je sais que pour la carte de résident ou me l'as donne sans problème (car marié avec un marocain) ma question est la suivante: combien de temps après demande de carte de résident as t'on le récipiser?

Quand tu dépose ton dossier, s'il est complet et accepté alors ils te donnent un papier valable un mois que tu dois faire signer chaque mois jusqu'à ce que tu es la carte. En fait chaque mois ils te le prolongent d'un mois. En ce qui me concerne j'ai eu la carte en 2 mois
Effectivement tu as raison , ce n'est pas plus facile même si l'on est marié à un Marocain
Almass a eu sa carte en deux mois , il a eu de la chance , généralement c'est deux mois quand l'ordinateur n'est pas en panne , pour la première , problème d'ordinateur mais trois d'attente, pour la deuxième ma femme l'a eu en deux mois et mois en 4 alors que nous avions renouveler notre demande le même jour , l'ordi est tombé en panne entre elle et moi, pas de chance
Ils demandent beaucoup de papiers à fournir et plein de photocopies certifiées conformes et beaucoup de petits timbres fiscaux à 20 DH.

si c'est plus facile quand on ai mariée avec un marocain si ton mariage est trancris au maroc il te suffit juste d'un copie de ton acte de mariage marocain plus remplir des documents a remplir que le bureau des étranger du commissariat d'aura fourni.
Ma question est la suivant dès qu'on as déposer le dossier le 1er récipissé on l'as tout de suite ou pas?si on l'a pas tout de suite on l'a combien de temps après
si ton dossier est complet , on te remet un récépissé immédiatement ( dans mon cas )à faire signer chaque mois en attendant ta carte de résident
j'ai eu ma carte de résident en 3 mois pour la 1ère année , ensuite en deux mois j'ai eu une carte pour 5 ans
en double exemplaire copies conformes légalisées à la commune
- acte de naissance
- copie du bail de location
- copie de la preuve de l'ouverture d'un compte bancaire en dirhams convertibles ( j'ai donné le rib et un extrait de compte )
- copie du passeport
- preuve de revenus
Moi le récépissé je l'ai eu au bout de 4 jours, et la carte de résidente au bout de 3 mois.
La liste de documents demandée ( passée cette semaine la chercher ) est plus importante que ça mais j'ai une société, c'est différent :
- Statuts de la société
- Inscription au registre de commerce
- patente
- PV de la dernière assemblée générale
- Attestation bancaire de dépôt de capital
- 3 derniers relevés bancaires de la société
- Contrat de bail
- Certificat de résidence
- Copie du passeport + date d’entrée au Maroc
- Acte d’achat immobilier
- Copie du livret de famille
- 3 derniers relevés bancaires du compte personnel
- 8 photos
- Timbre à 100 DH
- Extrait de casier judiciaire
- CV
Toutes les copies des documents en double exemplaire et à légaliser.

Oui peut être que la commune où tu as fais la demande se contente de ça mais hélas chaque commune a sa propre liste de documents à fournir donc inutile de commencer à vouloir énoncer un tas de choses qui ne correspondront pas exactement a ce que sa commune va exiger. Seule solution; aller demander directement au responsable du service concerné. Quant à la question de savoir si le récépissé est remis aussitôt je ne comprends pas bien pourquoi reposer la question alors que la réponse est donnée en clair tout au début ce qui me fait demander pourquoi poser des questions si l'on ne tiens pas compte des réponses?????
Française je vais me marier avec un marocain puis m'installer là-bas, il n'est pas question de résider en France.
Savez-vous si le certificat de capacité à mariage est dans ce cas aussi indispensable ou si un certificat de célibat délivré par ma mairie suffit.
Ensuite j'arrive au sujet de la discussion, une fois que je suis mariée sera-t-il plus facil d'avoir la carte de résident ou faut-il que je démarche de France pour avoir cette carte (par exemple pour le compte bancaire) .

C'est bien ce que j'avais compris. Le problème est que tout le monde n'a pas le même discours... Entre les mairies, les gens, le consulat.
Ok. Ce ccm puis je me le procurer en France, où suis-je obligée de faire un voyage exprès là-bas pour le demander ? Parce que ce qui est compliqué c'est qu'on ne peut pas habiter ensemble tant que nous ne sommes pas mariés...🙁
Tu peux prendre RDV au consulat par tel uniquement mais je te conseille de venir quelques jours pour bien tout préparer. Vous ne pouvez pas habiter ensemble mais tu as le droit de loger dans sa famille par exemple.
