au placer. Des amis j'en n'ai No Problema ok Sénior.

Il y a peu, très peu d'entreprises privées à Cuba, encore moins qui sont gérées par des étrangers. les rares entreprises gérées par des étrangers ne le sont jamais vriament de toute façon... En effet, la seule possibilité est d'avoir une joint venture avec Cuba. Vous faites tous les investissements, mais Cuba reçoit 51% des profits, vous impose les travailleurs que vous devez engager, l'endroit où vous approvisionner, etc...
Par ailleurs, ces joints ventures sont généralmeent dans le domaine du tourisme (hôtels, quelques restaurants et pub) ou de l'exploitation des ressources naturelles (mines, électricité) mais en construction, je n, ai jamais vu ça... Les villes ont toutes leurs employés qui gère la construction et rénovation de leurs bâtiements et même, souvent, des résidences privées. Alors honnêtement, je crois que vous devriez regarder pour un autre pays... LA Guadeloupe et Cuba sont 2 mondes complètement différent... Si vous cherchez un pays latino dans ce coin, la République Domninicaine serait d'après moi plus acèssible.

Désolée... J'aurais dû utiliser l'expression française qui est "aventure commune". Il s'agit d'une entreprise où 2 ou plusieurs personnes/entreprises/pays sont partenaires, et partagent les profits et les risques. Mais dans le cas de Cuba, ils ne partagent que les profits, car les risques sont tous à la charge des étrangers...
Et si vous tenez à faire affaire à cuba, pays communiste où tout fonctionne au ralenti, où l'état est présent dans toutes les décisions et où l'argent est rare, j'envie votre optimisme et salut votre courage, Cuba en a besoin.
J'espère toutefois que vous parlez courrament espagnol, avez visité Cuba plusieurs fois pour en connaitre la mentalité et la culture et que avez des contacts haut placés pour vous faciliter les choses, ou à tous les moins que vous connaissez un Cubain, qui connait un Cubain...😉
